After agreeing to help my best friends boyfriend create a boquet for her, I soon realized I know nothing about making floral arrangements lol. After visiting 5 floral places, I felt hopeless until these 2 lovely florists took on the challenge and helped me find the perfect flowers. Hey always end up blocking the aisle, get in the way and act annoyed with customers trying to shop. Dont they realize customers are the reason they get a paycheck. They are putting stock on the shelves to be bought yet they act like customers are a hinderance....

The pharmacy team is professional, friendly, and helpful ! The only thing negative about this store is Ive never seen the store manager on the floor. The Assistant Manager Antonio was awesome and always on the floor. Now, hes no longer at this location. Its just abnormal not to ever see a Publix Manager on the floor!

The traffic at Wolf Branch was bumper to bumper all the way so I went left and the store at Stoneybrook was clean, the employees were helpful and above all it was not packed with people at 5pm. I say drive 2 extra miles to get in and out.

I was not impressed with him at all he clearly didnt want to be there didnt listen to what I was ordering and it was not really friendly. I wish I had waited for the other guy he was amazing! I heard him with other customers he was very attentive very sweet with them very nice and clearly he was happy to be there. Comment: Clean store, they offer sanitizing items to clean your cart and a pump for hand sanitizer. I got my vaccine for Covid there. It was quick and the staff was very kind. So much better than Loch Leven location. I live closer to Loch but drive to Stoneybrook just because of the quality of the store, produce, and people. They are great!

Comment: It has always been a great experience shopping at Publix. I no longer shop at Walmart because they donate to Planned Parenthood. I pray and hope that Publix doesnt choose to get involved in political agendas such as Planned Parenthood. I use to spend $300 a month at Walmart. Now I choose to spend my money at Publix. Imagine if a million people decided to boycott Walmart. At an average of $300 a month, it would mean $300 million less for Walmart and their contribution to abortion.

Comment: Just moved to a new area, so that means New Publix! The store was bright and clean and not crowded, meaning the layout. I was there at 6pm on a Friday night. I use a scooter and there were plenty available. Staff were extremely helpful to the point of the cashier going and getting something for me. Fast, friendly but prices were still on the publix scale (expensive). Overall very nice store.

Comment: My wife and I had the best experience at Stoneybrook Publix this morning: first, the butcher, (a black guy, but I didn’t catch his name) helped us pick the right cut of meat, then led us to the rest of the stuff we needed. Then, after the moron (that could be me) left his pharmacy meds in the cart, the pharmacist who had helped us, called my cell phone to tell me I had left my meds in the cart. Wow. A real helpful butcher, an honest cart getter, and a quick-thinking pharmacist, all in one trip! Oh, and I did get her name. Thank You to Tiffany Alston.David and Suzanne PalsMount Dora7-25 update. I should have been more clear. Although the service was great last Saturday, it’s always good, compared to where we lived for the last 30 years. It seems like everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. The ladies at the pharmacy, including Vanessa and Marina, and the other pharmacist whose name I don’t know, are The Best. For example, just today that girl saved me some $$ by calling my doctor and getting a scrip changed so my insurance would cover it.We aren’t used to that kind of treatment.

Comment: The store is clean and the employees very helpful and will do their utmost to find things for you. I noticed though, that a lot of them left to go to the new Publix in Sorrento. Publix is expensive for example, at Aldis you can get a can of organic black beans for .79 and at Publix theyre $1.49, big difference. They seem to be trying to keep up with Walmart, offering buy one, get one items now. The pharmacy is good, although I have been called wrongly a couple of times due to mistaken, duplicate orders, but not a big deal.Update: Feb. 2019 This is by far, my favorite Publix of the three in the surrounding area. The store is very clean, many of the folks there I know by name and them, me because I go there so often!. Theyre always good natured, very helpful at finding even the smallest product for me, and the pharmacy went out of its way to find an alternative drug company for me when one drug from another drug company caused me to have a reaction. I appreciate this store and highly recommend it.Update: June 2019 Although I still use this store with its wonderful staff, I no longer use their pharmacy, now using Mount Dora Pharmacy on 441 across from Mid Florida Eye. They are friendly and courteous, but my prescriptions were always, on order, hadnt come in yet, etc. which can get tiring.

Comment: While I have a store closer by to me, I drive a bit further out to this Publix due to better parking and much safer traffic patterns. The store is always well maintained and if they are out of stock of an item they are sincerely apologetic. The staff and managers are always courteous, willing to answer questions and help with a smile. Today was a perfect example of exceptional customer service as I had hoped to beat the storm and was not succesful. The staff were eager to make sure that I could load my toddler and groceries in my car without getting drenched or hit by lightning! Thank you for making all of our visits a great experience.

I inquired about ordering a case or so and the beverage manager said he would be happy to just stock it. That was almost two years ago and that same wine is still being stocked today.

I was checking out on Thursday May 11th and he held the concern for the customer in highest regard. It left me with such exileration that I couldnt wait to tell all my friends what he did that he didnt have to do nor asked for by me. He was very sensitive to the customer!
