Comment: Classic, contemporary Publix, a reputable example of a well run Publix and of grocery store standards everywhere. Parking availability is outstanding. Handicap access is great. Each department from floral and bakery all the way through to cashier and bagging is well maintained and superbly staffed by knowledgeable and considerate, well trained professionally demeanored grocers. It is always exceptionally well cleaned and stocked. Frankly, it is somehow a Publix that is staffed by nicer than your average Publix employees, which is a significant achievement.

Plus, if you’ve never ordered a salad or sub from their in-house deli/restaurant, you haven’t lived. For $6-10, you get a choice of many, many options. Healthy, not-so-healthy, good portions, and always yummy!! We love it so much and tried to tip, but the worker wouldn’t let us so we got her a gift card instead. Comment: As with every Publix Ive been shopping in, its clean, bright, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There selection of products is larger than any of there competitions and they always have check out isles with real people to help check and bag the items youve picked to purchase.However, there prices are way higher than any other grocery stores. We just cant afford to buy everything we need each week at Publix. So we get most of our stuff at another company and then go to Publix for the items only they sell.

Comment: I usually go to Publix for lunchtime options, soups, salads and sub sandwiches. Publix is always clutch, however they didnt have my favorite salad with the boars head turkey and ham. The self serve salad bar with pasta salads is a nice change from the Venice Location that I go to.Also, way too many self checkouts and not enough human cashiers. I prefer the Soth Venice location

They always have good buy one, get one free deals. Also, he did an amazing job slicing London broil jerky thin. Most meat departments cant get it quite right but he made the slices perfect. Great service and Luigi left a lasting impression!

Comment: Love the variety of produces section and the hot prepared food has something different almost every day. Deli sandwiches are usually fresh and they have a salad bar with desert. It’s also really clean which is a big plus do to Covid still. The staff is really helpful, though some of them in the deli/ hot prepared foods can use a little more training on sanitation when using gloves and changing them out when working in another area between customers and not touching their personal clothing/ mask when making a customers food. Pros and cons, but the store is worth shopping at safely.

Always find help if I need it Baggers Joseph, Harrison, Cally and Ian are friendly and good at offering to assist me to my vehicle, which I appreciate, especially after recent knee replacement surgery. One lady saw me looking for a particular item and quickly offered to help me look for it and when checking out the register was having issues so they opened another as quick as they could so customers didnt have to wait until that register was fixed. Overall a very good Publix experience.

Comment: Always a pleasure at Publix.The currant situation in the county, state, country, and world make shopping more annoying than ever! Publix does its best to mitigate the inconveniences of distancing in stores that were never designed for this situation, and are pretty well stocked on most items including their sale stock, not perfect but who is these days!My only complaint is that the baggers could use a little more training in how to group like items more appropriately. I load the cart and subsequently the conveyor belt to make this fairly simple but alas I get back to my car and have to rearrange my bags.For example, raw meats should be by themselves without any other consumables with or near them. As well placing items that could be crushed or otherwise damaged in the same bag with heavy items.Overall a great place to shop!

Comment: This place is a wonderful place to shop. They have great Buy One Get One deals weekly and I take full advantage. They offer a range of customer service options from rain checks to ordering and getting in stock your favorite items. Publix is a staple of the south and when one leaves they will truly crave a Publix Sub with your choice of bread and Publix or Boar Head meat to go inside the bread. They also have a great sub dressing, dont forget that.

I tried to call and compliment 2 employees - Roger in the Deli and Lori at check out but was placed on hold for over 10 mins and no one from management came to the call. These two individuals are wonderful if you get the chance to engage with them! I’m not sure if Management automatically assumed the call was a complaint; they should do a better job at taking all calls.

Comment: Went to publix for the delicious Boars Head sub sandwiches. I was very well treated by the girl behind the counter who fulfilled my order for my pregnant wife who had special specifications. Im very pleased about the service from her. She smiled the whole time and look me in the eye, she even asked me about my wife and how she was doing which is something she did not have to do at all. Its hard to find that common courtesy in this world nowadays. Thank you Publix employees it was a wonderful experience.

Comment: I had been looking for ice everywhere, no one had any. I made my way back to Paradise Plaza Publix bc they were still closed after the hurricane. They were not quite ready inside to open when I first stopped there. Now open, I asked a personnel if they had ice? Yes, on isle 10! Really, you have ice? I was amazed! I was so happy, after all the searching, and to add all the preparing for the hurricane, the waiting for it, the stress and unknowing of what it will do when it comes! Returning home after the storm, to find the yard literally trashed the grass was not visible there was so much debris, broken tree branches, palms, there was more tree on the ground than there was left standing, and no power!The time I had in Publix was so pleasant, I felt like I was back in civilization again! The people in this store are so incredibly friendly, warm hearted and simply wonderful they are like good friends! My experience at Publix made my day!
