Plenty of buy one get one free galore and it is what you expect from a Publix location.I’d say the location is “medium busy” there’s others that are really long waits on check out. Never had any issues with staff. All are there to help.Good selection of expected staples. Really enjoying the vegan and vegetarian options at the deli. The vegan turkey club is awesome! I recommend it in a wrap.

Comment: I have reviewed many Publix stores. Their layouts vary depending on the size of the store however they are all usually consistent. Always friend and attentive staff very willing to help. Good bakery and hot foods of course include their terrific fried chicken, chicken tenders and wings. Decent wine selection for a grocery store. Competitive pricing although grocery prices have gone way up over the past year. Seafood, Meat and dairy depts. Always look for their BOGO offers around the store. Usually they are up front right after you walk in.

Comment: I go too many different Publix stores, and this one, though smaller, seems to be the best in the Winter Springs, Casselberry, Oviedo area. The parking is a very positive aspect of why I go there. No matter where you park it seems that you are very close to the entry, and theres only a slight grade up from the store to the parking lot. If you talk to the personnel they will say they are a smaller store, but they have most items that I need. I really like their deli quick serve station where you can pick up meats and cheeses without waiting in line. Most of them are 1/2 lb. packages. One downside of this Publix is that they have several self checkouts. I am not big on self checkout, especially in a grocery store. The store is well organized, and very neat and clean, as are most Publix stores.

However we spoke with the manager Travis and he went above and beyond to make our experience so much better and introduced us to Mike in the deli dept who was awesome. The key component that I liked was they both listened, they sympathized, and even shared their own experiences to make us feel he understood completely. Best customer recovery I ever received. But I dont care to go in the evening, the younger crew is there and there not as friendly and they love to talk to each other more than the customer. I notice it all the time when I self checkout. They need to be less focused on friends and more on the customers. But I do love Publix, Ive been going to this publix before they moved to this new location! Way back when.. love them

Comment: Happened to pop into this location as I was in need of a new SunPass for my SUV. The unfortunately were sold out of them, but we were able to grab a snack for the road while we were here anyways.The location was clean and well organized. They have some self-service checkouts and of course, regular checkouts if you prefer. I stopped at the guest service area to ask about the SunPasses and the associate was very helpful and did their best to find one for me.Overall: AGreat staff and clean location.

Comment: I came in to Publix this morning for a typical grocery shopping trip. I always choose publix for their BOGO deals, super fresh produce, & they make the best glazed donuts! Once I got back into my car, I realized my battery was dead. I didn’t have anyone I could call to come give me a boost, but the super kind manager came out and helped me boost my car battery so I could get home. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love my Publix ❤️❤️❤️

Comment: My husband and I had to run in to pick up something from the deli before getting on the road. The person in charge, I think her name was Lisa, was outstanding. She was so friendly and smiling and very helpful and my husband I really appreciated the fact that suggestions were made for us that would be quick and easy to eat while on the road. This is a great stor. It was clean, there were no issues that we saw, and again the people inside really made it a nice experience for a quick trip.

Comment: The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Minus a star because they need some improvements in two areas - first, the bakery has messed up my cake orders twice. The first time they flat out just didnt make it because they didnt get the order even though I ordered 2 days in advance and they found the ticket when I came to pick it up. I understand people make mistakes but they didnt even apologize or offer to make me one or anything which is really the opposite the the Publix customer service they usually have. Second time, cake was old and stale - complete waste of money. I think Publix bakeries are AWESOME - just not the one at this store unfortunately. Second area is online food ordering - order is never, ever, ever ready. If they arent capable of doing online ordering correctly, it should just be disabled.

Comment: It was definitely a pleasure to shop at this supermarket. When I visit Oviedo Florida I always like to make a stop here. The shelves are always clean, organized and the employees are polite and well mannered. My favorite stop, the Bakery; the best on the retail/supermarket business. They have a magazine section, a well kept garden/floral corner and organic food available. And yes, as usual, they have a happy pair of cashier and bagger at the registers.

This particular one seems to have a better deli/produce/meat section than others though in terms of choices. Update: had a great experience with a very helpful young guy named Chance. He assisted me with getting me beer that was not available in the cooler. He first checked the stockroom and there wasnt any more. He then offered to call the liquor store next door to see if they had any. They did and he said to wait a few minutes while he grabbed the beer for me next door. Now thats service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
