Comment: I have been shopping at this location since 1981. I even worked in the deli for a bit while my kids were in school. The store is clean and the staff is great. I only paused shopping there during the beginning of Covid because I wasnt happy they they were not enforcing masks even though they had signs up that required them. I realize there are different opinions on this and I respect how anyone chooses to feel over this but some of us have compromised people in our household and needed to feel safe. I didnt feel Safe in publix during that time so that was my choice.

Its like theres never a mix. Its either all polite people or all miserable, angry people. One thing Ill never understand is why people want to spread negativity & hate? I get thats how they may feel, but what is with the like passing it on type ish? Idk about yall but I hate when Im upset. Comment: Staff is always friendly. Its a BUSY parking lot but there is always parking. Prices are just like any other Publix. Meat and seafood are always fresh. I find the deli counter to always be helpful, the butcher counter too, always tries to go above and beyond. I often go up and ask for a specific cut of meat and if they have it in the back, they will cut it for me the way I like without question. If they dont have it they offer to order it and have it ready in 1-2 days The produce section is always fresh and clean. Sometimes its out of my way but def my go-to.

The back room is difficult to maneuver with 2 cars going in opposite direction. I think this one could benefit by having an upgrade like the one on Beneva.Still love you Publix 😍

Dafne was prompt in going into the back area to hunt down the specific flowers that I needed and she was able to find just what I was looking for. The price and quality of the flowers were superb! Just $45 for these beauties!!My daughter was offered a delicious cookie from the bakery while we waited too!! Always nice employees and fast lines. 😊When people are coming out of the store the cars in traffic will wait for them to walk to their cars with their carriages. Before I realized the traffic was stopping for them to cross I thought they were stopping traffic just to let me go! I realized today that that’s not the case… lol Parking at Publix markets is not the same as other markets. There are many places with parking lots that have arrows directing you, which you may choose to pay attention to or ignore, but this parking lot is a bit more particular. If you go down the wrong way you will more likely find yourself facing another car coming in your direction. Following the arrows at this parking lot will be way more beneficial for you to follow in the end.

Comment: I happened to stop at this location close to closing on my way to Fort Meyers to visit the liquor store next door for some bourbon. I needed a toothpaste and I am very particular about it and they didnt have it so we headed out. A man at the exit asked if I needed help finding anything since he saw me walk in then out. I explained they didnt have what I wanted and he gave me his card and said to call and he could see if he could get it in. I was absolutely floored at his customer service. Then today I notice the card says store manager Mark Hightower. I just wanted to share my positive experience and it was great to see a store manager there on a Thursday night whether its forced or not.

When I asked a young man working there where the apple butter was as it was not next to the applesauce.. he said isle 10.. being in isle 3 I said thank you.. a few minutes later he found me in the deli and brought me 2 brands of apple butter for me to chose.. I was impressed and pleased to be waited on in a very personal and special way... I met the manager Mark a few weeks back and had a very nice conversation about Publix and that my only disappointment with Publix is when the stopped closing on Sundays.. In that they provide a great service to our community.. that extra day is critical for some shoppers.. so I understand their decision...

Comment: I love the Publix stores and employees. The stores are always clean and well maintained. The employees always go out of their way to help you even as far as walking you to another aisle to show you exactly where an item is. The only thing negative I could say about Publix is that the deli is always backed up. It takes as long waiting at the deli to get a few cold cuts as it does to do the whole rest of my shopping.

Comment: This is MY Market! I find the employees friendly, the market is clean and organized. I like the Deli and the variety of soups that you can ladle into take home containers from hot pots. All the soups have that Homemade flavor and they are outstanding. They serve different flavors on different days. I have to rate the Chilly as exceptional with lots of ground beef and tastes very good. The bakery is excellent. They bake my favorite bread, which is rye-like bread with cranberries. If you smear Philly Cream cheese on a slice of that fresh bread you will be tempted to eat the whole loaf.

Comment: Publix Super Market at Sarasota Crossings is the best place to shop. The staff are very polite and helpful. I have walked the store and had conversations with the employees from what is the best steak sauce to should I get biscuits or cresents. The new manager is very pleasant and professional. I stopped and told him how much I appreciate his staff and I could hear the passion in his voice about his job. That is rare in these times. He believes in Publix, the culture and serving the community. Great Job Publix....... This is a real review from a real customer who works in a similar field. So I know how hard it is to get a 5 star review and this Publix is a 5 star Publix!

Comment: I drop a prescription off. The next day I came to pick it up and the prescriptions weren’t unpack yet but I was going out of town so... they dug through all the drugs to find mine. I really appreciated it! Plus they told me everything thing I needed to know about my prescription. This was incredibly helpful since my doctor sucks!

Comment: Cool a.c. nice people working but wireless camera is what gave me loss of memory in the last couple years theirs kids theirs inrolled students working with camera pointed at their heads .Make human income unlimited and offer work if humans want to work .Freezer emergency vents in an event of freezer leak all the air could go up when sniffer detects coolant leak.Another thing is make the line from the front doors to the stocking room then out onto the floor and Isles so nobody got to wastes their damn time you got school kids working there with cameras pointed at their head at Jeopardy about money man tighten the fuk up its not just there .Just take 5 seconds to make human lives safe and easer shop stock order Whats not on shelf , maybe costomers shoping would find themselfs having fun and confident with cleanliness as they block while they shop then maybe .All goodJust thinking cause im by law ok to thinkLong time none thief Srq.fl. costomerThank you

Comment: This is my favorite Publix in Sarasota. Clean, helpful staff, best array of foods. We can buy British foods like Weetabix, which you cant find in the others, not to mention Marmite and cookies. Meat section is lovely and they have frequent sales on very fresh Greenwise meats and poultry. Wish I could get wild caught fish. But their labeling is very honest and I like the ethics of the chain.
