Comment: I’m at regular customer and I like this store because the employees are friendly. Four stars for the friendliness. The availability of products fluctuates. Some weeks I can find all the items on my list; other times I have to substitute items. I do wish there were two work shifts.The stock crew should NOT be working the shelves during operating hours. It would be far better for shoppers if the stock crew worked from 9pm until 6am. The vendors are the only ones who should be in the aisles then. I have had to dodge employees repeatedly when I’m trying to shop. A good manager runs a store for the shoppers’ convenience, not for theirs.

Comment: While I do find Publix to be a bit pricey for groceries, they do have great fresh options.I specifically went to this Publix pharmacy 45 mins from my house because they had my needed prescription that closer stores didnt have. I appreciate the fact that if my Publix Pharmacy doesnt have something in stock theyre able to search their sister stores to tell me exactly which location does have it. Of course I recommend calling ahead before making a lengthy trip in case somebody has already got it in their order for pick up.

The other day I watched two people back out of their parking spots and they hit each other. The man yelled profanities at the lady for hitting him he called her names to the point she just got in her car and left and after watching her leave he did the same. The whole situation was tense and completely uncalled for. They both backed into each other. Anyway. Good store, just be careful in the parking lot.

Yes sometimes I can get busy, especially during the Super Bowl GameOr simply it was that time of year, but regardless, when it’s empty or full, this place is excellent, especially the pharmacy I do have to say the people are always. There are also kind and try to get your stuff all together all the time and when you’re shopping there was one time does Gentleman actually looked around the entire store to find me and tell me my medication was ready I really appreciate that. There is always (Hate to say words like always, never, everyone etc.) a line and rarely more than one person actually engaged with the customers. Lots of slow movement and chit chat in the background and back room, but appears like there is very little production actually achieved. If we measure the staff using the Zombie Scale - You fall squarely in the Slow moving Night of the Living Dead Range versus the new and improved Fast Moving Korean Zombies.Again, I love this store, have been using it for 8+ years now and will continue to do so.Just please address your Deli experience so I can spend more money there instead of buying our Deli Product someplace else.

Waited 20 minutes total for a lb of ham. Understandable if the 12 other employees were not just standing there not helping, leaving it all to one fella who was super slow at cutting and handling customers. Two people standing in line needed to leave and another lady needed to find a place to sit because she stood too long. Id like to say this to Publix.....if your job requires you to do it super slowly then please think of our disabled and elderly who may not be able to stand there for such long periods. Put in some benches so they can rest while waiting to be served. Im sure many would use it and appreciate it very much!

Comment: We call it our Publix and feel so at home when visiting. The staff are very friendly both young and old. Rarely do you find poor, inattentive service and those individuals dont last long. The meats are top quality and the produce is quite good as well. We enjoy shopping here even if some items can be slightly more expensive than other stores. The excellent BOGOs, coupons, and discounts truly make up the difference and more. They will continue to be our grocery store of choice.

Comment: Nice store, very clean, the staff is very friendly. The customers on the other hand are often rude and ignorant, often customers will have impromptu meetings with friends in the middle of aisles, blocking access to items. I often see cars parked in the Handicapped parking without a permit or Handicap plate. One thing Publix needs to do is stock German Chocolate Cakes in there Bakery. I like Publix, but they can be expensive. They should take ten percent off you grocery bill, if you bring your own reusable bags.

Deli area needs better managing. 10 employees running around back there 1 day and I waited forever for slicing deli meat. Every employee I encountered greeted me sincerely and some engaged in conversation when I told them I didnt need assistance. They were closed on Thanksgiving so their employees could enjoy the Holiday! (I think that is awesome) I will always patronize a business that looks out for its customers and its employees.
