Comment: We shop her regularly but this time was to order a cake for our daughter’s birthday. She wanted their Birthday Sprinkle Explosion cake which they normally request 24 hour notice for. Trent in the bakery was great and made her day when he told her we could get it by 1030 the next morning (at about 330 in the afternoon!)The cake came out EXACTLY as she wanted and she loved it! This is why we will visit Publix all the time, especially for their cakes!

I am a regular customer but I had to come back today with an issue with items we got for dinner today, and he really nice asked what could he do to make it right. I told him all I need just same ingredients I got to make dinner again, when I came tot he counter he told the cashier to also add a $20 gift card due to the problem and he kept apologizing. I thank him and told him was not his fault and thank you. John went the extra mile without me as customer asking

Comment: Im a bit of a.Publix snob! I like Publix... a lot! Always clean, always organized, generally helpful staff that seem happy to work there. I do shop at those other stores, wally world and Aldi, etc., and yes, SOME items are lower priced, but not always, and definitely not when Publix has Bogo or coupons I also enjoy Publix brand items, but mostly that the store atmosphere and staff make it well worth the risk of paying a little more for a LOT better store and staff and food quality.

Having a bad experience at a Publix is a rare occasion.I appreciate that they have a family restroom here also, since I have children. Then he said: do you want me to go with you to find it? I replied: that would be nice. He said, well find it if it takes all day, I have to work till closing. He took me there and I got several cans of the item and thanked him. When I left the check out, I saw pictures on the wall of their staff. The man who was so polite, was the store manager! So, he took time from being busy to help a customer find an item. What a great example of customer service.

Comment: Publix at Park View Plaza, is my preferred shopping location. The specific layout at Park View is in line with my usual shopping preferences. Ive never been disappointed with the quality of any items Ive purchased. Usually, when I shop at various stores (including online), I write down the costs of products I use with regularity and items Ive budgeted for in future purchases. My own cost analysis has shaved a great deal off my budget, especially when the cost of many items has increased of late. Recently I went to five different locations in one day. Publix was my last as I went back after a short rest from the initial four. As Publix is only one of two locations I can purchase many items which are difficult to find either locally or online (my hairspray for one), thats why Publix is my go to store. Not only do I visit Park View for my general grocery items, Ive also bought a few small electronic/appliance items offered in stores which are not related in any way to the typical grocery store. A recent purchase of a small five cup coffee brewer, albeit a few dollars more, had more preferences/choices then one similar and having a 10% discount at another location. When comparing the prices from my five store shopping spree, I found Publix prices surprisingly lower on some items usually associated with higher cost. Compared to the other locations, the savings was in some circumstances not just limited to a few cents here or there but more than a dollar or higher! Another point to consider is the number or quantity of any product. As much as they may look identical, when examining closer, the number in a particular grouping can be off by more than just a few! As Ive done this cost analysis at different times in my life, Ive found the cost containment, where and when possible, a great reason to place ones trust in making purchases, specifically at Publix!

I made a little scene and then suddenly it was in the customer service area. Thank goodness. Earlier when I was shopping I encountered three obtrusive teen girls who showed up several isles that I was on. Not shopping for anything just walking around talking. Like I said my purse was just missing. It was found in an empty cart by a woman who turned it in. The cart obviously was not mine. BE CAREFUL !!! Especially if there are folks walking around but obviously not shopping. I am very careful with my purse and never leave it unattended. I’m sure you are too. Just be careful. Please. I did speak to the mgr who was helping me look for my purse he said to report any suspicious activity

Comment: Tonight (mothers day) I was not having the best of days and as I walked in a man approached me that works for publix and asked if I was a mom. I said yes. He told me.to hold on and then he handed me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and said happy mothers day! I was so shocked I didnt know what to do or say but he made my night! It brought tears of happiness to my eyes!! Thank you public and the workers there for always going above and beyond!

Comment: Clean, employees are helpful and friendly as any Publix really. Entrance is accessible for those in a wheelchair. It is within a busy plaza so traffic can get a bit hectic during peak hours. But nothing that would make it uncomfortable nor a nuisance to visit this Publix.

Comment: Just moved to Florida although I visited often. This Publix has a very helpful upbeat staff the register people do a great job, I have been shopping here everyday for about a week and half I will admit I did by a package of wraps made from cheese sounded neat. Unfortunately even tho the expiration date was good the wraps were moldy, I still give 5 stars because Im sure if I brought it back they would of made it rite but frankly I was to lazy. So thats on me. The shopping experience here is awesome friendly and helpful

Comment: They didnt have the simple sushi I prefer at the counter so they made it up for me special. Now THAT is what I call customer service. Also great selection of frozen low-cal meals. Also the nice young lady at the front of the store opened up a register so I wouldnt have to wait. Best supermarket ever.

Produce dept is well organized. Deli & meat dept is very accommodating! I love that they have a pre-cut deli meats & cheese you can grab & go! Even their flower selection is better. All dept at this location flows so nicely. Shopping is a pleasure here!!!

We have come to thoroughly enjoy oatmeal milk and when you need it and can’t find it , it’s tough. It’s good to see a well organized store that keeps up with its supply for the public needs. Comment: They have different items in this store than the one at 40 east where I usually shop. I like switching up stores for that reason.its always clean, their employees, in the deli, need a little bit more training on helping customers instead of standing around chit-chatting. I had an order that I placed online. I shopped & went by to pick it up, giving them extra time even tho they werent busy. It wasnt ready & they had no customers at that time. Then they couldnt find my order & I kno they received it because the sandwich section had that ready for me. The young man behind the counter wanted to see my order online, so I pulled it up & showed him. Finally a lady took over & got it done for me. She was great! Im sorry I didnt get her name.

Comment: This is an excellent store! The workers dont run and hide when Im confused and dont know where something is. They asked if there was anything else they could help me with! I cant shop by myself because Im disabled and they never act like Im putting them out when I have asked for someone to help me, other stores (not Publix stores) have! Produce is beautiful and so is the store actually. I moved here from far away and have shopped at other Publix stores, this is maybe the medium sized store and they have everything I look for and things that made me stop and say, hmm, if like that too! I always shop the bogo sales so Im always fully stocked and super prices!I used to shop at other stores for their sales but after doing the math and having frozen and canned items that were spoiled at the other Southern store who says theyre meat people- whose meats were subpar and after discovering that that big store that claims to be so cheap- even club stores- Publix pricing averages out pretty equally especially when you figure theres no spoiled stuff needing returned! I used to shop at the grocery that claims most of their foods are organic but became friends with someone who turns our to be a buyer for wf and learned that she believes the sales people who tell her what to but and stock Not her education or experience which she has none of in the food industry. So Publix it is and always will be!

Im sure the pharmacy and dairy and all other departments that I didnt visit are ALL up to the usual Publix standards. ALWAYS shop Publix and usually have exceptional experiences at each store regardless of location. One thing: small selection of Vlassic pickles and REALLY large selection of Mt Olive pickles. I prefer Vlassic pickles, Market Garden style(I think), especially when theyre BOGO. 😏

Comment: This is my favorite Publix. They have the racecar shopping carts that fit two kids and free cookies for the kids at the bakery. Love aprons samples too. We always get cakes from the bakery and they are great with special orders. We once ordered a cake not made to our satisfaction (a discrepancy in the taking of the order, still tasty though), and we were given a refund. Free smash cake with purchase of 1/4 sheet cake for 1 year birthday. Great sushi and made to order if you request.
