Comment: First THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH GLADYS! She did such an amazing job on our flowers for our wedding. The boutinere and corsages matched my bouquet so perfectly. My ideas not only came to life but Gladys made them perfectly. I brought some purple accents and Gladys was able to put that into my flowers. For the grooms boutinere she put a little picture frame on there for him and he LOVED it, that was one of my favorite special touch. If you need ANY floral arrangement or anything with flowers ask for Gladys and she will not disappoint, she goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Gladys takes pride in her work and that is something that is hard to find. Thank you so much again Gladys!❤️

Comment: While I shop at many different stores one thing I truly enjoy about Publix is there grinders, here in Florida they call them subs and heroes.What I really got excited about at this Publix is they have a salad bar a little small however a salad bar for those of us that choose to eat a little more healthy this was absolutely fantastic fabulous and definitely a great surprise to me. The last Publix I went to that had a salad bar was in Orlando off East colonial drive and woodbury.It would be great if more Publix Incorporated a salad barEven though my sandwich was made incorrectly the first time a customer service personnel up front immediately corrected the problem for me and I was completely satisfiedThank you Publix for a salad bar with fresh vegetables and a decent variety and for great customer serviceI absolutely highly recommend this particular Publix

Comment: Theres a second Publix coming to South Viera soon, but this is still the anchor Viera store. This is one of the nicest Publixs youll see (Ive heard it called bougie), with consistently great service and self checkout. Bathrooms are up front as are your order ahead deli meats and sandwiches. Often, theres plenty of buy one get one free specials, but use your club Perks for even more savings. Remarkably clean store and really fast service at the deli counter. Always a great trip and great experience.

Very nice store, with pretty much any everyday or specialty grocery item that you could ever want - at Publix prices of course.They have a lovely large salad bar, which the other Publix do not have. Also a Pharmacy, Liquors, Bakery, Deli and Seafood and Meats. I shop at Publix for their Buy One Get One (now its more Buy 2 get one!)and for the bakery, meats and seafood. I go to the big boxes and online for my other necessities.

As someone in a leadership position I know how busy you can get trying to help customers, do your job, and pick up the slack of your crew. Thanks specifically to manager David Sears 👍🏾 for recontinuing 2 products I liked that they had stopped carrying after I explained to him that the Cocoa store was the only place I could find 1 of the products & that Id have to travel at least 20 miles to another store (that isnt even Publix) to obtain the other item. He got 1 item back within a week or 2 of me requesting they carry it again, & the other item within a month or so. And hes still working on getting a 3rd item back that they discontinued 😊! Even though Publix is a large chain store & in no danger of going out-of-business soon, I prefer to patronize local business --- whether big or small, but especially Ma 👵🏾 & Pa 👴🏾 types --- instead of shopping 🛍️ on Amazon or Wal-Mart & other conglomerates that monopolize the industry if I can help it. Especially when the service is good 😊. And as hard as it is for me to believe, it seems out of all the 4 or 5 Publix stores I keep in rotation, though I shop at the Cocoa location the most BY FAR --- Ive been met by friendly staff at ALL of them on a consistent basis. Usually thats unheard of for ANY company across the board 📈. I can see why Publix as a whole has stayed in business for so long.

Comment: First time in here I noticed it wa larger than my local Publix 5 mi away. It is freshly built and beautiful inside, seemingly upscale for Publix! The self check outs are great! Publix food quality seems a but superb to local competitors, but it comes with a bit of a price mark up (10-15% Id guess) in exchange. The convinence vs boxed stores and friendly staff(who you get to know since they provide stable employment to many in the community) make it worth the extra cost rather than the big chains having 30 registers in store yet only 3 are open/ staffed, leaving long waits and stores with shelves becoming bare by mid afternoon which are not restocked until over night. At lovely Publix however I never have that issue.Also note, Publix donates a lot of unused or unsold etc food to local charities and food pantries directly impacting those of need! I neve knew this and always wondered what they did with expired food. Glad to know it is put to good use and blessed others!

Comment: I like this store and shop here regularly. But I have had a problem several times at the deli area when there is a bogo on the crispy chicken sandwich. Went in this morning at 10:40am and asked for the sandwich that was advertised. Man behind the counter said that it might be too early to have them ready but he would check. Came back and said they were just starting to cook them and to come back in 20 minutes. I left and went to the Publix on Wickham Road in the Suntree area about 10 minutes away. They had plenty of sandwiches all warm and boxed up that you could just pick up with no waiting. Dont understand why that Publix is always prepared, and the one on Stadium in Viera says its too early and makes you wait. Not the first time this has happened.

Comment: Nicest Publix in the area. I dont understand why the stores are different when it should be the same area manager... But they are!Always fresh stocked fruits and veggies. And the friendliest staff. Shout out to the fresh sushi guy. He asked me if he could help me and, when I said I was looking for something that wasnt in the case, he made fresh for me on the spot!Kudos to the staff and the management who are doing a very excellent job.

Comment: This is a somewhat larger store with a more diverse inventory. They typically dont sell out of sale items. The produce is pretty good. Their seafood department is good. Associates are really nice and accommodating. This store serves my needs well enough to be a one stop trip.

Comment: I love this Publix and some mornings you visit every single staff greets you! Its always clean, they may not have everything in stock but that everywhere now. The rotisserie chickens could be cooked a lot more! I did encounter a few times employees shopping for others (instacart) and they couldnt careless if you there looking for help or trying to pass by. I love the fact they have added self check out! Good job guys!

Some of the staff must have been having a bad day (particularly the girl who took our order and money) she needs a little reminder to smile and be friendly to paying customers. Comment: Its Publix so overall a good experience as in clean store and orderly shelves. A busy Publix so the parking lot is busy and full even if you go early. On todays visit, the cashier wasnt all that friendly, didnt start off with the standard did you find everything okay?. A bagger showed up towards the end and I seemed to be the one thanking them, trying to make the best of the grumpy situation.When this Publix first opened, it was the place to find specialty pet foods and a good variety of organics, but as time went on, a lot of that stuff went away, no longer stocked (especially the pet foods that we used to get from them, more convenient than making an extra trip to a pet store). They may still have some items you cant find at other Publix stores but otherwise its just like any other Publix.

I went to Hollywood, Fl and went to the grocery store with my daughter. There was not one item missing off the shelf, in fact they had music outside and running a special on ribs. Their paper isle was full and their shelves were packed.I dont understand how a more populated area has more to offer than a less populated area.

Comment: Just celebrated my parents 70th Anniversary. They met and married in Japan. I wanted a cherry blossom theme on a sheet cake. I went to our local Publix store and spoke to Amy at Catering. She and the bakery team did their magic in 24 hours. True artistry and delicious vanilla cake with fresh strawberries. See for yourself. My parents and all in attendance loved it. I accessorized with some Target and Hobby Lobby items to create a beautiful setting for a memorable event. Thank you Publix! ❤️

I was really happy that I came across this location they had an incredible variety of products everything was stocked this store was completely immaculate and they have a little coffee shop inside as soon as you walk in. It was a busy location but they had just about every register open the staff is really nice they are more than willing to help with whatever it is that you need. Were really happy we came across this location because we live in suntree and were going to start driving all the way out here just to do our shopping because its absolutely worth it.

In Florida, it requires a prescription, (not required in Virginia where I am from), so, in a panic I called the Publix on stadium parkway and spoke to the store manager Ted. Under his leadership, and through the dedication of a wonderful pharmacist, Lin, a conference call was arranged with my doctor, the pharmacist came back to the store, and my script was filled and Ted placed it in my sons hands. Comment: Im going to go out on a limb here and say that Publix is the best dang grocery chain in Florida, perhaps the world. (While this review is of the store at Stadium Corners, theyre all outstanding.)The store at Viera is a relatively recent addition, with the new, standardized store layout and wide selection of organic foods. Its always spotless, the staff always greets me with a smile and asks me if Ive found what I need. Ive never yet had a bad experience there. Lately, Ive started actually checking the online coupons and saving some money. (Wow - what a concept.) Ive also signed up for email receipts, so I just input my phone number at checkout and get an automated receipt. Coolness. No trees died, just to tell me what I bought at the grocery store.And - in case you didnt know, Publix is also a huge contributor to local communities and they regularly donate food and more to those charities in need. Theyre a great organization and fandangtastic store.

I think its better than KFC.Publix is a cross between whole foods and Jewel osco, if you know about those two stores. Comment: I had to run into this Publix tonight because my friend is very sick, pregnant, and needed soup and Ensure ASAP. As I was shopping my 20 month old had the fit of a lifetime and I had my hands full! Along came a worker named Logan, who was my savior. He asked me if I needed help and I told him what I was looking for. He immediately walked to the other side of the store and grabbed what I needed! He even went back and got more for me as my daughter was screaming her brains out, she was over tired. What Logan didnt know is I am a director of a large company and a huge part of my job is customer relations. His quick reaction and genuine concern of my situation was exactly what we spend countless hours on training our staff to understand and apply to their work ethic. As I was checking out a girl named Brittany saw that I had my hands full and she unloaded my cart for me at checkout, then followed me to my car and happily unloaded my groceries into my trunk. She was a real sweetheart! I am so impressed by the staff at this store, they are wonderful people!!
