On the positive side, the produce section has seen a significant upgrade in cleanliness and organization. Additionally, the regular collection of shopping carts is a welcome change. However, there are aspects that still require attention. One key area is customer service; theres a noticeable lack of greetings and general friendliness from the staff. Also, the seafood and deli sections are frequently unattended, which can be inconvenient. Overall, while strides have been made, theres room for further improvements to fully meet the high standards of Publix.

I promised a Filet Mignon dinner one night and chose Publix to buy it from.Ty Ty the butcher was absolutely phenomenal in trimming a requested center cut (Chateaubriand) for six portions. It is difficult as it is. He went above and beyond and even got another piece to add to some gorgeous looking filets.He exceeded all my expectations because as a former Disney Chef, I was expected to provide a perfect dinner for the brothers. He did everything right in front of me in less than fifteen minutes.Mission: Accomplished! Ty Ty is an awesome butcher and I would recommend him for any future “meat” purchases. Once again, Publix is number one in Customer Satisfaction! 👍

Comment: I sadly left my cookies at self checkout went over to guest services to see if anyone turned them in and nada :( two out of the three people in guest services made me feel like I was lying but Evangelys was so warm and sweet and informed me she could find it under my card number and saved me the trouble of buying another pack of cookies and long story she went above and beyond to make me feel special and not embarrassed of leaving my cookies behind like the other two ladies did. Thank you Evangelys you are an angel!! True example of perfect customer service!

One peculiar thing I love is that their cashier sign correctly reads “Fewer than 10 Items” rather than “Less than 10 items”. It’s nice to see a store make an effort to be correct about such a small detail. For some people, this makes a difference.

Comment: Pharmacy workers are awesome here if you need a flu shot or anything else. Friendly group over at the deli too. Its Publix so everyone is always friendly and you can find what you need. If they dont have it, ask and they will order it.

But, just another Publix means limited stock, catering to certain nationalities, small produce dept., friendly employees and not-so-low prices. WinnDixie sales are better, but would really love to see KROGER move into Florida.

Comment: My husband and I had a great experience at this Publix. We had a full cart of groceries and the bagger, I believe her name is Wilnaelis or Wilnelis, or close to that name, she helped us empty out our cart and also bagged our groceries. Her attention , customer service and excellent positive manner really made our day. We wish everyone everywhere had this same attitude and customer service as she does.

Comment: Easy to navigate, well-stocked, often pretty bare. Ive never felt like it was busy though the associates think it is. People are always willing to help, never hard to find someone to ask for assistance. Cashiers are so friendly and expeditious that i dont despise not having a self-check option.

Comment: This is the BEST Publix location... The employees here are exceptional! Friendly, personable and always happy to go the extra mile! I have to sincerely thank the closing crew on July 2nd. My day was SO BUSY, but I couldnt go another day without doing the grocery shopping, so as soon as I was finished with work, I rushed to the store. I felt so bad because I had a LOT on my grocery list, so by the time I made it to checkout, I realized I was the very last customer in the store, it was already about 40mins AFTER close, and my grocery bill was $400+. Honestly, if roles were reversed, I wouldve been so annoyed with a customer like me! The two young ladies at checkout were SO KIND though!! I apologized for making everyone wait behind for me, but they were so sweet, and let me know it was absolutely no trouble at all! They were so friendly, helpful & patient; even staff on the sales floor had a friendly greeting & a smile! Not ONE TIME did anyone make me feel rushed, or treat me as an inconvenience. Even though it was well past closing time, the cashier was wonderfully attentive & cheerful, and the young lady who helped bag my groceries was so kind to sincerely ask if I needed help out to my car! I feel bad because I got to chatting with these associates, I completely forgot to take note of their names, but these ladies are AWESOME, and I really hope theres a way to look up who worked the closing shift (the name on my receipt says Cat). Both the cashier & packaging assistant went above & beyond, & really helped to make my super busy, stressful day so much easier! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Comment: Brenda the baker shave my day. I called last night(Thursday) to order 2 cakes for Friday less then 24 hours for my job for Veterans Day. She was so helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to do the the cake order for me. I had went to 3 different places previously to order the cakes and I was rejected before of the short notice.

Comment: This is a beautiful store and has nice plaza mates. The problem is the pan handling in the parking lot. Approached by a woman asking for food, a man asking for bus fare and two others waiting around the area. They are aggressive and angry if you dont give them something.

Im almost positive that when they hire employees for this location, they look for the happiest people they can find, because Ive not once had a visit here where I wasnt greeted (multiple times) and asked if I needed any assistance. Times where I have needed assistance, they make you their priority. The employees at this location makes all the difference in the world!
