Cashier Brittany R has been there many years and is always kind and helpful, along with Keri Ann and older gentlemen Mr John. He is always very kind and engages with customers. John R is always on his toes taking care of customers with a good attitude, along with Timothy H and Sam R. Jason at the customer service desk is the only downside to this establishment. He is always very uninviting & if you have to return or exchange something he acts as if its coming out of his pocket. He never offers to help in any way or even pretends that hes happy to help. If hes at the counter I go out of my way to find help from someone else. ALSO, those sunglasses need to go pal

Comment: This Publix has decent customer service. The lines arent that bad but can be at times. Nevertheless the pros out way the cons when it comes to my grocery. I subtracted a star because some not all, this does include the managers working the customer service counter seems to lack the ability to acknowledge you a customer standing waiting sometimes. At first I thought the person was counting, turns out she was practicing their western union process. This has occurred multiple times and the latest incident the employee service the wrong customer first. I am under the impression first come first serve.

Deli lacked to communicate with me that there were no gluten free wraps available to make my online order. So when I went to pick it up, It wasnt there and I had to go hungry for the day bc I didnt have time to find something else. Customer service can never bag groceries right. Mixing cold and dry together. As well as mixing my meats and veggies together. Yucky. Seafood is so fast and also willing to help. So is meat. And I have a lot fo friends in Bakery. So they treat me well.

Comment: Publix is a big-name grocery store but if they keep raising the price is up in because I got a lot of management and supervisors on the payroll thats basically why were paying those big prices and the other thing is when they say buy one get one free remember nothing in this world is free all it is is a gimmick they raise the price of there to pick you getting it for free when you really paying for it otherwise the store has kept up okay has room for improvements the only thing that we feel is negative in the store the produce department why they make it look real nice do you get home with that produce into three days later it all goes bad so that tells me theyre not carrying real fresh produce but youre paying top dollar for it dont make no sense to me why rip off the consumer hes already having enough trouble controlling their money and besides thats hatd money to throw go away because Publix dont want to carry fresh produce sad Ill leave it at this this is my review I hope it help you all out

Comment: On June 8th I went to publix to find some Taylor Port Wine but I couldnt find it on the any where so I went to the front to ask for help and meet a young lady by the name of Brittany Billingslea she offered her help we looked and for the wine and she could not find it either she apologized for it not being there but offered something in its place Keel and Curley and let me tell you that wine was great. The day was long and I needed a great wine to end my night and when I say she did that she did that,, thank you so much for suggestion. I will be back to get more..

Comment: The people that work there are always super friendly and helpful. Today I chose a line that had a very tall young man named Tom (it may have been Tim but Im pretty sure it was Tom)as a bagger. I told him I chose that line because he reminded me of my son that lives up north and I miss him (hes very tall too). He answered that by saying he is there to help, however it may be. And then he kept talking to me as he was bagging my groceries. I had a lot of cat food and he asked me about my cat. How can you not leave smiling after that interaction.

Comment: Im, gluten-intolerant so I have to be sure my food is gluten free. Stephen made it so easy to talk to him today about trying to get some of the gluten free foods back on the shelves that weve been looking for. He was really able to appreciate and understand my need to not go almost an hour out of my way sometimes for food. He was also really great at explaining the reason as to why some of my favorite things werent in yet, and I appreciate his kindness.Edit: within the last month Southwood Publix has stocked up bon all sorts of great gluten free items! Its been so amazingly awesome! I managed to let one of the other managers at the store know just how happy I am to see new gluten free foods being added and gave praise to Stephen for starting the trend in their location.

I was not actually expecting her to do something about it.But to my surprise she took the time to look at the chip isle for me. The grocery store just opened, I was the only one in her line, and we were right next to the chip isle. So, she wasn’t inconveniencing any other shoppers.Like Harry Potter’s wave of the wand, it was magical how she grab a bag from the others on the shelf. Eureka! She found them, and quickly to boot.Thank you Rachel. You made my trip a success as well as pleasant.I can now complete this breakfast of champions.Happy Holidays!🙂

Comment: We shop here all the time. It has a lot of organic food selection but make sure to check expiration dates. Their hours are so extended, you can visit this Publix until 10 pm. They open as early as 7 am, so you can swing by on your way to work for last minute needs for that team lunch. Prices are fair, not the cheapest but they have deals that you can shop every week. Parking is ok except between 4:45 pm until 6:30 pm daily. It gets very crowded.

In 6 years shopping at this Publix I had one bad experience with a cashier and like all humans she was having a bad day. (one individual) The entire staff is helpful and very nice. They work hard and go that extra mile to help you, in my experience. I hate it when I have to grocery shop in an area where there is no Publix.They win the SUPERBOWL every year IMHO.

As a group they are competent, caring, cogent, intelligent and kind. This is the best Publix in the chain in my opinion. Myron the new manager has filled the huge shoes of Mr. Jernigan as of spring of 2015. Love the store, love the cleanliness, love the attitude and of course, love the BOGO offerings.

Comment: Wow! I love shopping at Publix! Gogodeliver Publix delivery service I used was awesome. I gave them my shopping list and they delivered my groceries on time. I was able to pick up my kids from school and get them to football practice and saved soooo much time using them to shop for me. Love it! PS it is very affordable.
