Comment: Publix here is good, the only complaint I have is that when in at the Deli there is a gentleman who always seems to hate his job. When asking for a sandwich he will give you a disgruntled looks and slamms everything around. Kicker is if you ask for a sandwich that he doesnt want to make he will tell you that do have the stuff to make it. If you stand back and wait his co worker will begin making sandwiches to assist and they will make the exact one that you requested prior. If its kist the ladys working behind the counter its very pleasant. If he is working we just bypass. All other employees greet you and make you feel welcome in the store. As for Covid they are cleaning all carts before they come back into the store so you are getting one that is sanitized.

Comment: Hurricane Dorian is coming and I am totally impressed with how well stocked the store is! They have water milk bread ( just about everything). I was checking out and with a very small hope I asked the cashier Trey if they had any propane tanks? (Everyone else is out). He said yes that they were starting to run out so he called the delivery truck to bring more. The delivery guy had started to tell him that he was just there the day before but Trey told him that they were out already and had him come back with more!!! Publix, you hired a smart boy! Treat him well! Oliver was also so helpful!! He went out and got the tank for me, loaded up my car with the tank and groceries in the rain ☺️ Thank you all!!

Comment: I love Publix. All the employees are very kind and go out of their way to help me; I usually have my hands full with my baby boys, 1 year old and 3 year old. While grocery shopping with kids is not my favorite thing to do, I know that even if they have meltdowns, I will be taken care of. The shop is clean and well organized. I know I might be able to spend a little less on groceries at another store chain, but the experience at publix is so good that I cant bring myself to go elsewhere.

Comment: I love shopping at Publix. You can find everything you came in for plus a lot of stuff you didnt know you needed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like they really appreciate you spending your money in their store. A lot of places give you just the opposite feeling nowadays. It truly is a pleasure to shop at Publix.

Comment: I have never had a bad experience at this Publix location. Invariably, everyone is friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and the quality of the products has never disappointed. The prices are a little higher than some of the local competition, but the shopping experience makes up for it.

Comment: I look forward to shopping here almost Daily. Amazing Staff! Just down the street is an exceptional Publix, but exceptional doesnt begin to describe My Publix - It is far beyond the Publix Norm.I have lived in JCP for nearly 4 years now, and I would say 95% of the employees from 4 years ago are still here! That says something...From Produce, Fish and everything in between, the Plantation Publix Customer Service is head-and-shoulders above any Retail environment I have ever shopped in!

Comment: Lived across the street now for 10 years and I never notice (took for granted) how amazing my publix is. Ive gone to a few others these past few weeks and even though they are all nice and have friendly staff, this specific publix just stands out leaps and bounds above the others. I love Ms. Ann who works the cash register. I always seek her out when checking out, even my wife has noticed and looks for her. Mr. Caleb in the back always greets me by name and with a smile. What can I say besides I feel like Im family when Im there.

Comment: Outstanding customer service. There is always someone in view to help and they act so happy to help. I will even pass employees who offer to help as many as 3 or 4 times while shopping. The store has the best selection you can hope to find and everything I need. I do not need to go to multiple stores. The bakery is so good and they are always so pleasant and helpful with whatever you need. In addition, they have plenty of help at the register so I never have to wait.I work so having a Publix of this quality near by is wonderful for me and I stock up on their buy 1 get one free and save money.

Comment: Well i had a fantastic time at this specific Publix, the people that work there were amazingly helpful!! The Girl at the cash register was kind and caring. I was having an interesting day that day. BUT Meagan really had an impact on my day. Thank You Meagan, you are an amazing person and thank you! I dont even live in the area. I was in town for a trip my church organized! It was an honor to be served by Meagan
