Comment: Publix is an oasis in a state filled with mediocre supermarkets. You only get quality products and service that is rivaled by no other market. The staff is very helpful. The deli counter has the best cold cuts in the south. The “Pubsub” is legendary. Do certain items cost a bit more..? yes, but the environment is well worth it. From Tallahassee to the Keys, you can always expect the same exact quality products. It’s where I shop, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to give it a try.

Comment: Overall, the Publix here has most items that can be found. However it is slightly smaller than your average Publix market, so some items may not be easily found here. I like that it’s eighth next to my house so I could go walking if I wanted to and makes it easier for groceries runs. I’d give it a 5 star but there’s always something that might be missing so I’d okay it safe and give it a four star.P.s. this review may or may not change according to my daily routine and interactions at this location

We returned and as she went in the store the clerk immediately recognized her took her to security where they returned the wallet! Comment: This is a good store as it is compact so the downside is some selections have been cutdown to 1 choice only. The plus is many of the employees are long-term Publix persons with a real sense of customer service. Unfortunately that seems to be disappearing as Publix upper management is making changes counter to the stated belief of customer service first but that is a trend in almost all of corporate America. ( Maybe worldwide but I am experiencing first hand here) The bean counting mentality is the downfall of many yet the companies seems oblivious to the reality due in part to the ridiculous pay given CEO and CFO and all of those positions. It is a dangerous road that non seem to address except for the few like Container Store founder. Anyway Beacon Lights Publix a go to place!

Comment: Limited on their products lately not always a fault of their own. Disappointing some times when I have to ask for help to bag my groceries and get help out to the car. That never was an issue until the last few years. Thats why I go to Publix and spend more money because the service was always outstanding. That has changed. I have to ask for help quite often. Their vegetables are expensive and when you get the package home, it starts rotting within a few days! Im considering going to two different stores to go shopping from now on. I used to love to go to Publix! People are not as friendly as they used to be either.

Comment: Love this store. Easy to get around. Well organized and staff is extremely pleasant. All in all a good experience. Im new to the neighborhood, so first impressions important. Shopped here 4 times now. Ill be back.

Comment: Publix has the best costumer service of any grocery chain in South Florida. All their bakery departments are the worst, albeit thier products are fabulous.
