Comment: What a gem in the heart of South Beach. Henry our concierge couldnt have been more amazing. One block from the beach, rooftop pool, Killer breakfast buffet included in room rental. Beds were so comfortable, and such a cool place. Dont tell too many people!!!

My mom has Parkinson’s, and takes several different medication’s… Many of them are similar names, which gets confusing under the best of times! When you find someone who is not only able to help you but more… WILLING to go ABOVE + ABOVE!!! It’s a true gift for our family!!Because we do not live local, my sister + I often had to call in my mom’s refills. Plus, her doctors are located in New York and we’d often find ourselves scrambling to get authorization for renewals last minute! Walgreens, CVS… They do not care about the individual patient at all!But the staff at this Publix location ABSOLUTELY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!Maxx, Wendy… We are so sorry that we have moved mom away from your Pharmacy! You are both exceptional at your job! So knowledgeable, kind, friendly, compassionate + understanding! The other day I was in the Publix, shopped for my groceries, and then paid at the register. Unfortunately, I managed to leave my wallet in the cart. I didnt realize it till later on in the evening. Comment: I’m going to give 5 starts because I prefer this Publix over the other ones near me. I would like to call out an opportunity that seems to be happening more often. Each time I pull into the check out lanes. The cashier and bag assistants do not pause let alone stop discussing their personal business. No hello. No how are you. No did you find everything you were looking for. I’m a Florida native and have always done my grocery shopping at Publix. Things have changed. Management should spend some time on the front and coach their employees, unless this is the new normal. Should this continue, I will take my business elsewhere. With so many options, Publix needs to step it up to stay on top or get back their…. Hope someone reading this can do something about it.

Without going into a lot of details, I just want to say our experience was outstanding with Vado. After initially unable to locate a product we were looking for, he found us at checkout with the last of their stock that he found in the back. The ladies in the deli and in the bakery were so friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered their names but kudos to the staff in those departments. Also Larry from the deli made things so easy for picking up the platters we ordered, even tracking me down in an aisle while I was shopping for other things before the event, which really helped me out and made things easier. The sandwiches, chicken fingers, fruit and cookie platters were fresh and tasty! Two ladies that checked me out were so friendly and kind too. Thank you to this Publix!

The duck breast was flavourful and maybe I shouldnt have ordered medium well because it was a little dry. Drinks were good and made to order. The blue cheese olives were pre made jarred, which I wouldnt have expected from such a quality establishment. We look forward to going again and will bring pre-stuffed Bleu cheese olives with us.
