The store was remarkably clean, with floors that shone and shelves meticulously arranged, making it a pleasure to navigate through the various sections.The produce section deserves special mention. The fruits and vegetables were fresh, vibrant in color, and clearly of high quality. The variety available was impressive, with both common and exotic options on display. I appreciated the clear labeling and the effort to source locally, which was evident from the tags indicating local farms.Moving on to the bakery and deli, the aromas were tantalizing. The bakery boasted a fine selection of bread, pastries, and cakes that seemed baked to perfection. The deli offered an array of meats and cheeses, and the staff was more than willing to provide samples and recommendations, which I found very helpful.Customer service was a standout feature at this Publix. Employees were courteous and genuinely eager to assist. Whether it was helping to locate a product or offering to carry groceries, their attentiveness added to a pleasant shopping experience.However, I did find the pricing slightly higher compared to some other local supermarkets. While the quality of products and service somewhat justified the higher prices, it could be a consideration for budget-conscious shoppers.In conclusion, this Publix Supermarket delivers an excellent shopping experience, characterized by fresh produce, a great variety of products, delightful bakery and deli sections, and commendable customer service. Its a store I would recommend, and I will definitely be returning, though with a mindful eye on the prices.

Comment: The teamwork I saw tonight at this Publix was fantastic. It was slow in the check out line but all of a sudden, it got BUSY. It was definitely an in-the-weeds moment. All of a sudden, the manager pops out, hops on register, while another employee also ran to hop on another register, and the team killed the lines. Recently having moved to the area, I’m so lucky to call this Publix, my neighborhood Publix. Seeing how quickly the employees kicked into gear to serve their guests and support their team was awesome!

Anyway, the only issue I have is that the staff here is not allowed to offer people who enter the store a mask if they are not wearing one. I understand why - it is above their pay grade to deal with all the craziness that some of these people can deliver to well-meaning and hard-working employees. But this means that maskless people are able to shop here without being confronted and asked to leave if they refuse to follow CDC guidelines. For this reason I give them four stars. Otherwise they would get a five.

Comment: Been shopping at Publix for the last 43 years this particular store since 2000.Love the store and staff. The pharmacy since 2002. Still get my prescriptions there to this day even though theyre 2 other Publix stores closer to were I live now. Respectfully, Mark.

Comment: Unlike the Publix I go to in Winter Garden this one has a staff AND customers following COVID-19 precautions. I have asthma among other things so this matters to me. I go out of my way to shop here where I feel manangement cares for their staff and their customers. Keep up the good work. I was almost ready to stop Publix altogether...then I visited this one. 😷💚👵💙🤗❤

Even though I dont utilize the services of being asked to have my groceries brought to my car or asked if I need assistance while shopping, it would be nice to see consistency from store to store. It only happens at a few, and didnt at this one.

Comment: Prices are higher than Walmart. Employees always willing to help with questions you may have. If you ask for a location of an item they will bring you directly to what you are looking to find. Check the weekly flyer for bogos and discounts. Veggie section has a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Crowded most afternoons and weekends, but lines always move quickly.

I have lived on both coasts and this is hands down the best run. This Publix projects the very definition of customer service! It is what every store be it grocer or electronic store should be. Comment: The reason I have shopped there for more than 10 years? You cant beat their deli, bakery, and meat departments. Many of the store brands are also pretty close in quality to the name brand products. And the store personnel are always friendly and very helpful.

Comment: I have shopped at this Publix since it opened. The manager, Jay, runs a tight ship, has no problems pitching in wherever needed, opens lanes when needed, etc. He sets the tone for the whole store.Many of the cashiers are new right now and I miss my old familar faces; however, they are helpful and pleasant also. Michelle in the fresh fish department rocks, as does Freddy in Produce, as well as others in that department. Bakery people always go the extra mile. Actually, all the employees will stop what they are doing and help you find something. Someone knows how to hire good employees!Picked up medication last Weds,1/14. Could not find my debit card when I got home. Looked thru purse and wallet, returned to store and asked Loretta if I had left it there. She reminded me that card is only handled by me. Thursday morning, I again took everything out of my purse, with no luck, and looked thoroughly (I thought) thru my wallet: no card. Finally called customer service to see if someone had turned it in. I wish I knew the name of the young woman who answered my call around 11:30am so I could send her a special shout out. She said no one had turned in my card; then, she asked for the date & time I had paid for my meds. I gave it to her, and she went thru the film for that time and was able to tell me that I had put my card in my wallet in one of the little pockets. There it was!!! Please thank her again for me for going the extra mile...give her a raise and hang on to her!I have shopped at Publix since the first one opened in West Orange Co in Pine Hills...have moved to closer Publix as they opened thru the years. This store is by far the best!
