Comment: The area that this public is located is boogie. All publixs have a Aisle that has foreign food products. There a Brazilian and Asian section, Indian/Asian ect. The employees are always pleasant. Customer service is 100%. Cant beat those publix prices 😉

Everyone here is always helpful .When you ask where something is ( each Publix used to have similar ways of arranging products but its gotten kind of different and now each one seems to be testing out a new layout ). For anyone that does grocery shopping on a regular basis,this is definitely NOT a favored thing.I dont want to have to guess ?!????? I hope that someone who can change this will think of the SHOPPER and NOT THE DOLLAR $$$ BC we all know its expensive to buy groceries and IMO ,I like to know about where to look for a product if Im just going for 1 or 2 items or if Im shopping for an entire week. I sound like a Karen, so let me leave it at: People Like to know the products are in the same place each week. It makes shopping for food a tiny bit easier ! Please set up your stores with that in mind. Thank you Public employees for helping carry groceries out to my car or knowing which aisle a product is on & not making me feel like Im interrupting your break when I cant find something. TO MY GREATEST SUPRISE ON PICKING UP THE CAKE THE NEXT DAY , BROUGHT IT HOME TO MY GRANDMOTHER WHO WANTED A CARROT CAKE FOR HER BIRTHDAY AND SHE DOES NOT EAT ICING BECAUSE SHE IS DIABETIC . WE INTENDED TO TRIM OFF THE ICING PART OF THE CAKE FOR HER . WE WERE ALL SUPRICED AT THE LEVEL OF ICING USED ! ITS WAS VERY THICK AND UNREASONABLE EVEN FOR A NORMAL HEALTHY PERSON . ICING WAS WELL OVER AN INCH AND AT SOME PART OF THE CAKE AN INCH AND HALF. SHE COULD NOT EAT THE CAKE AND WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT EVEN WHEN WE TRIED TO SCOOP THE CAKE BUT THE DISAPPOINTMENT WAS JUST OVERWHELMING AFTER THE SPECIAL REQUEST ONLINE AND ALSO GOING TO THE STORE PHYSICALLY . I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED.2 days ago, the leadership of Publix responded to my review and complaint directly to me . They apologized and make amends with fixing another cake for my grandma . I am glad to share that they took responsibility and took action to try and fix the wrong . I am changing the review from 1 star to 4 star because of the steps taking by the leadership and I expect that the team is properly trained to follow order instructions and keep the standard and guidelines of Publix .

He used to have them before. They have $5 Sushi Wednesday and he loved it so much that we went again on Thursday. Probably one of the best sushi in the area for the price. Comment: Probably my favorite Publix, ever. The employees are super sweet and will drop everything to help, regardless of what department theyre in. I go so often that many of them recognize me on site and will often make polite conversation. Fantastic about honoring coupons or deals and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. Check-out is always quick and the pharmacy is no different, with staff that will answer all of your questions, too. Spacious store with ample room to navigate without running into someone most of the time. Most importantly, very clean! Ive never had issues with Publix in general, and was a bit nervous about switching Publixes when moving to this area, but am more than satisfied with every trip Ive had here thus far.

Comment: Publix Rio Pinar (Orlando, FL) is my “home store”. The store and its employee are standard to other Publix’s I’ve shopped in, but on some occasions I have walked out frustrated due to the lack of basic customer service. However, Imran (Deli Section) is the epitome of the George’s “where shopping is a pleasure” Golden Standard. Every time I see Imran he is smiling and jovial, extends a greeting even when I’m only walking by, is helpful, is super attentive to the customer’s needs and is very kind. When I’m shopping for sliced meats and cheeses and Imran is on the “slicers”, he always greets me and new arriving customers with a greeting and shares “we will be with everyone shortly, thank you” - a small, yet powerful, gesture that validates the patron’s presence. I have complimented Imran to a Publix manager in the past, but…..I wanted to share Imran’s customer service focused performance with Google. Comment: This is a tough review, because, its what I feel is a perfect store, and wonderful staff, always helpful, rarely have to wait, everything is clean, and the BOGOs are always making me smile :D The only problem,. is the cost of food compared to Wal-Mart Neighborhood store right across the street. Things like hummus being almost twice the price for the same exact thing at Wal-Mart, Ive also noticed a difference in the amount of dressing on the items, more at Publix, less at Walmart e.g.- pine nut hummus, check for yourself@ its almost 30% more at Publix, which is really strange, shouldnt it be the same? basic items like coffee creamer, and soups are 30-40% more, unless its a BOGO sale. This makes very little sense to me. but, the pleasant atmosphere, positive attitudes, and quality selections, along with how fresh everything is almost makes me feel bad for disagreeing with it. I suppose its up to the individual, what means more to you? I personally enjoy it, but only go for the sales, and BOGOs ^^ I wish they could have Walmart prices, but, at Publix! Maybe thats just how things work. SO Ill continue to shop at 2 different stores, for different things. worth it(since theyre right across the street from each other ^^). In the end, GREAT store, GREAT people, not so great prices unless its a sale.

Comment: This has been a publix that I have been going to for many many years now and I have a very good experience every single time I go there. When I found out that publix is partnered up with instacart and I could pick up items from this publix through their app this became a game changer for me. One small little nitpick I do have is the carryout parking through instacart, there really isnt a place for you to park in order for them to bring your order out to you. If a designated place for carryout parking is made then this becomes one of the best places to go shopping I guarantee it.

Comment: Literally one of my favorite supermarkets to go to when ever i’m in the US. Has variety, i always find what im looking and most importantly they sell killer sandwiches at their deli! (I recommend Boar’s head Italian classic, never fails!). Overall the supermarket is very organizes and things are always fresh.

Comment: I’ve ordered many platters from Publix over the years. They have all been excellent. Today when I went to pick up one, there was an issue and it first I thought they had made a mistake. It turns out that the computer did not print some special instructions. I will, in the future, give them a call as a courtesy in case that happens on their end again, as it was not their fault at all. The service the Publix deli employees and their manager gave me today was amazing. Absolutely amazing. This wonderful experience is one of the many reasons we only shop at Publix. The environment and customer service is second to none in this industry. I and many people appreciate them and their dedication to quality products and services more than they can know at Publix. Thank you, Publix, for caring about your customers. For years you’ve continued to maintain high standards for customer care, and it means everything. I was only unhappy with one thing I couldnt find pickled garlic or olive like in the other Publix Supermarkets. If you can please add this product to your shopping line. I would really appreciate it. Clean, friendly, helpful, great deals, quality is like non other, I will always choose publix.Ive only had one incident were they acused me of stealing when a clerk said I could exchange a dented item. Comment: Recently traveling to Orlando I needed to pick up a transponder for the toll roads. The staff at the customer service counter were helpful in directing me to the aisle to peruse the choices. Also because Im not familiar with this store and I was hungry I asked where the Greenwise section was. A young man helped me out. The selection was incredible. Nice to see such a wonderful selection for people who need to eat without gluten.

Comment: This is the best Publix ever! I recently ordered prime rib for a holiday dinner and worked with the meat department. They were awesome trying to please us and get the order just right and it was!I have also ordered from the bakery even special requests like ordering a single undecorated cake. Seems they can do most anything to accommodate your needs.When I am in the store, all Publix employees are very helpful and will take you to what you are looking for, with a smile.This had been my Publix for over 13 years and will be for years to come.Thank you!!
