Prime rib was outstanding for Christmas dinner.As always though season brings plenty more people so pick a good time to shop to avoid the crunch of shoppers , parking, and available popular foods.Great hard working staff ready to help you find what you need.Love this store and manager.Karla was kind, thoughtful and respectful to needs of customers. This big store seems to run smoother and better than smaller one in town.All employees work very hard and are great help to customers .

Publix prices are less than Winn Dixie when it used to be vise versa..The store itself is ok, then the other day I had a bagger that was as cute as could be with the sweetest personality and when I asked her how old she was, she stated that she was 14, I was shocked, bless her heart. She was doing a good job and the check out lady has been there for years and knows what shes doing..So, I hope you get a chance to see this sweet young lady bagging groceries.. and I hope you get the check out lady who was on the end register.

That Publix went above and beyond to make it easier, but they are always friendly, and upbeat with big smiles that let me know, I didnt have to worry. They got my back. Plus the always fresh meat department and their fresh fish and seafood. Its good they always have bang up buy, getone.

Comment: Had purchased a quart of half and half from another Publix on Sunday. Opened it on Monday for my morning coffee and it was curdled. This publix was right down the road from our campground so we took the creamer back. The young lady at customer service was friendly and polite. She apologized for the poor quality of their product and promptly issued an exchange!

Comment: Publix is fantastic for getting specific or higher quality storebrand items.This review brought to you because I tried the pre-made meatballs along with stew cut beef, some back bones, and crushed tomatoes. Cooked into a sauce for at least four hours.They were spiced to cook into a sauce. A bit overspiced if just pan fried. They are also formed to hold together.

Comment: This publix is our go to in this town. We come from a bigger town and coming here to a nice pleasant town, you notice the difference in the staffing and the stock. We are ordering sandwiches from this publix right now. I had to get rid of a fake location to make sure that everyone would know this is the correct location. Im not saying Im a hero, but if they want to put a plaque up in this location, I think I would be ok with signing it.

Comment: As someone moves down from WNY and now a FL transplant Publix is the equivalent of TOPS. Prices are close to TOPS we had. So far I had Publix fried chicken it was good maybe slight better than TOPS. Both are way better than KFC.Also, they have hot or even some cold Rotisserie chickens. I got the hot and ready to go one and it was just like TOPS just maybe just a little crunchy were leg part is which is the way I like it.So yeah, they have family to go meals, as well had a wide variety of meats to choose from. They also have fresh cut fruit.Staff is very friendly. So far we had a great experience.

Staff was amazing, the seafood department carefully explained how to cook the salmon with crabmeat stuffing and made recommendations on what to to garnish when prepared...The asparagus and potatoes display was genius to have near the department cause it went right into my belly... Comment: Excellent produce department. I found this location to be ABOVE AVERAGE from other store locations. Very clean and well stocked. Very friendly staff that are ready to assist when you need assistance. On a NEGATIVE NOTE - the prices seem a bit higher than other retailers in the area but the quality and freshness are both EXCELLENT. It goes back to the you get what you pay for I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION....except for sodas and chips....those are generally must more reasonably priced at other retailers. Watch for weekly Ads and then they are competitively priced.

Comment: I can find everything Im looking for. The shelves are fully stocked, items are set in orderly fashion. Plenty of choices for familiar brand names and new ones. Large selection of seafood. I rarely eat beef, poultry or pork, but I noticed those items are always well stocked. Fine wines, craft beers, household items from cleaning, sanitizing to toothpaste. Isles are wide, the store is well lit and the staff are friendly.

Comment: I just want to commend the staff and Management at Publix ... last August I purchased a cake . Beautiful one of their special creations that has little beach shoes a purse sand water. It was spectacular.. however I was on my way to Lakeplacid Fl Marriott for a private family birthday by the time we arrived the cake disappeared lol just icing left . My fault partly never asked what , kind of icing it was . Butter créeme has to be refrigerated immediately especially in Fl , so I called the store explained how this happened he gave me a Store credit. Well , it is October time to buy a cake again now it’s my daughters birthday . I asked to speak to Jasón one of your store managers he was more than happy to help . My oldest child is 26 , my youngest is currently 18 months old . We have been using your store since my oldest sons first birthday ...so I thank you for keeping me a valued customer .!!!!

Comment: Nothing but an excellent shopping experience every time I step into a Publix shopping center. Always a huge selection of brands & products including their own line products that are a great value. Always a clean environment with friendly helpful staff around every corner. Lots of departments including deli, bakery, seafood, fresh flowers and what I consider to be the best subs made with fresh ingredients (Boars Head meat of course) daily for a very reasonable price. Dont forget to check out their weekly BOGO (Buy One Get One free) deals for some great savings.

Comment: I go there because of the service. They are very helpful and pleasent. Sometimes my legs hurt so bad, that I need a wagon to get around in. When I finish shopping, they help take items out of cart, scan them and help me to the truck with them. They also help with the meat and produce department. Comment: Myself (59 yrs) & my mum (80 yrs) have to say that in both of our lives we have never seen a more customer service oriented grocery store! From the moment we walked in the door we were actually warmly greeted & the young lady offered us assistance in unplugging motorized carts for disabled or elderly. We then had another offer to pull a heavier item from the shelf & place it in the cart! We ordered submarine sandwiches from the deli & they also were the best submarines from 5 other Publix we have boughten from previously! When we were ready to check out a female came to the aisle & asked if we were finished, then along came a man who came to our carts & places all items on the belt. She rang as he bagged our groceries & placed them back in our cart. We asked to put all in one cart so we didn’t have 2 carts to return, he said no, & followed us to our vehicle & insisted on placing items in trunk! He asked if he could be of further help we said no, thank you & he proceeded to return both carts to the store! My mum & I looked at each other & said “did that just happen?” We talked about all the levels of customer service we had just received, the cleanliness, the selection & we could go to a store 10 miles closer but we chose to go the extra & guess what? Repeat performance! Hats off to all the employees that left us in shock but to a manager that must keep his staff know they are appreciated because everyone seemed happy to be just that, kind & courteous! Sorry this is so long but we can’t say enough good things ! See you again soon!

We loved the store before the renovation, and we love it more so now. We are thrilled to see all the friendly faces as before and then some. We always receive smiles and sweet words from everyone.
