Comment: The service you receive at a Publix is typically very good. This location in particular is extremely helpful. I have had to transfer prescriptions to this location which they have done without so much as a follow up phone call. They also input the goodrx codes without being asked and are extremely fast. I routinely get 24 hour or less turnaround times even when the scripts are transfers. The store itself is spotless, well stocked and there are plenty of employees there to assist you. For the foregoing reasons, this location is popular.

Before would gave 1 star because I was constantly getting Boarshead corn beef from the deli that was either bad the 2nd I got home or the next day it was no good, mind you im buying a pound every other day at $13.99lb, thats about 50 60 a week down the drain! I stopped going to the deli there between the bad meat and the rudest freaking lady Who constantly would see me standing there and continue to clean and do a relevant things when you could go back to that after you helped the customer she would literally do that until somebody else would walk up and ask them if she could help them never have I been rude to this lady or exchange any words for her to be that way needless to say when I finally snapped on her she never tried me again. Shouldnt have to go that way but whatever it is yes so the only problem with the deli besides the meat is the fact that theres usually one person there and they continue to do other things and help the customer. From time to time other things in the store would be expiredBut this year it seems to be better everything is fresher. Maybe they could have more aisles open which is which is why I give it 4 stars but besides that the people are very nice and it feels like a home Publix to me!

The staff is extremely friendly, every single employee I encounter greeted me, asked me how Im doing and offered assistance, every single one. The associate at the check-out was very pleasant as was the associate who was bagging the items. Even at 7 AM on a Sunday (which is early for me) everyone was so pleasant and nice. I never really paid attention to advertising campaigns, but at this location, shopping really is a pleasure. As cheesy as that sounds, its true.Excellent Publix, one of the best Ive been in anyway.

Comment: It’s just okay for a Publix - I’ve been in nicer Publix grocery stores - could be cleaner, neater and the discounted area items were not all priced. Had to ask someone, who asked someone else, who didn’t know why the item was there. He said maybe they were going to be marked down. Really? Publix prices are higher then the other two grocery stores in the area. If you believe shopping at Publix is a pleasure and want to pay extra for the experience, then this is the place for you.

Over the top in efforts to hold up to their slogan Publix,where shopping is a pleasure.I arrived about 7 minutes before store was to open in the a.m. After about 2-3 minutes there were about 5 people waiting and the manager took it upon himself to open up 5 minutes early which I thought was above and beyond and extremely courteous. When I was checking out my bill came to X amount of dollars and $.91 the way it worked out was I would have had to break a 20 and get $0.91 back.and the cashier took it upon herself to say forget it and rounded it up so I wouldnt have to get $0.91 back and possibly break a $20 bill for it which I thought was so nice. I went outside to get the change out of the car and had to practically beg her to take it and put it in her register!

Comment: There are so many reasons to love Publix I dont know where to begin. I have been shopping there since moving to Miami in 1974, with 2 rambunctious boys accompanying me. When their employees offered to help get my groceries to the car, and loaded them into the trunk, and even refused a tip, I knew I wouldnt be shopping anywhere else. I dont need that help now, but still go to Publix because it is simply the most pleasant place to shop, with the best selection, and by far the nicest employees.
