She waited on all of us three before that guy got done that girls order. Some people are just so damn slow. They move the speed of a turtle. Because they figure they are getting paid so who cares. Well the owners care thats how they get to pay you.

Comment: Everyone at this location is just so nice the only problem I ran into is one of the managers Maryanne, white shirt, blonde and short. She was just very rude. Her whole demeanor is very aggressive and attitude like. Shes very unapproachable and expects you to know the ins and outs of the store. When my husband asked a question she was very condescending and answered it with a snarky laugh acting as though our question was silly. We genuinely didnt know the answer or we wouldnt have had to ask the question. Then when we were leaving we overheard her saying to another associate how she cant stand people like us. I dont know what else to say. I gave 4 stars because the lady manager Cali? and your cashier Gina were amazing. Just absolutely amazing. Gina was very kind and professional and shes just got a beautiful personality. Cali was quick to grab someone to help my husband and I with our groceries outside. We will shop here again because of those two young ladies and the gentleman whom helped us to the car I didnt get his name.

Comment: All Publix stores Ive shopped are clean with friendly help I think they are targeting older clients which is a good thing as they go above and beyond and always seem to have an ear to listen or take a minute to chat , many seniors need this minimal socializing. Yes they can be more expensive but they do offer excellent weekly sales and their store brand is high quality even diapers are good. There are many products like veggies and meats that are priced same as other stores that have dirty floors , sub standard help (meaning they dont care about job or you just a paycheck) so dont rule out Publix as being to high cant hurt to check the sale ad.

Comment: I ran in for hemorrhoid cream and found the item right where i thought it would be in the digestive health isle.After comparing the prices, the ingredients and cost to application ratio i went with the store brand.a little kick to my ego, the cashier commented on my wolverine like side burn and suggested after some discussion on beard care products she suggested that we discuss my options further.the store eas about to close and she and another coworker insisted they could meet up after work and that it wasnt a imposition.along with the hemorrhoid cream she and her co worker sold me on some KY jelly.i will visit again on my next trip! Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable of the area and the quiet spots.

Comment: Publixs is where I get all my prescriptions and they have been pretty good at getting them ready in a timely fashion. Their grocery items seem to be a little pricy compared to Aldis, but they do have a much better selection. Service and courtesy has always been excellent at Publixs and that makes it a favorite around town.

Comment: Today was the first day that age restrictions were dropped for covid vaccinations in Florida, so I went into the pharmacy to see if I could get a shot. They had a help desk set up outside the pharmacy with someone there to answer any and all questions you may have. I was given a slip of paper with the website address that allows you to make an appointment. I was there on a Monday, and all the slots for vaccinations were full through Sunday, so I guess I have to get on the website again early tomorrow to see if any spots are open for next Monday. The grocery store was very busy, which surprised me since it was the day after a holiday.

Comment: Picked up 1 lg Dutch Apple pie & 1 am Dutch apple for a snack tonight with the Wifee & another two kind souls. cherry pie, pumpkin pie & pecan pie.For extra measure I bought a chocolate Bubka. For you Goyem who may not know what Babke is let me tell you try it & youll thank me later. Publixs babke is very passable.Happy Thanksgiving to everyone

You have some cashiers that are fantastic with the customers and you have a few young girls who talk to their friends about last night dates. Your produce department has the most problems. No one helps you or speaks to you. Meats a close second. You have some great people there but also some who just walk around you not saying a word.

Comment: 09/25/18-went in to get sandwiches at the Deli. Christopher waited on me. He was super! Hes a very courteous, polite and helpful young man. I like Publix a lot. I have had much better experiences at the store on CR466 (Southern Trace) than the one on CR466A (Colony Plaza). Jackie in the Floral Department was wonderful! The Deli staff is much nicer at Southern Trace and I have always found the Meat and Seafood staff friendly and helpful. The prices may be a little higher than some other but the Customer Service makes it worth it!

Comment: Nice clean store with outstanding, friendly employees. Prices are average or slightly higher for the area. Everything seems fresh with clearly marked prices. If you need help they will carry your purchases to your car and load it. If you purchase something from the deli and need it sliced, be prepared for an obnoxiously long, long wait.
