Comment: Let me just say aside from Publix being top-notch all over the state, this particular location is top rate! I was there again today, as usual to get lunch for my son which is a sub. They had one lady working with a line 7 ppl deep, A very kind lady from Pennsylvania who was standing behind me went out to find someone. She found a young lady named Nyla who immediately said Im not the manager Im just a floor supervisor and with no hesitation went into the deli department put on a hairnet some gloves and proceeded to help with the line. This is how you do customer service kudos to you guys Publix

The return cart area in the parking lot is like 4 maybe four carts and nothing more so its easy for it to get cluttered with shopping carts from the store and then parking.

Comment: Publix live ut always has what I need pretty much .except my daughter and I have a hard time finding her Nutella frozen sandwich crustables..they only have them once in a while and we but as much as we can ..but I wish they would have them in stock more often ..😋😪 oh and one more thing is Publix is not pet friendly store I have Therapy dogs my daughter and I and we have brought them into Publix inside there own little cars eat carriers and they tells us to take them outside or we have to be holding them . If the dogs are in a unit that is contain than I dont see the problem with bringing them inside the store..they are Therapy dogs they are not meant to be left at home ..we need them for stress when we are out and about . At home Im less likely to be that stressed out its when Im away from home when I need them most and Publix I think should understand that but the Publix in Riverdale and the Publix off palmbeach Blvd in ftmyers FL toward the veranda they are the ones who usually tell us to pick them up and carry them which means that Im gonna have a hard time shopping if I do that but otherwards Publix is my go to store but its hard foe me to shop there without bringing my dogs with us because then they ha e to be left in the car and that means that my car has to be running with ac unit running because I cant leave my poor baby puppies alone in a hot car while I go shopping in Publix so this is something that may need to be addressed at a later date if it keeps becoming an issue ..

Comment: I walked out of Publix today with groceries needing refrigeration and saw I had a completely flat tire. I didn’t have anyone available to call who could come help me, so I took my groceries back in the store and Mia put them in the fridge for me. I went back outside and called my dealerships roadside assistance. I wasn’t able to get the services I needed with help to put on a spare tire. I went back into Publix and asked if anyone could help me out on a spare tire. Mía and her team immediately assisted. They helped me put air in my tire with a portable air machine so I could get my car where I needed to go to get the tire changed. I appreciate Mia and her team who were so helpful and I don’t know what I would have done without them. I am so grateful and thank you for your excellent customer service, going above what is expected. Again, I am so grateful for your help!

Comment: Found a great buy on Arizona ice tea, also Im a lover of chicken livers and found them there for only $2.69 for a pound of them. Cooked them up yesterday and loved every bite.The store is always clean and tidy, the publixs team helpful and extremely friendly.

Comment: I may have mentioned before how much I like the Publix chain. I try to time my visits to take advantage of their fantastic BOGOs so I can stock up on certain items. You see, I not only shop for myself, I also shop for shut-ins and the disabled. Anytime I can save them money, I go for it. The trouble is they dont have room to warehouse large quantities, but I can. So I buy 2 and hold 1 back for next week; then the free one comes and theyre so happy.

Comment: Publix is my kind of place.... 20 fantail fried shrimp and a half pound of wedges hot.crispy wedges for under 10 bucks..... You cant get a GOOD shrimp basket for that anywhere else

Comment: Publix is always a fairly pleasant experience. Any number of employees are always willing to stop what they are doing to assist customers. The store is always clean, brightly lit, well stocked. The addition of the Grab and Go refrigerated cabinet of deli meats and cheeses is also a welcome respite from long lines at the Delu counter.The addition of self check out registers has decreased waiting time in lines as well. These are the pluses at Publix.My only suggestion is that Publix management post Covid mask requirement sidewalk signs at EVERY entry point . Even though a set of doors might be marked EXIT, many customers enter that way and do not see the sign posted at the entry door 50 ft. away.

Comment: Brian in the deli area was great! The wait at the pub sub line was long, and it was taking employees a while to crafts subs, per usual. I admired that Brian was able to keep an upbeat attitude throughout the long lines, and that he served customers with a smile!

Comment: My experience at this Publix was outstanding!!!!!! the roses were not in too good of shape in the refrigerator and there was only three bundles left but there was some roses in a vase and with an employees health and a managers okay I got the roses that I needed that made the special occasion worth every penny! Comment: I live within a stones throw of another Publix but travel to this one instead. This store is always well stocked and has a much better selection than the one by me. The staff at this location is also always available to bag my groceries and escort me to my car which is something Ive come to expect from Publix. However, thats not the case at the location by my house. This location is great!!

Comment: I love how clean this store is...and everything was also easy to find...I use an electric cart to get around and not only did we get escorted out as a service to help.me for free the kid drove the cart back for me so myself or my husband didnt have to...that to me is top notch quality service...prices are decent as well

Comment: Everyones always eager to help. Its well organized, even in busy times. Sometimes deli is understaffed, but its nothing unreasonable and they are always still very friendly and do their best to speed it up. The pharmacy has above and beyond service - best one Ive used!

Comment: As with most Publix locations, the staff here are very helpful and the selection of products is good. This location has larger-than-typical areas for produce, meats, cheeses, and sushi while also offering a large area for their bakery. Parking is always available.
