He completely turned my day around. This Publix is the most efficient store Ive ever been to and truly is full of the nicest people. Comment: I’ve been living in Palm Harbor a little over a year now. I have to say ever since I’ve been living here I always come to this Publix and the customer service is unmatched. From the deli which I frequent, to the bakery, on the floor and the cashiers! Everyone is always very sweet and attentive. I must say I’ve had quite a few interactions with Kevin and he is an employee that deserves his flowers. He is always very nice and polite. He is always smiling and might I say hardworking as well. He is always offering to go beyond the store to the parking lot to continue to help load groceries. As hot is it usually is I have to say that is dedication! I usually have my 1 year old with me while I’m shopping and today for instance he was a bit cranky. Kevin saw that and sprung to action. Doing little gestures and saying fun/funny things to make him smile. As overwhelming shopping with a small child can be, I really appreciate that. Thank you Kevin for being a blessing to my shopping experiences and a big thank you to the Publix team at Seabreeze Plaza location. You all are amazing!

Comment: Store is bright, clean & looks welcoming! I came here because my local Publix did not have three months of my prescription. So they called this store, which did have it. They filled it immediately! That is a tremendous service since I am leaving on vacation soon.I did not buy food while I was here, since I was on the way to a medical appointment. But everything in the produce department looked fresh and inviting. I did use a BOGO free coupon for two hallmark cards. I don’t mean to be disloyal to my Hallmark store, but I’m here and I needed the cards.The staff here is supportive and efficient. If I am ever in the area, I would not hesitate to come here. It is just as wonderful as my local Publix.

Lou is the manager extraordinaire. He is always going out of his way to help customers. Simply walk into the bakery area, and Sarah Mixon, will greet you with awesome and helpful customer service. Austin is rocking the produce area, with his own energetic and courteous brand, of customer service! Nate, John S, Maria, Nathan, Laarnie, Janelle and Stephanie, are all fabulous, and give excellent customer service. A special thank you to Cindy, she is my good luck charm, at the customer service desk. Makenna is a young and upcoming superstar, she provides excellent customer service and always go out of her way for customers! Comment: I had a couple of bad experiences with the deli not having my lunch order ready, or having my order AT ALL! The reason why I am still giving them 5 stars is solely due to the way Management handled my gripe. I feel like they truly heard me (and they bought my lunch that day) there is always going to be human error in any business, but the way it gets handled is what really matters to me. (Walmart employees dont even try to hide the fact that you are bothering them! Publix has definitely elevated themselves to a pleasurable shopping experience. and in THIS particular location, all employees go above and beyond!

Comment: Publix, whats not to love? Prices are high but its the gold standard of shopping. They treat you like youd like to be treated in general in any business where someone is doing a service in their helping folks and with a positive attitude. Its like theyre happy to be there and that bleeds onto the shopping experience. Also, mostly all high end brand names. I just wish they carried Strawberry Banana or the Berry Dole juices. Only thing missing in this area. :(

The employees are the biggest reason I keep coming back and a well stocked store doesnt hurt either. Its definitely a pleasure shopping at Publix in Seabreeze Plaza.

Comment: This is my go-to Publix just because of the proximity to my house. It would be unfair to take any one experience Ive had and use it to define my overall opinion of this particular location, or Publix as a whole. I can say that the COVID epidemic has definitely affected the day to day operations and we are all doing the best we can as customers and employees to make sense of it all. Having said that, any real issue Ive ever had over the years has been resolved ranging from interactions with certain employees, to out of stock product, or even quality and/satisfaction of a particular item. Like it or not, Publix is Floridas main grocery store and accepting that as soon as possible will only help your happiness long term when it comes to putting food on the table. Im there practically every day and there are some absolutely incredible people working there, especially Sarah in the bakery, and Wes on the front end.

Most days and workers are great here but these 2 have definitely stood out in all my vists,which is a ton because its right across the street from my house. I would have probably been there for an hour chatting if they didnt have other guests to attend. Erich insisted on helping me to my car which I was thankful for because I was having a tuff day. Comment: We shop at this publix all the time and love it! I get cakes from the bakery for birthdays and have the usual “happy birthday” written on it, who doesn’t love a Publix cake!? My daughters first birthday was this weekend and so I ordered a custom cake in advance this time, I was nervous about ordering a cake like this from Publix and not a bakery specializing in decorated cakes, but boy was I wrong! Our cake was AMAZING, I could not thank the bakery more for how wonderful it turned out. Pinterest win for this mom!!! Comment: This by far is my favorite Publix Supermarket. We come here so much that I know some of the stuff by name and they are always friendly. A good thing to note is that the manager will get you things if you message through the system and the staff has been here for years they always have a pleasant work or some helpful tip any day of the week. I highly recommend coming to this Publix because they seem a lot friendlier than any other Ive ever been to and thats saying something because Publix is usually quite good with their customer service anyway.

Comment: The Seabreeze plaza that Publix is located in can be crazy pulling into or leaving but thats my only complaint. This Publix is clean and staff is very helpful and genuinely nice.
