Comment: Omg the biggest, cleanest, lunch on 2nd floor (or any meal for that matter) by way of elevator establishment with the MOST KINDHEARTED 🩷 AND AUTHENTICALLY FRIENDLY 😍 staff members - to name one specifically: MARISOL in the DELI DEPT! Not only did ahe take her time to show me around to all the yummy and different features/perks of this upscale super deli, she did so with a true passion and I could tell she really lives putting her heart into all the meals/yummy masterpieces she creates for the customers. She is one of the most authentically sweet staff members I had the pleasure to interact with at this amazing Publix! She told me about the bogo with the posted pic, freshly prepared banana 🍌 pudding - WHICH SHE MADE FRESH JUST FOR ME ON THE SPOT💛, the salad 🥗 bar option from sandwich 🥪 counter, the olive 🫒 bar, the cheese 🧀 station, and the prepared meals section! She gave me a tour of each area and really made me feel special!! It was the kindest any Publix staff member had ever been to me, and she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!🌟 Thank you to Ms. MARISOL for taking such pamper, individualized care with me! I can definitely tell that you genuinely care about my experience at your Publix and trust me, I will be back (even though its a 9 mi drive) Your real service, and friendly personality made all the difference to me!!! Publix cannot compare to Wegmans. Whats needed? A wider variety of local / out of state products, shoppers loyalty discounts, and train your employees to refrain from calling customers boss On a positive note, the store was mostly clean and restrooms were attended to. Comment: Unbelievable! I don’t know how else to explain the wedding and groom’s cakes from Publix at Starkey Ranch!! UN. BELIEVE. ABLE!! The taste, the look, the friendliness of the staff, everything…truly everything about our experience with Publix was amazing. The wedding cake was phenomenal, but the Groom’s cake, THE GROOM’S CAKE….OMG! The most amazing sculpted cake of my husband’s fire department helmet I could have ever imaged. People honestly told him they thought it was his ACTUAL helmet on the table. When the on site wedding planner says “other brides would go crazy if they knew you got THOSE CAKES from Publix!”, you know you scored big time! Thank you Jill and your crew for creating our dream cakes! Look out for more orders from us because any cake I ever need, you will be my first call!

Comment: This is my third time going to this popular grocery store in Florida and it’s been a pleasant experience each time. One time I went for bottled water due to my hotel not having free water for guests. Then the second time we went to get some sandwiches for lunch/dinner for going to Disney World. They made me a tasty low sodium turkey hoagie and picked up my favorite hummus. The staff were patient and helpful with my indecisiveness. My third time we went for some sushi and fillets of salmon. Both were tasty. However, my one disappointed was not having a travel size purple mouthwash. Overall, I’m sure we’ll be back back it’s my uncle’s local favorite.

Comment: Over the last six or seven years they’ve built three new Publix Super Markets within a couple miles of me. This is the newest, and now the closest.Having migrated to each new, closer store as they were built, I can say that this new design and floor plan is by far my favorite. The deli area is well placed, isles are well designed, and foot traffic is easy and fluid in this store thanks to the new layout. Self-checkout as an option is nice as well.Food quality is on par with the other stores, which I’d consider to be high.Staff is pleasant, friendly, professional. Parking lot is clean and the spaces are generous enough that your car is pretty safe from proximity dings. Cart return isles are generous.

Today in the pouring rain one of the associates watched my groceries so I could go get my car (they loaned me an umbrella) when I pulled up I stepped outside and didnt have to do anything they loaded all my groceries in my trunk and were happy to do it. Afterwards he walked me back to the drivers side holding the umbrella so I wouldnt get wet. I know Publix has a great carry out policy for anyone who needs assistance but today in the pouring rain they really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for always making my shopping experience so enjoyable, I am beyond grateful 🙏

Everything going on with the whole virus thing is a bit crazy in the store with things that run out like disinfecting wipes, toilet paper, and paper towels but lately it seems to be getting better and the problem was at any store. Do find this publix to be better than the other nearby location a mile down the Rd on 54. Would recommend this location do find it to be better than most and being new and everything updated is nice.

Comment: So strange to see the shelves so empty. Employees are working and restocking. The shopping carts are carefully wiped down. Everything looks clean. Dairy products are limited to 2 per family. We have 4 kids. That forces us to have to frequent the store more often because the kids run through 2 gallons of milk per day. It’s a catch 22 avoiding the virus and having to visit the store more frequently than we would like to.The employees are courteous, friendly, and keeping a nice distance. Much appreciated.

Comment: This is like a Publix that feels like Whole Foods or Sprouts. The layout and the feel is much like a high end healthy market. There are NO open refrigeration units so you do not get cold by the milk, cheese, produce, or open food products.Fresh fruit cut daily. Tons of on the go meal options.Several self check out stations. They arent huge so it would be hard to checkout with a full basket of food but great if you have a hand carry basket and a couple of items.Aprons station is big and has side recipes only, which I hadnt seen before. So if you want to prepare just a kale dish, they have tons of just veggie/produce recipes.

I went in to speak with Ellen in Catering and explain to her my dilemma for my daughters 18th birthday party that was in 4 days. She was very friendly and reassured me that they could help me with a last minute catering order and birthday cake. And boy did they pull thru for me! They had everything ready to go by Saturday and the birthday cake was amazing! Jill was wonderful in helping me get everything together and ready to go as soon as I got there. What a fantastic staff they have here! Publix has always come thru for me no matter what I need, they find a way to help and accommodate their customers. They have a customer for life! Thanks Publix!

Comment: Super friendly and helpful associates. This part of the Tampa Bay area has been somewhat underserved by supermarkets. Although this location is very close to the Trinity store, it is a welcome addition for us local residents. The size of the store is quite large but well-planned. I appreciate the large selection of organic foods. The self checkout line is something I’ve never seen in a Publix location before. I don’t know how I feel about that because Publix is famous for their high-touch personal interaction with customers. I believe that’s what made this one of the most admired grocery stores in the nation. Moving away from personal interaction with customers might increase efficiency but it comes with significant risks. This will be an interesting decision for this company to monitor in the near future.
