Im very pleased with Publix supermarket, and will continue to shop here, and get medicine here. Sincerely a happy customer

Unfortunately, they did not have my new insurance in their system. Arrived around 4:45 PM and Mickey at the Pharmacy counter took care of me! She was awesome! Within 10 minutes I had my prescriptions and they had my new insurance info!

Comment: Located on us hwy 27 in lake wales, Publix offers great service and hard to find brands. Publix has BOGO’s weekly but beware of inflated cost of first item, much higher than Walmart. Reality is your really getting only half off if you compare prices with Walmart. Also beware you are paying easily 20% or more than Walmart for better service. My motto is you can’t eat service and my dollar goes a lot further with Walmart. But that said friendly faces and good service is always appreciated. Buyer beware and shop smart!

Comment: What made our day was standing in the wrong line at the deli. For what we know are the most delicious subs ever. It has been over 10 years to eat one. We waited patiently and our mouths were ready. but I felt this pubs was going to taste a lot better than I had ever eaten because Craig was one target with his contagious smile and personality. Comment: An amazing and colossal variety of options of quality food the best in Florida if not in the south. I am staying at a motel and just have a mini fridge and only a microwave, so I needed to get a bunch of pre-made meals. I selected pork Mojito with onions, cooked chicken breasts, macaroni and cheese, and mashed cauliflower. I also got a variety of wonderful vinegar drinks, chips with the Bogo, scones, fruits on sale yummy ice cream and dried fruit! I am having a veritable Smorgasburg! I love Publix forever!

Comment: Wash almost a normal shopping pleasure. I called in a order at the deli and was told it would be ready 15 minutes. I live about 10 minutes away from Publix in Southgate shopping center on Hwy 60, Lake Wales.. So, I leave ho.e 10 minutes later and arrive at the deli. Well with only 1 person in line, I was told it would be a a few more minutes before my order was ready. Other than the timeliness it was a good experience with great customer service provided by Front service clerk Marilyn. Also, the wings were fantastic, hot and fresh.

Comment: I live in Lakeland and do most of my shopping on north 98. A great place and good cast members, but not close to be comparable with what I experienced today with your staff. Whoever is in charge you can tell they are a leader. Everyone was genuinely ready to let you know they hoped you were having a good day. Not to help you find something. That was a given when they spoke. You know when they asked you that you would know to say I can’t find ??????

No problem at all, I just wanted to praise the ladies who were working so hard even the manager got in there to help. Comment: I love this store always clean and friendly staff just a great experience for me. The last time I was there I was returning empty water bottles and buy more water. I was standing behind the green line empty bottles in my cart at customer service when a Publix employee walks up looks at me and my cart then decides to cut line to collect on her scratch off So disappointed will probably start spreading my business around to wal mart and Wynn Dixie. But I’ll be back still cleanest store in town

Comment: Arrived at Publix Pharmacy 5 minutes before their closing. Miss Erica, the Pharmacist, was alone but one would never have known it was closing time, that our business would cause her to be after 9 pm closing the pharmacy department, or that she had put in most likely a 12 hour day. Her smile as she greeted me, her concern for what I was going through, her kind words of encouragement and her offer to do anything she could - I need only call should I have any questions or need further assistance.Totally awesome experience Miss Erica rendered, at days end, when we both had every reason to be at our worst, she was at her BEST! Thank you so much Miss Erica for all you do for so many. You are truly one of a kind!

Comment: The staff at this Publix (as well as every other Publix) always goes above and beyond. From helping find specialty items, to a knowledgable pharmacist, to greeting you when you walk in, the customer service is unmatched. Prices are very reasonable, especially if youre shopping whats on sale. Parking is almost always easy, although around lunchtime it can be difficult to find a spot.

Comment: The store is always clean when I go in. The staff is always promt & curtious. I have a severe food allergy & only wish they carried more gluten free items. Ive not found an average grocery store thats sales gluten free bread. The price i pay per loaf is outrageous as it is. I think Ill have a sticker shock when I finally find my gluten free bread probably at a specialty food store or a whole foods store. I recently moved back to Florida from Indianapolis, Indiana. They had gluten free bread at just about every grocery store I went in to.

Comment: My wife and I were there around closing time awhile back looking for some burgers with cheddar cheese and the assistant meat manager, Zack, asked what I was looking for and went in the back and opened everything back up just to make me two fresh burgers around 9pm . We appreciated it.
