Comment: We wanted Publix subs for dinner tonight and when we went to the Deli this delightful woman named G made my hubby and my sub. Oh my goodness when she was making my hubby’s chicken sub sandwich he and I both said “Wow” at the same time. She literally took her time making his sandwich like she was putting together a work of art. Next it was my turn for my corned beef sub.. once again I was truly impressed by the way she was creating (not making) my sandwich I was extremely impressed. I was like wow! We had Publix subs yesterday and they didn’t look anything like this!! Well here’s a picture of G making my corned beef sub. If you go to the Publix deli I suggest G make your sandwich. She is AMAZING!!

Comment: The people at this Publix are so very kind. They helped me find what I was looking for, and every time I passed by an employee, they asked me if I needed help. It is one of my favorite publixs to visit even though I dont live super do it. My husbands parents do though, and they loved it just as much as I do. I just think Publix all around is a great company, but this one happens to be even better because the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

First , the customer service manager Tiffany greeted me and so did her friendly cashier Gessie, who has greeted me for several years now. I proceeded to the milk isle and I was enthralled with the cleanliness and spot on product placement . I learned that the person responsible for such perfection was named Francesca . We were soon joined by assistant manager Phil who I had to commend for the shiny new look here. Not to miss a beat, Phil went above and beyond to help me find the right juice : pineapple lite! . I asked Kayla the bakery manager to educate me on vegan cookies and she stopped icing a cake to walk me to the aisle sign which describes “ vegan” .With her help, I chose vegan chocolate chip cookies. As luck would have it, store manager Giovonni was present as I was leaving . I congratulating him on an outstanding staff -Tiffany , Gessie; Francesca, Phil and Kayla and on the fresh look! Great Job all!!10/20/23 today I want to give a commendation to bakery staff member named Ricky. My wife made homemade pumpkin soup and when I asked Ricky what bread would compliment the soup, he rolled out a fresh baked pumpkin bread roll ! It was the perfect compliment to the soup! Well done Ricky!!

The sandwiches are always a hit here at Publix. Kyle the guy who made my sandwich provided great hospitality and was very professional. The new Turkey vegan sandwich was delicious.

Comment: I liked browsing and getting things in this store! Its pretty big, clean, and easy to navigate, especially for someone who is new to the store altogether. Service was good and helpful, to the up front cashiers, pharmacy workers, Bakers and back store managers assisting as needed. Prices were my only complaint, they felt a BIT much for what I was getting but not TOO much if that makes any sense. Other than that single complaint, its a good store with good employees and plenty to buy! Give it a go if youre close by or if it is your preferred grocery store!

Comment: Grocery store shopping, supermarket style. Glad to know there is this place right in my neighborhood. I can get almost everything from food and household items. Many brand names like Kraft, Silk soymilk, Pepsi, Clorox, Lysol, Pampers, Yoplait , Colgate, Dial soap, and Nabisco. Also value items and organics brands too . Theres Frozen foods section, produce department, meat and seafood department. Hot and cold deli departments. And a bakery, customer service center, and a pharmacy all in one supermarket. Very friendly staff, plenty of free parking and free grocery bags for your purchases.

Comment: This is a great place to shop during the pandemic. It is typically uncrowded and small compared to newer Publix stores. Shoppers are masked and respect social distance. The staff is very friendly. The pharmacy is terrific. Ive gotten flu and other vaccinations here the past two years. The pharmacists and their assistants are committed and kind. This is a big asset for the Pine Island Ridge Community.

Comment: I love this Publix! The customer service is great and whenever I have an issue, theyre always willing to help me out. If there is ever an item that isnt available on the shelves, the staff are more than happy to check in the back for more items. Also, there are often times food samples being given out that taste amazing, and they offer the recipe so that customers can make the samples at home. The location is also great, as it is a five minute walk from Burlington, Dollar Tree, WingZone, and more great stores.

Been buying groceries there for >2 years, they never moved products to a different rows like other groceries store do (to confuse you and make you do couple extra circles around hoping that you will see and grab something you dont need and wouldnt buy otherwise)People are nice. The only downside is sometimes they have big lines (not because of customers head count but just because only 2 cashiers would be working).

Comment: Been shopping there for a while for my lunch sushi. Sushi is great there and the gentleman and young lady working at the sushi counter are very polite and friendly. People at the register are always very nice as well. I did not give the store a 5 start because today i went to make a western union transfer and while i was waiting to be helped, the young long haired, blonde lady behind the counter was talking to the other young gentleman behind the counter. I was standing less than two feet away from them and she used the F word while talking to him. It bothered me to hear a young lady talk like that but it bothered more that she didnt respect me. I am old enough to be her mother, but more importantly,Im a customer and was clearly standing close enough to hear the conversation. I later recognized her picture on the wall and apparently she is the customer service manager...Shocking! After she left, the young man was very helpful and polite towards me.

Their customer service is outstanding (I love u Brenda!!!) I might just keep shopping here even after my store reopens. The store is always tidy and faced nicely. Comment: Today was a better experience than yesterdays visit! Yesterday, I was in the express line. The cashier greeted the person in front of me, but when it was my turn, she said nothing! She made me so angry, I grabbed my money from her hand, and went to tell the manager . Hopefully, the manager talked to her about her attitude! Youre supposed to greet EVERY customer, not pick and choose who you want to talk to!! If you are having a bad day, dont take it out on me or other customers!!! Todays visit was WAY more pleasant!

Comment: Easy access to 525 and 75. In the Davie, fl area. The plaza itself is clean and very safe. The market offers greAt specials and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. No dirty looks when you ask a question. Never had to endlessly wait on long lines to check out. There are no self check out lines, which I really do not care for. A smiling staff cashier is better. Well stocked.. their sandwiches puts subway to shame. Every thing super fresh. It really is a pleasure to shop at public. At this publix any way! Surrounded by other nice shops and restaurants.
