The only thing that I can say and is just a matter of preference, I love their rotisserie chicken and wings however they are almost all spicy 🔥 if they can make them also mild itll be great. You rearely find the non spicy and that the prices have gone from $7.99 to $15.99. im pretty sure that Publix buying power is big considering the amount of stores they have opened since I moved here, so for the prices to double like that within a year is kind of unfortunate.

The appointment was after 1.00 pm.During all the process Miss Deborah was super attentive to find out if we needed additional help. He said its our steamed snow crab legs. So I replied I will like 2 lbs. A gentleman name Parker steamed me up my crabs. When he gave them to me he said when you come back let me know how you like them Im here to say Parker you did an awesome job! They were juicy and seasoned to perfection. Keep up the good work and for making my Publix experience wonderful. I will defiantly be back again and will be honored to receive your services again. Comment: I have never written a review on a grocery store before. However, this Publix has made me feel compelled to do so. I go to this Publix 3-5 times a week as it is close to my work. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I am greeted with the best customer service I have ever seen at a grocery store. Every single staff member is knowledgeable and offers help. From baggers, cashiers, department managers, isle stock team, produce, even the meat team has yelled hello out the window when walking by. This store may not be the most updated, but it is clean and always a pleasure to shop in.

It is in an older building and shopping center and smaller than the surrounding Publix in the area but they make up for that with their customer service, employees with their positive attitude and cleanliness. Comment: Im bias towards that Publix because its one of the few places that sells Simply strawberry lemonade. It also have the great qualities of Publix supermarkets. Cleaniness, great customer service, and helpful staff. Attributes you expect when you pay a little extra for products.

Comment: My family and I have shopped at the Publix Miramar River Run location for over 32 years, and we have nothing but praise for this store - entire staff is courteous, friendly and super helpful. Sheryl, the pharmacist, and her assistant are always courteous and always go the extra mile. It is a pleasure shopping there!

Comment: Whenever they run out on a sale item like their famous lemonade, the staff has always been gracious enough to retrieve additional gallons upon request without hesitation. The customer service staff went beyond their way to assist me with locating a sale they had on a particular soft drink. Their solgan is true....Publix....Where Shopping is A Pleasure!!!!

Comment: Shopping is definitely a pleasure. Walmart has 20 lanes and only 3 cashiers working no matter what time of day or what Walmart you go to. Winn Dixxie meat is not always fresh. If you ask a question or need assistance in Walmart or Winn Dixxie be prepared for the employee to tell you down there. Instead of walking with you to show you. Will not shop anywhere else. Publix is #1, where customers come 1st.

Comment: Stopped by on my way home and never been to this specific location and i was very surprised, every single Publix employee i walked by greeted me and asked me if I needed anything. About 5 different people ! And it was all in about 5-10 minutes. Lady at the front desk didnt appear too happy but still had good customer service.

Comment: Charmaine at customer service went above and beyond and demonstrated tremendous patients as she helped my family find everything we needed at the store...other employees told us where to find things but Charmaine guided us to every single item we purchased... Ive never had that type of customer service at any publix supermarket ever...I recommend asking for Charmaine if you come to this publix she works over by customer service... excellent customer service . ...
