Comment: Fantastic service at this location. As this was our first time at this store, we were unsure where certain products were located. We spoke with a young man stocking shelves, and he brought us to where we would find item afew isles over. I think his name was Cameron. We have been back 2 other times, and the same thing happened. Employee brought us over to the item we were looking for. I applaud 👏 the store owners on employee training for exceptional customer service. All employees we have interacted with treated us as customers that matter.

Comment: I Love this Publix market! It has everything from flowers to food to wine. The produce is exceptionally fresh and the staff in the store is friendly and helpful! There is handicap parking. The delicatessens serves hot food including roast chicken hot wings etc. If you have a child they can always get a free cookie from the bakery. There is a lot of help at the store they will carry your groceries out to your car for you as well! Just love their olive bar! Amazing deal the other day standing prime rib roast buy one get one! I dont know any grocery store that would do that. Publix is the best!

Comment: Great grocery store. We ordered shrimp and salmon - all very fresh. They cooked them there, at NO EXTRA CHARGE! The gentlemen working in the fish market section of this wonderful store were so nice and helpful! They added any extra seasonings to the fish they prepared in about 10 - 15 minutes!! Dinner was prepared and ready to take home to a family of 10. Awesome store!

Comment: Went to this store at 9:15, had to pick up a few things. This store is in the heart of thousands upon thousands of vacationers. It was so busy we couldnt even find a shopping cart. There were so many people in there, it looked like they were giving something away. I dont know what time everyone got out of there that evening, but kudos to the entire staff for their patience and friendliness.

Comment: A wide variety of pretty much anything you would need to stock your kitchen for your trip to the beach with decent prices. It was also nice because it is close enough to get to with the golf cart, and dont forget about the Wednesday $5 sushi! It was definitely a hit back at the beach house.

Comment: The place to stop and shop when staying at the Henderson. Also, there’s a Liquor Store right there next to it which is very convenient! Just make sure they aren’t out of ice when you shop. Both stores were on a Tuesday morning when I stopped by 😕 My gf drove our golf cart here on our vacation.

Comment: I prefer Publix over Winn Dixie. The Publix at Paradise Key is clean, well-stocked (they seem to generally understand the ebb and flow of vacationers) with good selection (we usually find everything on our list) with friendly staff and adequate space in the aisles. We leave with 2-3 carts full of groceries on our initial visit (Saturday evening or Sunday morning). Conveniently located, easy to access and adequate parking. Includes a good wine/liquor selection.

Comment: Always excellent quality! The key lime pie is a MUST!!! The tiramisu is also a required purchase when we are in Destin. Service is wonderful and the store is clean and organized. Dont want to battle the crowds? Take advantage of delivery via Instacart!

Comment: I have never been into a Public before because we dont have those in Memphis but after today I really wish we did. Everyone I encountered was friendly and smiling. The ladies at the deli were helpful as was the lady at the bakery. I found everything I needed and if I couldnt find it an employee was happy to help. 👍👍👍👍 for Publix

Comment: Great stock with very friendly staff. There was long waits at the registers as they were understaffed (4 open registers on a Saturday on the first weekend of spring break). Wear your sunglasses as there is so much light in the store that you will feel youre going into the operating room.

Comment: Update I just want to say that this morning I visited this location and as I went thru the line. I had the pleasure to meet two young gentleman. the cashier name was Eli (found) on the receipt) but they both were amazing full of smiles and beyond friendly. they both exceed the expectations of friendliness that would be expect from any job. also I know how hard it is to be up and working early in the morning. but neither of them skipped a beat. publix management I hope that these 2 gentleman do not get overlooked. as they exceed your expectations please exceed their expectations also.

Comment: Went in to get a tender wrap, they had run out of tenders. The deli crew helped me out and we decided on a sub that was absolutely delicious from start to finish.Went to customer service to take care of the online transaction I had, they said it was their fault and not to worry about the cost. Paid for my banana pudding while there and headed back to work.Thank you Paradise Key Publix, you have a great staff and will always have me as a customer.

Comment: Shopping at Publix while on Christmas vacation with my family. The store was clean and well stocked with some of every thing. They had several different kinds of side items to go with your Christmas meal. Creamed spinach, mac and cheese, corn soufflé and corn bread dressing just to name a few. They have an automated pineapple corer, all kinds of cakes, pastries, and cookies. I ordered a meat platter for our Christmas Eve dinner, it was ready at the correct time and was exactly what we needed. The customer service was on point and friendly. I recommend the Publix at Paradise Key.

It is clean, the staff is overly helpful, the shelves have a variety of goods that seem hard to find at other places, and you have plenty of room to walk between the shelves without feeling as if youre crowded. Im used to the overly crowded, bare shelves, limited selection, and not always so clean stores up in southern Maryland. I will absolutely hate to go back knowing that such stores actually exist, and that I have to go back to where I live. Perhaps, sooner than later, I will return to live in what used to be my home state. Till then, the store shall continue to haunt my dreams of what could be but alas, is not!

Comment: Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores. This one is conveniently located near the exit from the MidBay Bridge. Tourists often stop here on their way to a rented condo or shortly after arriving to stock up on groceries for the week.The result can be a large crowd particularly on Saturdays. There are times when some of the shelves look like locusts have been through buying a lot of stuff. Not to worry—no locusts will be appearing—just another large horde of tourists descending on Destin for a vacation.I usually go to this store early on a Sunday morning. The shelves are often fully stocked, there is not a big crowd and I can get the groceries I am seeking quickly and easily and without a long wait at a checkout counter. Using the Publix app to pay makes the experience even faster. The computer program also tracks the junk food I like to buy when I use the app and I will see ads in the near future telling me of which of my frequent purchases are now on sale so I can stock up and save some money—always a good feeling and creates a loyalty to the store from a satisfied customer.The store is well lit, the selection of produce and meat is outstanding and the products are always fresh.Publix stores are well managed and well stocked and laid out with the customer in mind. This one is no exception.

Comment: This is the best Publix I’ve ever been to. The employees and managers go above and beyond with making their customers satisfied. We had an experience last night with the manager in the deli department that made us a pub sub and engaged in wonderful conversation. Needless to say this was the best grocery experience we have ever experienced. All thanks to the man who made it possible (pub sub man :) Great welcoming staff, great food selection and great vibes.

Comment: I am beyond impressed! They rushed 2 large platters and completed them for me with 2 hours notice, even though they were slammed. Everyone is so kind and Friendly, they go way above and beyond normal customer service and make a point of actually having real conversations. I almost felt like I had new friends LOL. I can honestly say I had fun going grocery shopping :-) I wish we had these back in Oklahoma! Although without these wonderful people, it probably wouldn’t be the same. Thank you to each Publix employee who made our girls weekend brighter!

Lots of people and we were in and out in thirty minutes. All lanes open with folks to help bag in each lane. Fantastic job.

Comment: If you need help with taking and loading your groceries, just ask and someone will gladly assist you. Food quality is superb but as with any mid sized store, they cant have everything. The aisles were a bit tight but well stocked. If you dont like the giant stores, this is a great place. Friendly and quick service too.
