Comment: This is the BEST Publix EVER! A couple days ago, I had a medical emergency inside the store. Completely unexpected. I was with my aunt (thank goodness) when it happened. The manager Emily was on duty and she and her staff took IMMEDIATE action! They called EMS and assisted me and my Aunt like a pro! Everyone stayed calm and kept me at ease until help arrived. Later, Emily offered to complete our shopping list for us. SN: I was fine after being evaluated by EMS. She helped my Aunt while I rested in my car. Made sure our groceries were kept cold and all. She even got my Aunt’s phone number so she could check in with me in a couple days. Like, who does that?!?! Hands down some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced!!!! Another reason why I love this store! Definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comment: 👍Im (once again) very impressed with how good the service is here, particularly during this busiest time of year. Prompt service with a smile.That, above all, makes it worth the extra dollarhere. In addition, the shelves are always very well stocked, and the produce is always fresh and beautifully displaced. The aisles are narrow, compared to other Publix stores, because this one is a bit older and smaller.That said, unless you walk or take the bus,accessibility is a challenge. The parking lot is terrible. Walking from your car to store entrance feels unsafe because of the narrow, angular parking slots. The pick-up / drop-off zone is often congested. It seems like an accident waiting to happen. Other than that, its a decent store.

Comment: One of the few true south side Publix. Yes there are 2 others within 3 blocks of Central. But this is 54th Ave S. Skipping over 50 blocks of less appealing residences.Typical Publix. Good selection maximized pricing. Adequate parking. While Covid may be less prevalent, antibacterial wipes are at each end of the cart corral.Pharmacy here is Great. Good staff, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I find the pharmacy people far more personable than Walgreens. Im glad I switched my scripts to them!

Comment: Nice new large Publix. Friendly staff, fully stocked, what you expect from Publix. 06/09/22 went to the Seville Square Publix for the 1st time in over a year. Store was clean, shelves stocked, friendly & helpful cashier. Only issue was their apples werent anywhere as nice as the ones at the Shops at the Royale or So. Pasadena stores. It was however a good trip and they has the Publix 2 in 1 shampoo my wife has been looking for! Back at Seville Square Publix, well stocked, busy but not crowded, friendly staff, found all the items I wanted. Really a great experience today.

They have most items you would expect in stock, but dont expect more than 2 or 3 flavors of any particular brand. Ive experienced this with everything from coffee creamer, to yogurt, to energy drinks. They will usually have product youre looking for, but almost never more than 2 flavor varieties even when the particular product offers dozens.

Comment: Even though there is a larger and fancier Publix around the corner, I prefer this one. They carry a wider variety of foods and the meat department folks are wonderful. My only frustration is the pharmacy recently carries fewer and fewer meds and they always have to order the prescription. Additionally there is no enforcement on non handicapped people parking in the handicapped spots, and the security guard is standing RIGHT there watching.

I love their deli food, the chicken strips are never dry when I get them, the fried chicken tastes better than the one downtown, I always get the potato wedges when they have them, and they dont take forever to fill your order like some places. When you go to check out they conversate and send you in your way. Just a quick trip, in and out, like I expect to do anywhere. Its just a pleasant place to go all together.

Comment: The staff there is amazing. There are alot of employees so you never have to look far to have a question answered. My son in law is Vegan and we found everything we needed at Publix. Plus the recipe booklets they put out had Vegan recipes last week.

Comment: This is by far the best Publix I have been to since I moved to St Petersburg in 2020 unfortunately I had gotten a sub on Friday and they made it wrong when I called and spoke to the manager Ashley she was more than helpful and had them remake it and also refunded my sandwich which she did not have to do but was very sweet of her. I then had the most amazing interaction with Miss Alexis not only was she respectful fast and polite but she went above and beyond to make my sandwich correct , not only do I appreciate this but I would definitely go get another sandwich from Publix even after my first bad mishap because they went out of their way to make me happy! SHOUT OUT TO ALEXIS HAVE HER MAKE TOUR SUB TODAY!

From the time you walk through the door to walking the isle and at check out, the employees are always pleasantly greeting you, and willing to assist. Comment: The aisles are so big and luxurious. It hasn’t been remodeled so it’s a fun nostalgia trip. DO NOT GO TO THE DELI IN A HURRY. No sense of urgency with their sub making.

Comment: Nice place, but no single Bagels. Pharmacy is also not the best place. Took three days for them to fill my RX, and it was not Correct. The Pharmacy Tech was great. The Pharmacist was horrible. He was rude. I went there the day before, and the Computers were down. I came back twice and still no RX. Getting them sent to Walgreens.

Comment: Incredibly respectful and surprisingly safe during the 2020 covid epidemic. Everyone was wearing masks, hand sanitizer was readily available and the in-store traffic was minimal.Its well stocked, well organized and the staff are very friendly. The layout of the store is different than others that I am used to but every thing is still easy to locate.

Comment: I visited here on 5/21/2020. I normally would not write a review of a grocery store. However, the young lady at the customer service desk (I forgot her name) was phenomenal! She was super busy and handled it with professionalism and style. Also my cashier in the express checkout was super friendly, although most of the cashiers here are friendly.

Comment: I think Pubix sets the standard for superarket shopping. If i need the butcher they happily go out of their way to cut up meat for you at no extra charge. Customer service is phenomenal. I can take things back no questions asked. Anytime i ask one of the workers where something is they either walk you to the isle or give you an accurate answer or find out the answer. A customer service worker will greet you with a good morning of ask you if you are finding what you need. Great selections and the bogos are great. I could go on and on really. Obviously i truly enjoy shopping at Publix. They make things look easy and they work so hard during this difficult time. Thank you Publix.

Comment: Im not a fan of the Publix chain in general due to their longstanding refusal to support the Immokalee Workers Fair Food program, and their political donations to Adam Putnam. But this has always been an excellent grocery store, with extremely friendly and helpful employees, good products, and a good vibe. I would absolutely recommend this location, despite my issues with the chain as a whole.

The only drawback to this visit was another customer had her child ( and I use this term loosely) with her so all of the other customers and employees were treated to the most obnoxious display of screaming and candy being used as projectiles. Comment: Based on the fact that this publix serviced several neighbourhoods when the other one closed for renovations I would have to give them 5/5. Yes there seemed to be minor issues but every time I went to this store, I got what I needed, paid and left. Lots of rude customers from neighbouring areas, who were obviously already irate that they had to come all the way to this store, made the store a living hell. Buy, pay and leave

Some workers out on floor could be friendlier...Bakery, couple of men act like u are interferring with their job when they are standing unloading produce if u need a few of what he stands in the way if??? I LOVE PEOPLE AN I AM RESPECTFUL AN UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR JOB TRULY, BUT AM I TO STAND AN WAIT UNTIL THEY MOVE AWAY? Twice this has happened to me, thats one to many. Other than that, GREAT store. Comment: This is a larger Publix, thus seems to be stocked very well. Great produce, no fruit flies. Excellent and speedy bakery, the deli gives you meat samples, the dairy always seems to have my half-and-half. The meat department is attentive and thorough. Same with seafood. Plus, their frozen section has a huge selection. I feel blessed to be so close to this location!

Comment: They layout of the store feels more spacious and spread out, but consequently it takes me longer to shop here than other Publix. Large aisles keep cart congestion down and the checkout staff are fast.
