Comment: The customer service here is next level! Prices are a bit high on average, but they have great BOGO deals and sales, and a good selection so I still shop here. This is one of the few stores where no matter what, Ive always received phenomenal customer service. It makes the entire shopping experience better when every employee does their job well and in a friendly manner. Honestly, paying a few cents more for a guaranteed good shopping experience is worth it. Excellent professionalism for a grocery store!

When giving directions, I always tell people just keep driving on JTB until it ends, you cant miss itSTORE LAYOUT: just like the other Publix locations the Isle navigation is very simple and you still feel a sense of familiarity as you kind of know or have an idea of whats where. Signs are also prominently placed above each isle for easy way finding and product location in case you are looking for more specific items.STAFF: The staff in the shopping area are friendly and extremely helpful. They are always willing to assist customers. They will go out of their way to assist you with whatever you are looking for.PHARMACY STAFF: My experience at this pharmacy is a little different than the other Publix pharmacies. For the most part the staff here is wonderful and friendly, however there is one pharmacist that is just horrible. She might be good at her job but she is definitely not good with people. She has a very direct, rude, and judgemental attitude towards customers. Her demeanor is very unproachable. I will not mention her name, but to be honestly I dont need to. Shes easily identifiable with the expressions on her face, or if you watch her interactions with people. You can tell when shes working as the rest of the staff doesnt smile.PRICES: You wouldnt go there for their regular prices items as they are probably the same as other places, sometimes maybe a little bit higher. With the money you save on their constant sale items youll definitely offset any price concerns. HOWEVER, its their BOGO items that are spectacular and unbeatable that will always tip the food scale in their favor! Publix has some of the best BOGO prices and products Ive found.DELI: I dont have a lot of experience with their deli, except with the deli meat and cheese and it was fantastic.All in all I would recommend this Publix location, just not the pharmacy as much.

Comment: I love and miss Publix. When my family is in town we always come here. One time I met a bagger from Pennsylvania who knew my husbands cousins husband! How cool is that? He mentioned that no one has ever heard of the city but I knew it! Friendly staff. Large store. Coupon for more savings.

Comment: I come here everyday for lunch. I get the 5 piece Mardi Gras baked wings for 3.74 after tax.. You literally cannot beat that. On top of that the staff is the friendliest in the area and I couldnt be more pleased. Keep it up guys!

Comment: I love Publix! It is always so clean & very friendly. Prices are fair and reasonable when you plan ahead and shop the sales.Chick-fil-A has a great selection of chicken meals. The service is most friendly is the atmosphere. My favorite fast food restaurant. Arbys is next!

He has a big smile and is friendly. We need more people like Joey in this world. Thats what Publix is about and they got it right!

Comment: Thank you for changing the fresh Pomegranates brand. This new brand is much better and taste fresh! The previous brand soured way before the expiration date and didnt really taste fresh. The Marsh Landing Publix staff is helpful and friendly.

Comment: Everyrhing about this supermarket is great. And Ill start by saying that i will reccomend this place to ANYONE I meet. Its just that good. It has to be the best in the world so far. To start off, Publix has arguably the most legitimate full-service Deli and bakery. You can get almost any meat you want at the deli for a fairly good price. And the bakery breads are just absolutely excellent. Youll never find any other better bread than Publixs. They have almost all of the groceries that you want as well, with very decent all signs so you wont have that much difficulty finding anything. They also have ample Seafood for purchase and almost every fruit and vegetable that you can think of. So, they have great seafood and produce departments to say the least. Also, The customer service is just amazing! They offer free Carryout Service ( which means that they will bring your groceries to your car and help you load your car up) and they also will back your groceries for you. Now I know a lot of grocery stores do this, but not many grocery stores are around Jacksonville Beach to. Overall, this is probably the best grocery store yet and I personally will never go to another supermarket unless I absolutely have to.

Comment: Its a typical Publix, Ive never had any issues, but I did really like the fact theres a little dining room by the Deli, so if youre on your lunch break you can grab something and eat there rather than in your car.

Comment: Ive been going here ever since I was a kid. Moved away but still miss this place. From the old-school scale in the lobby to the free samples in the bakery section to the extraordinarily nice & friendly employees, this is everything a grocery store should be.
