Comment: A mix of traditional publix and renovated publix, parking seems tight even on a relatively not busy store. Seems to be possibly slightly under staffed. Long sub line. Smaller section of deli and produce than most other publix. Seems to have most dry goods available. Overall not the best publix, not the worst, but its not a prime publix.

There was a complete log jam back by the dairy and meat sections because of all the displays they had. You are going to grocery shop and spend your money doing it - do it here and be an appreciated customer!!Update - have been curbside pick up and really like it. They have always taken time to answer my questions and treat me with respect. And they have plenty of BOGOs, buy one get one free, to provide fair prices during these tough economic times. Comment: I liked this store, it is set up like the one at Collier and Rattlesnake. So it was easy to find what I was looking for. Again the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place to shop.

Comment: Very helpful employees. They approached me when I was obviously uncertain on the store layout. The checkout young man was very cheerful and personable. I was only picking up a couple of items, so I wasnt checking prices very much. The produce I was looking for was on special and looked good. The store was clean and had recently wide aisles.

Comment: I give the facility itself 5 stars. Always clean and friendly staff. PLEASE add speed bumps or caution signs in your parking lot. My grandfather was killed in this parking lot last weekend because a driver hit him WHILE HE WAS IN THE CROSSWALK. I was there yesterday where a pickup truck was going at least 35 down an aisle RIGHT next to me and had I not sped up my walking could have likely been hit. I’m furious. I’m sad. My Grammy is without her life partner because of a drivers negligence. While I know it’s not Publix fault, I hope that these 2 instances raise awareness for some safety measures to be taken not only for the consumer, but also for your employees as well.SLOW DOWN!!!!!!!

Comment: This is my local store. It’s great! The staff is helpful and nice. The store is clean. It’s busy during “season” (winter/tourist season) but no worse than other places in Naples. Continue the good work Publix at Hammock.
