Comment: Amazing service. Went here for a Western Union. The woman doing it for me was amazing. I loved Marias attitude and I wish there were more people out there. I went to 3 other Publix where the managers said they couldnt go in the back for large sums. The 4th Publix did exactly that which tells me how lazy the first three managers were. They didnt know how to do their jobs so they lied and said they cant do that. Thank you Maria for your professional service.

Comment: This Publix Gets It !!! Look at this produce wall. I took this picture at 1 pm ... produce stocked this morning still looks awesome. What is done right ?1) Produce is carefully stacked in the vertical sections.2) Produce is not crushed in order to stack more than the space is designed for.3) Leaves are not torn or bruised (another sign that an employee cares !)4) Produce is ever so lightly misted (not too frequently misted nor with too much water volume).The only fault I found was some limp red kale (lower right) that should be removed ... giving them the benefit of the doubt here ... it may have come in that way ... but not saleable.GREAT JOB !!! Give the produce team a raise. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️5 STARS

Yes, they deliver as well, save a trip, I ordered via Instacart they delivered items Id ordered, and if they didnt have a certain brand, theyd suggest and give you the comparable price, online chat as they shop for you. It was much needed after having open heart surgery, and hip replacement in que. I was used to doing my own shopping before that, I found Instacart very helpful.Now I can do my own shopping again after 1.5 years post surg.Publix is my place for great choices, friendly faces through the masks eyes tell all. Thanks for continually wearing masks esp at deli, hot foods, seafoods, and thanks for handling juices, any lid products without touching the top of it, handle by the side or base, not the top. I had a last minute emergency with a cake for my mother’s birthday and Samantha went above and beyond to help me. I am not even a local! I am so impressed by her customer service which truly shows me Publix only hires the best of the best to represent their company. Thank you, Samantha for doing more than asked and surpassing my expectations. You put a huge smile on my mother face tonight but most importantly, made me a forever customer. Comment: The staff at this Publix makes you feel like you are a family member. They go out of their way to help you. Great assortment of bakery items, fish, meat, deli and meats. They have a good organic produce section and also do a good job catering to vegan, vegetarian and other special dietary needs, like gluten free or kosher. Also a great place for those on vacation to get everything they need in one place. From pots and pans to household cleaning supplies. Also has a Redbox inside for renting video games and movies and a pharmacy.

Comment: A very special thank you to the deli crew at the Osceola Village Publix. I ordered online and had an evening pickup for a small gathering. Unfortunately the date on the slip was written wrong and my order was not ready when I came in. The crew immediately had all hands on deck and created my order quickly while maintaining the high Publix quality. There is a reason I will always shop at Publix from their quality to their stocked product and most importantly for their employees who go out of their way to make your shopping experience perfect.

My only not the bestmoments have been twice in the prepared foods/deli side. And both times it has been with a specific associate, she is not the friendliest. Comment: Like most the people there and they order what I need when I need more than whats on the shelf. Had to many problems with one cashier when returning items from the store telling me I didnt get it there (When they sell out they act like it wasnt there at all, Only real publix I go to so it was there) then telling her I did was called a liar...went to the shelf grabbed the tag and showed her after she told me they never carried the item. She rolled her eyes and went to a manager and had to refund me anyways. No apologies. (Funny part is this and her doing this happened twice) Anyways the rest of the employees are awesome and do the store proud.

Comment: This Publix has the updated shelves and layout but not all the new amenities. They tend to carry most of the same things as the others in the area, but they also have a few things I cant find elsewhere. Its also usually less crowded here. The staff are always nice and it looks and feels cleaner than most of the others close to it.

Comment: The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of where you can find products you are looking for. The pharmacy department is amazing. They go above and beyond to help you with your prescriptions. This is the only place I get my prescriptions filled. The store is always clean.
