Comment: I love the convenience of this Publix. Its close to the house. It is smaller Publix, which is both good and bad. Good, its smaller inventory makes it easy to get in and out for quick runs. Bad, it is sometimes harder to get certain items you may be looking for. It has a deli with hot and cold fold. Ready-made food is also available as well.

Unfortunately today I went in to shop and there was an issue with my BOGO order- the cashier figured it out and realized the sticker was wrong but later when needing an override the manager was pretty short and rude to her and told her she should have grabbed the tag and brought it back- made her leave with a line of checkouts and then after all this, tried to avoid checking out the rest of the line.

Comment: At the Spanish River Boca Raton, Fl store, Bakery Mgr JENNA showed me why I am a loyal Publix customer. And I would love for her to be acknowledged. Employers should always remember that loyal employees that naturally mesh with the positive, friendly, helpful, go out of their way mentality are the ones that secure your bottom line. I showed her a product with the price and ingredients and made her aware that it was the first time my husbands favorite roasted garlic bread did not have any roasted garlic. Eventhough he threw it out, I showed her a two week old picture. Clearly, she understood and heard my concerns. Just her demeanor alone solidified a 30 plus loyal relationship. Jenna was so responsive. Thank you, Publix.

The aisles seemed to be very narrow and hard to maneuver a cart through. I had 3 children with me and keeping them close by was a definite chore. The staff was helpful and friendly. The prices were a little on the high side. It had all the items a regular Publix has just in a smaller space.

I was always very well treated but today after 12 hours of work I was exhausted and hungry, it was late and I thought the kitchen was closed but Guilene smiled at me and with a lot of allergy and politeness made me a huge sandwich. Comment: One of my favorite stores. They have everything plus extra perks ! In fruit section they have some exotic fruits appear now and then. Like cheremoya, yellow dragon fruit or even jack fruit. I also like that they have that water filtered machine in a lobby. $1.75 to fill out 5 gallon jug, very usefull during hurricane season. Always available when all water is gonne in stores. I like to say Hi to their baker guy at night. He is super helpfull and nice person to talk too ! I like people at the customer service, they so nice and cool. I was talking to one of them about caviar and they plaved it on order for next delivery ;]. All cashiers are polite and will jump out to closed regesters to help out with customer check out flow ! You can get custom stuff delivered to store ! Super cool! I like to eat Sushi their as well. Always nice selection, even super fancy ones are offered. And store ope n till 11 oclock. Where some vlose at 10. Nice store, reccomend it !

Comment: This Publix had staff members throughout the store went out of their way to be helpful. On a busy Christmas Eve there was an abundance of can I helpful you. And theyre upbeat and friendly! One lady walked with me accross the store just to help me find the soy sauce. This Publix could be a model for the rest. Management should be proud.

Comment: Great food store. No long waiting at checkout. Pharmacy is convenient and is located close to the entrance. Easy peasy. Great selection of foods including lemon breakfast cake with icing. Comment: Easy to find off US1. This Publix funky entryway is the first of its kind for me. Nonetheless, you get the same professionalism and cool jibe known to every Publix supermarket. Its a constant quantity. Get what you need and a variety of fresh produce you will get accustomed too. Close enough to the beach that you can make a quick juant in case you need that missing product for a great beach day in this side of town.

Comment: The Deli staff were kind and professional. The deli tray order that I had placed a week ago got misplaced- when I came to pick up the order for a family event - the trays were not ready - Kellie immediately got on it and had the trays delivered to our family event a few blocks away. They took responsibility for the mishap and apologized (we realize these things happen sometimes). It was handled so well and seamlessly. The food was wonderfully delicious and the presentation was lovely. I highly recommend this Deli and thank the hard working, kind people who work together to make things happen. Great leadership Kellie!

Comment: Even if I like this publix a lot. I wanted some bogo cereals but prices were very confusing, I only had a few minutes and I dont like wait to verify the price. The girls at customer service did their job but there was no smiling faces. I know dealing wirh people is hard but you are the face of publix, in this case. It does not hurt to smile and say hi. Room for improvement

Comment: I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent deals, with two for one specials and coupons built into their app. The fresh fruit selection is plentiful with the most popular items. The bakery had tasty fresh pies and breads. The lady at the fresh fish counter is really helpful, especially with cooking recommendations. I’ve been to Publix all over the state of Florida, and this one is probably the best.

Comment: This is my go to Publix. They always have what Im looking to buy. The staff and the managers are very nice, helpful and courteous. Id like to give an extra compliment to the workers in the seafood and meat department. They are some of the nicest people Ive ever encountered!

Comment: During my visit I went to the customer service counter only to witness an irate white customer (trrying to cash a check), demanding to see manager. He then proceeded to verbally attack and insult both the young manager and young clerk with racial slurs and profanity. They handled the matter in a professional and dignified manner. I commend them.

Comment: Great spot. Nice people. Would be 5 stars but the butcher was an ass to me one time and I found a piece of metal wire in the publix chicken strips that was frighteningly dangerous. So I dont eat the precooked chicken but other than that I love this store.

Comment: Not your average Publix, this is more of a grab and go for locals and tourists alike. Narrow aisles, somewhat limited selection, but still has most of the necessities. Very busy at lunchtime and after work at the deli.

Comment: Friendly staff. Nice specials! Was charged for 3 items when i only purchased 2 items. Called a few hours later and then a few days later, I went to sort out the issue and all went smoothly.
