Comment: This Publix is new and very nice, but it still has some issues to work out. Most of the produce has been good, but Ive had a couple of batches of lower quality food. Their to-go orders also need a little work. But all of the workers Ive dealt with have been very nice.

Comment: We love this location, we just found out this morning that it will be closing soon. Bad news indeed but the good news is, it will reopen in a few months completely refurbished.Its back!!! New Publix layout, lots more space and fresh bakery items. They have more items, lots more. Were genuinely happy they reopened bigger and better.They have plenty of self checkout if thats your thing but we prefer the assisted check out. No issues there.Still going strong. Lots of choices in the basket 6 and deli that arent available at the old location. This location has the new floor layout making item location more logical, like cold or frozen is in the center of left side of store where you every on the right. This keeps the cold stuff colder longer.

Comment: I drive past every other Publix on the way home for a reason. While the friendliness is always top notch the deli could use additional training or at least implement cheat sheets for Boar’s Head trademark subs. The cordon bleu hot sub is worth every penny but the lady at the counter was as perplexed by the order (aside from the prepackaged ham/chicken) as I was by the situation (instead of pointing the signage right above her head I simply brought up the app to help her out). My only qualm arose when I was told they were out of Dijon mustard therefore she had to use the regular stuff… I offered to walk over to aisle 4 to help her out. But instead she got the supervisor (a gentleman with a beard hair net, on October 1st around 6:10pm) and he unfortunately gave me no resolve. I almost went home to starve when I flagged down another supervisor to ask him a simple question. While he ignored my initial plea so he could talk to a coworker I waited patiently until their conversation was over… for some reason; we were less that 2 feet from each other. Fortunately he understood my dilemma and retrieved the condiment in no time flat. I also refuse to use self checkout but it’s sad to see they have replaced kind human interactions with new employees that don’t even seem to be present. I should just order in next time.

Comment: This Publix has been my favorite for over 30 years.Clean, employees always helpful, fresh food, well organized.What prompted me to write this review is an incredible experience yesterday afternoon....after shopping i couldnt find my car keys....asked an employee who was just leaving if anyone turned in keys they found.This wonderful, extremely pleasant and helpful lady, Maizy (I hope i spelled it right) not only asked and replied with a no, but turned back, stayed with me, we retraced my steps in the store, she suggested we check my car in case I left them there, which is what it was.She helped me regain my composure....words cannot describe.A sincere and humble thank you to this wonderful, generous with her own time as she was on her way home to her family, lovely lady Maisy, and to Publix.

Comment: One of the best stores Ive ever been to. The bakery manager, Brent helped me find everything I needed and even was polite enough to help me through a cake order. By the way, one of the best cakes Ive ever had. Once done with my shopping, I went to checkout; the lines were long, but a nice gentlemen, Jose, opened up a whole new register for me. He made sure I had a successful and enjoyable shopping experience, while his bagger, Davis, did the same while managing to get all of my groceries bagged in record time. Comment: Albertsons, Winn Dixie, Piggly Wiggly. What do all these stores all have in common? They are not PUBLIX. Shopping is truly a pleasure whenever I stop by any location and especially the store at Ramble wood and University Drive. Whether its a quick stop for a Rotisserie chicken or Im in the mood for Sushi Wednesday or the Devil starts to test me with that evil Ben & Jerrys BOGO (buy one get one free, fyi) ice cream, the store is always clean and the staff very helpful. My hats off to everyone working there from house keeping to baggers to management and ESPECIALLY the Publix Deli department. I cant think of a more stressful position in the grocery store than the deli. THANK YOU sandwich artists, THANK YOU chicken tender gurus, THANK YOU for making my day and meals a whole lot better. My only gripe is I wish they didnt start with the self checkout area at some locations. Publix shame on you for trying to save a couple pennies and not employing people who could use a job. Thanks for reading : )

Comment: The deli counter at this store is so efficient and friendly. I always hate going to the deli counter but its not even an inconvenience at this store. Sandra always has a friendly hello when there is a line and she reassures people theyll be helped soon. And these workers gustle and show a sense of urgency, which I really appreciate. The service is just so much better than other grocery stores Ive been to.

Comment: Jay at the pharmacy was super helpful! He told me the wait time for my prescription would be lengthy and offered to send it to another Publix that was nearer to my home. After Id left, he phoned me to advise the wait time for that Publix. It was refreshing to receive exceptional customer service! Great 5-star job Jay👍

Comment: I am so impressed with my experience with the pharmacy staff at this store. They were super professional and attentive. Jack, the pharmacist, was quick to assist me with all of my medical needs. He also offered to give my boyfriend and I flu shots while we were there. It was so convenient and PAINLESS! He was really gentle when giving us the injection. I am so beyond pleased with my experience here. Great pharmacy staff and a FREE $10 gift card for getting the shot. I will continue to use this pharmacy for all my prescription and vaccination needs!

Comment: Always friendly, love the pharmacy here and how they always take care of me like a small town pharmacy where I came from. Prices are higher than Target and Walmart, but I think its because they treat their employees better and have better benefits.

Comment: This is the publix I always shop. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Its very clean and maintained. The only thing I have an issue with is the deli - its understaffed. You can have 5 people waiting for a sub with only one person helping. They also have preordered subs to make.

Comment: Very nice Publix here; its really a great place to shop. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Also ample amount of BOGO items so one can really save a lot of money shopping at Publix. This Publix has plenty of BOGO (and non-BOGO) food/groceries in stock. Check out is very simple and parking is abundant.

Comment: Nice location, clean building, great selection, very friendly staff some know me by name now, the atmosphere is nice there, its my favorite grocery store from this zone. They constantly have discount coupons and buy one get one free specials. My kids and I love the rotisserie and BBQ chicken from the deli.

Comment: Publix is the hidden (or maybe not so hidden) gem of Florida. Its literally the best service but more important THE BEST SPICY FRIED CHICKEN WINGS. Call ahead and get it made fresh, its literally the best thing there is around.
