Comment: The pharmacy at this location is stellar. My son is a T1D and needed insulin right away. Jake in the pharmacy was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in facilitating the request in conjunction with the insurance company. I would not hesitate using this pharmacy. Thank you!

I know that theyre trying, haven spoken to mgmt. Still friendly helpful staff!05/29/22 Lots of folks stocking shelves, Bakery fully stocked, lots of BOGOs on shelves. It does look like supply chain has lead to another small increase in price. 01/03/23 Looking at BOGOs, often there is only one left on the shelf, remember to take to Customer Service and ask if there are any more on stock. There often are and they will get them for you. 05/10/23 They were getting ready to switch over to next weeks specials, but still had plenty of this weeks specials stocked. Not to busy, Lily was our cashier and as always was pleasant and funny. 07/12/23 needed milk, store not very busy, good date on milk, they are preparing for the weekly sale that starts tomorrow (Thursday).09/15/23 visited mid afternoon and the store was relatively busy, had BOGOs stocked in store. Some issues with scanner and card reader on self checkout. Needed services of staff (Robin), did a great job. 09/17/23... Well today was a different day, Sunday... 3 days until the new BOGOS and many werent stocked on the shelves today, staff straightening shelves out, but not putting out current BOGOS. I do realize that there can be reasons, but that coupled with improper pricing at the register, missing digital coupons that are clipped, and only two full service cashiers (plus the 10 or under cashier) made for a disappointing trip to Publix today. The pricing issues were resolved, but it takes a walk to the Service Counter, showing proof of their errors, and frozen food & other perishables thawing. Just a less than steller day of grocery shopping today. 11/14/23 Trip to Publix today, but again issues with price on shelf not price that rings up. As for Publix, always clean, orderly with good produce. Shop the BOGOS, though - Publix is pricey compared to their competitors.

However, James said he would check the deli, and he did. Unlike the Walmart Market and Winn-Dixie stores Publix has more registers open and they know their business. Walmart has one employee working as cashier if youre lucky. In my opinion if I am acting as a cashier I should get a 10% discount. Unacceptable. Id rather pay more at Publix and to hell with the Walton Walmart Family.

Comment: My experience at this Publix is always excellent! The staff always speak to me saying hello, which I like because they are approachable to ask for help. Some grocery stores, you can be standing next to an employee putting stock on the shelves and they rarely speak to me.All of the perishables are ALWAYS fresh, bakery, produce, meat, dairy, and the deli has wonderful food! Subs, sushi, deli meats and cheeses, salad and soup bar, hot entrees, and ready to go sandwiches, entrees, coleslaw, etc. There are many choices of styles of potato salad, slaw, and pasta salads.Love their BOGOs! Some stores raise the prices of their BOGOs. It doesnt seem that Publix raises their prices, then put the item on BOGO.Publix at the Shoppes Royale is where I go for my groceries!Their parking is below the store and they have 2 large elevators AND an escalator that carry your shopping cart down to the parking level!

Comment: I love the parking garage. Its nice to get out of the sun or rain and not have to deal with the weather. Its also nice having a car that is not 180 degrees inside after shopping. All publix stores are wonderful ,this one just has a special perk. Plus its closest to my house. I dont understand why more people dont take advantage of the garage parking. But I guess that leaves a parking spot for me.I wish I could afford to shop here regularly. I come here for the things I cant find at lesser stores. I have to chase deals since Im on a fixed income. Comment: A week after hurricane IAN several Publix stores were out of stock on Publix Regular Instant Coffee😱 They say there distribution was disrupted and not yet on schedule. After calling with the other 2 stores in the neighborhood the ROYALE manager held 2 out of the only 4 bottles that were in the store. They had the coffee waiting for me at the service desk and saved the day. Thats Customer Service of days gone by!!

Comment: Cool place two-story building go up the elevator or you can go up the escalator doesnt really matter then youre probably looking at yourself going how am I going to get my groceries down to the first floor to my car well you put it on the escalator it locks it in takes all your groceries in the basket down to the floor while youre going down it as well you pick up the groceries at the bottom the wheel it out done they have a pretty good staff that keeps up with the carts so keep up the good work there Publix and how about lowering some of them prices a little bit you guys are very high in grocery prices you aint no different than your competitors you all buy the same stuff

Comment: Shopping at Publix is always a pretty good trip overall. This one was something though, it was my first time at a location that was designed the way this one was. When I first went inside I went in the wrong way, not paying attention (my fault) but I noticed the escalators, and my first thought was I was in the wrong building haha. I walked around the other side and up we went to the 2nd floor being where customers do there shopping. The place was clean and the staff was nice. the bakery was still making there daily fresh baked goods, and boy did it smell good!After checking out andncoming around the corner I was met with a cool experience, the cart being pushed on one side and it travels down to the ground floor itself and then customers travel down the other motorized stairs next to our cart. I just was amazed at how technology has came to grow . Id recommend this Publix to anyone in the area, Shop Here!

Comment: This Publix is an excellent place to get your groceries. It is also rather nifty.Here the Publix is two stories tall, with a garage on the first floor and the store on the second. Escalators and elevators connect the garage with the retail spaces, and those who have automobiles even have a special escalator to carry your cart to the garage.Not to mention that their merchandise and service is top-notch, and has served me well in the past. Special attention may be paid to their bakery, produce, deli and greeting card sections, which have copious items for parties.Combined with its proximity to restaurants and other stores, its a great place to run your errands at.

Comment: This Publix is a 2 story building with covered parking under the building with access provided by either an escalator or elevator in an enclosed lobby. The store is very clean, well stocked and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is in the shopping center as my dentist and around the corner from my doctor very convenient. This Publix reminds me of the one on Singer Island. Go do your grocery shopping there.

Comment: This Publix is overall a very solid one. The store is kept clean and the staff is pretty awesome too. For a smaller sized store, they do carry a good amount of selection in many things.Few points of critique: Does not routinley carry dried chili peppers. Variety in the International isle could use some expansion. The sushi, while typically above the benchmark for quality at most Publix locations, is not well stocked. They really try to maintain product in the case as often times by 7 PM there is little to nothing left.A strong kudos to their staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to help you find things or help when needed.

Comment: Went well today. Earlier this week Self checkout was annoying because the computer repeatedly asks you to indicate “skip bagging” if you brought your own bag. It got so bad and the system froze, so I walked away from self checkout without completing my transaction. Because at the time when I needed help, the cashier assigned to that area was bagging. I made eye contact as I held up my hand to indicate that I needed help . The staffer who made eye contact looked at me, then looked away. Realizing that help from staff would not be helpful at the self checkout, I then gathered up my groceries and took them to a human.

Comment: I LOVE my Publix at the Shoppes Royale!!! Its not just the convenience in location or the BOGO sales... It is the PEOPLE that WORK there... I must admit that I have gone to other Publix stores and they are all nice... BUT... If I can go to my store, I will go by other stores to go to the one I usually go to... EVERYONE is so helpful, cheerful and so willing to go the extra mile... Today I went to the bakery because they had scones on sale and I LOVE them!!! I like them with icing on them and it was a fluke that they had them one day... Now, I will order them with icing... I didnt get a chance to order today and they had made all the scones for the day... I asked if they could put icing on the ones that I wanted to buy... The baker came out to talk to me and said that she would heat them up so the icing would stay on... I went on shopping when the baker, Michelle Gallace, found me and told me that she wouldnt be happy heating them up and that they werent going to be good enough... Michelle then asked me to give her 5 minutes so that she could make me a new batch!!! Out they came and she even gave me a container of extra icing!!! I couldnt believe how far she went to make me happy!!! She is AMAZING ❤️ When I got home, I swear they were the BEST scones that I ever had!!! Thank you, Michelle Gallace for going above and beyond for me!!! AND... Thank you to ALL of you for being so good to your customers... I know that I really appreciate EVERYONE!!!! The employees are so very helpful and when asked where an item can be found, they dont just tell you and let you find it yourself. They take you to the item. They are exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much to do to help the customers. I am handicapped and many times an employee has gone with me as I rode in a motorized cart and helped me shop. And they were friendly and courteous. I would give this Publix a 10.

Comment: I am in there at least twice a week, and I love it. I dont really have dealings with the deli, but all of the other departments are awesome. Suzanne at the cooking station is wonderfully informative on the dishes she is preparing and genuinely happy to see you enjoy one of the meals. Parking under the building away from the hot sun or rain is always a plus. The only downside Ive experienced (habitually) is that I end up with one or two things in a bag, or if I do paper or bring my own, one bag is extremely heavy and one extremely light. I dont mind having my 6 bottles of spaghetti sauce and 2 gatorades split up and commingled with my lettuce or lighter stuff. Fill em and balance them by weight.

Not only is it located upstairs, but you also have a parking garage so you can get some shade on a hot day. & the coolest thing about this Publix is that they have an electric car charger.They make the BEST cannolis. I love the deli here because they make the best subs out of all the other Publix locations in the St. Pete area. The service is great. They always have what I need. No complaints.
