Comment: This is the new publix on wiles rd. It will now be our regular one. We had to go to a different one because they closed the ramblewood store for a total renovation which will take about 9 more months, we were using the one on university and sample rd. That store is lousy. Most produce is over ripe or badly bruised, they dont restock till the bin is about empty. The deli has terrible service. There is always at least a 15 minute wait to get your order sliced. They have 2 people who do call ahead orders who will not help you no matter how busy and a couple making sandwiches and thats all they do and this is on Saturday or Sunday, we have tried both times. Another thing they do their when u tell them u want your meat or cheese thin is give u the 1st two slices thin and then slice it much thicker to save time. Now the new store which is the one this report is for is not busy. The produce is well stocked with nice looking fruits and vegetables, the deli help is adequate and follow your directions. Very nice store. Update 06/29/23 Found several items today with expiration dates of 04/16/22!!! Watch your dates!!!!!

Comment: This store itself is as clean and new looking as can be. About a year ago, they gutted the 39 year old store and completely rebuilt the new one. High marks for that project. Most of the employees I have met are friendly and professional too. The only issue I have is the price they charge nowadays. I shop their BOGO specials regularly, and those deals are very good but everyday items not on BOGO have risen in price way too much. I feel like Im paying for the new building when the old one was fine in my mind. Hopefully our economy will get better again someday and Publix will be competitive again on regular prices.

Theres two freezer sections, one stand up cooler, and several dry goods shelves stacked with recognizable brands that the Orthodox community buys regularly. You wont find a whole in the way kosher meat and dairy, however. At least not yet.

But the young girl who was doing the bag with Sofia, puts my cold fruits on top of my hot meal. Maybe she was upset because I asked for paper bags. Nevertheless, she should have known better. Comment: I did not go into publix. As the infection rate increases, I find staying out of crowded essential businesses is safer. Online ordering, curbside pickup or delivery are safer choices, I believe. I went into the liquor store. I bought what I touched, I touched what I wanted to buy and I was masked with spray alcohol at the ready. Stay viligant, calm and peaceful. An end is coming.

Comment: I went to publix to get a whole chicken for some stew because i was recovering from a horrible flu and Evens (Daniel Edouard) went above and beyond to skin the chicken and cut into tiny pieces for me. My stew was amazing thanks to him. I went back after a week and he came right up to me to ask how i was recovering. I was speechless. Sorry for such a late post but you are not forgotten sir. This publix really cares!!!

Comment: Its my neighborhood grocery store and I love it there. All of the employees are very nice and patient. The food is always nicely presented and the store is clean. I would give it 5 stars if not for the one lady that works in the Bakery. My five year old enjoys shopping with me because he always get a free publixs cookie from the bakery. Well, I wish she would engage with him a little more to make it feel as special as he feels it is. Shes very distant and rather cold. But other than that I really enjoy the store.

Comment: This is one of my favorite places to shop especially this one. it’s usually backed up and crowded but I go because there is a worker there by the name of DioR who always has a smile on her face and always is so polite! All the other workers can learn a thing or two from her. Customer service is very important to me and really get great customer customer service every visit when I go through her line!!🤗🤗🤗

Comment: I LOVE PUBLIX for everything they offer to there customers & all the unwritten things that are just part of every PUBLIX and all of their employees.That is just 1 thing & it is huge to me. I am sure that many people who think as I do and look to get the same sort of standards & practices I would like from the store aa I am sure there are many others who feel & thibk like I do.There is always someone there at PUBLIX to answer a question you have, lend some.assistance, clear up some confussion or help in any way possible.Those are some of the things that sets PUBLIX ahead of every other competing grocery store. Those things and some other stuff that falls in line with all the great Quality, Sales, Service, & Products every PUBLIX has to offer to not only me but to all of their clientele, (wether they were previously existing, new or future customers).Everything is taken care of with the best customer service which will keep them all coming back again & again forever.

Comment: There was a lot of great deals and specials going on when I visited today. A nice selection of produce and I swear they have kind of ice cream imaginable. I was also pleased to find they had Krispy Kreme donuts for sale, so I got a box of those. The deli had very good lunch meat.

Comment: Small Publix but great staff and amazing service. Clean but in an old building. Staff is mostly from the neighborhood and are part of the community. Does not have an extensive product line because of size. Produce is fresh and neatly arranged. Deli has gotten much better at serving customers.

Comment: This is a very busy Pubix; the food/groceries here are very well stocked; everything here is very fresh. Cant complain about pricing, since that is how we get to have the so called deals - lol. But, the only beef I have is the checkout is a bit slow. It is something that can get improved on. Will be back.
