Comment: I stop &shop here approx. once a month, while returning a friend to her home, after receiving chemotherapy. It appears to be one of the busiest Publix, serving a large Senior Citizen customer base. That being the case, it appears there are not enough Handicap Parking 🅿️ slots. Once inside, it is layed out like all the large Ps around. The Companys mantra, Shopping is a Pleasure , suits the experience precisely. And, if it wasnt for the BOGOs, I probably wouldnt shop @ these stores, due to the fact, that I can often find the same item @ a competitors genre @ a lower price. However, helpful @ pleasant staff & location, keep me coming back to Publix.

This one seems better w/o a doubt in my my mind though. Just wish i didnt need to watch my spending so closely and i could afford to do all my shopping at Publix instead of another that prides themselves on low prices. With the others low price it seems you get terrible services, poor quality, rude employees, rude customers, poor cleanliness etc. Flat out Publix is superior in all those areas.

I moved here from NY in 2015. So I did go to go to different Food Stores. After going through a list of them THEY ARE N ALWAYS WILL BE MY FAVORITE.

Comment: We went grocery shopping at Publix and we were pleasantly with surprised to find the place empty at around 10:30 in the morning . We went a day early on Thursday instead of Friday, nice to navigate around the supermarket without many people :-)

Comment: Deli is usually an issue. Plenty of staff, but not great customer service. They just all glare at each other to see who’s going to serve the next customer. The brunt of the work is dumped on the newer workers.They hardly ever use the numbered tickets , this just adds to the chaos of “who’s next”?The deli at this store is definitely what I would describe as the cog in the wheel of an otherwise pleasant shopping experience.

Comment: Not a customer at Publix YET but I got the chance to meet Olin a worker for Publix and in our short interaction outside of his job he became a promoter for Publix and honestly he was very convincing why should I go to Publix. He said while Walmart has variety and may be cheaper sometimes he informed me that at Publix it’s the service, good quality products, and a clean environment. I have not gone into a Publix since I was young but because he informed me about the quality of services and his easy way of speaking I am now happy to say I will be shopping at Publix not because of the things he listed but because if he is on his day off and is willing to represent his company to me that shows it may be worth shopping there aswell. Comment: I have been going to Riverside Publix for almost sixteen years. Everyone working there is so nice and kind. But Dusty goes above and beyond. He is the nicest and most helpful. He always has a smile and makes sure everyone is finding what they need.I have just became a Shipt Shopper three months ago. Dusty always welcomes me and asks if I need anything. Well today I needed some help. He stepped up and showed me were the item was with a smile on his face. I wanted to tip him, but he said he doesn’t take tips. Thank you Dusty for helping me and always willing to help everyone. Thanks again!

Comment: The reason Publix is the best place to shop! Their florist is an absolute genius! Tonight was a Daddy Daughter Dance and I completely forgot to order my corsage in advance and the florist had made extras for those scatter brained parents like me. Joey from customer service went above and beyond to find out what they had left in the extra stock, I was on hold for about 10 minutes while he and the rest of the team made sure I had one for the dance, he continued to check on me and let me know I was not forgotten making the wait well worth it and he was so attentive while I was on hold.

Comment: It is ALWAYS good to shop at Publix. Today tho I wanted to report Michell, from Customer Service, who went above & beyond what I would assume her job description is. When I asked her to call someone to load the heavy bags of water softener crystals for me, she grabbed a cart, loaded the 4 bags, rang up my entire order and loaded it in my car. Cuddos to her and Publixs customer policies.

I witnessed a situation today where I chasier and bagger had to endure an older gentleman complaining about dry ice, and even when he got in the baggers face, they kept their calm and a smile on their face. The select people who go to Publix are the issue, because the customer service is A+.

Comment: A pretty well-rounded, a-little-above- average grocery store (for its location). Good size parking lot, consistency with prices, focus on saving as much as possible, and cant forget the attentive staff and overall customer service each and every time. Well, is there any striking ways to distinguish this store chain location from the others? Not too much, but each location has their own traits. Suppose its safe to say that Publix is on the rise for the past few years, and the quality of each location is influenced by the surrounding local environment as well as the access to a multitude of resources. After all, theres literally a Publix location in each shopping plaza for every defined section and following subareas of the city. Which is great, because Id much prefer Publix over Walmart when it comes to grocery shopping for a few select items. So, its become more and more of a commonality the more growth that comes along. However, Ive noticed the gradual change, or should I say a shift towards a more concerned public. For example, their Greenwise and alternative items for sale. Honestly, I think thats that is a well decided step to include more unconventional items for the future of grocery shopping, or just shopping in general. Which is why as a customer returning is both easily assessable, desirable and rememberable.

Comment: Wonderful store! I live right down the street from this Publix and every time I shop at this location I get nothing but friendly help from every single worker I came across and cleanliness. The managers are great at their jobs which is obvious by how fantastic the store is ran. I have never once had any reason to waste my time by driving to another publix, this one is just so convenient. I once had a boy who was sweeping end up walking me to find 3 different random things on my list which I simply had no idea where they were. I have lived in different areas around Florida and shopped at probably thirty different Publix locations, this one is by far, hands down one of the best stores I have shopped at.
