Comment: This store overall feels like it has fewer selections and space compared to others. It is always clean. The prepared foods are pretty good and some of the sushi seems like they give larger portions. But in general much of the store is more expensive than the ones 10-15min away. Construction seems to have finally finished in the immediate area but heads up, there is still a large dip in the road at the entrance. Parking lot is small. Restrooms are next to the Starbucks and have always been pretty consistent. They seem to operate mostly with self checkout.

The impression I have is that of all the chains operating in the region, it has the freshest fruits and vegetables. For almost all products, the Publix brand offers high quality alternatives. I really like the variety of meats and seafood and the ready-to-eat dishes that help a lot on busy days. For those who want to eat on site, there is a small cafeteria and tables outside, next to an ATM. The best part of this store is the service, everyone tries to be attentive and friendly.

When I was there a few days ago there was an entire family sitting under a tree and it was over 90° outside and I felt horrible so I gave them a gallon of water that I bought and some money just in hopes that it would go to the kids they had, for a meal.

Comment: We had a great Thanksgiving because of Nathan and Jose in the meat department. I asked for a fresh turkey but needed to have it cut up special and they did an amazing job. Thank you to everyone that made our special day even more special.

Comment: Always friendly staff. The bakery is amazing. Everything is delicious and they have a café! The baristas are always attentive and dont get judgy when you ask for almond milk in your coffee.

Comment: Why do I always end up at Publix well for one reason the service is always been the best not only are the employees helpful,knowledgeable whether its the fish,deli,meat,backery or stockers and finally the cashiers they always ask if you found everything ok. the smallest things mean the most keep up the good work

Comment: I came in after a bad day at work in a hurry to pick up something to make for dinner and I was having a hard time locating some of the items I needed. While on an aisle a really nice and polite guy named Rene who according to his name tag is a Grocery team leader asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me to each and every item. As we were walking to find what I needed he was super friendly and asked about my day. Thanks to him I was able to get in and out very quicky, he made my day so much better! I will definitely be back!

Comment: I travel around the state on a daily basis about 300 to 500 miles a day and stopped at every Publix I can for my drinks, meals and a clean bathroom. I found this store to be one of the best in the sushi section. I have never seen so many great choices. I am a soup lover and I would rather have quality ingredients. I totally understand that this may not be marketable in all communities but I hope you try this in my home store in Land O Lakes / Lutz. Also kudos to you Publix for the New Deli cases that have been popping up with the meal. It is amazing and great on a family budget!

Comment: This is my Publix. Ive had very good experiences here and really enjoy it. As far as grocery stores go they take good care of you and go above and beyond. They honor the Publix promise Ive even seen them take an out-of-stock item that they have and give me something else more expensive for the same price or free just to take care of me without me asking. I particularly enjoy the pharmacy which has a drive-thru

Comment: Dominic is great. Always polite and takes care of the customerCant say the same for the manager in the long, dark hair. I think her name is ChristineNot friendly at all and is not very polite with her staff. She needs to learn people skills and treat them with respect. you dont correct your staff in front of customers

Comment: Usually pretty good, service is inconsistent at times. This publix loves to put raw meat in with produce and other easily contaminated items. Walmart usually takes the price war however. Used to get a good variety but seems to be dropping brands. Shop really early people get all crazy in the aisle.

Comment: I visit this store 4-5 times a week and feel like this is my Publix. The employees go out of their way all of the time to be helpful. The only time there is ever a wait to check out is on Sundays. Generally check out is super fast. Folks are friendly. The aisles are always full of products. And produce and meat are always fresh. Love this store!

Comment: I can usually find what I need here and very seldomly have to wait in lines very long to check out. Their buy one get one offers are usually outstanding. However, a couple of things remove the 5th star:1- The Boars Head sub area. I love the subs here, but every time I go, it takes a really long time for them to make a sub. Theres usually a line here, they move almost as slow as my grandma (shes no longer with us), but damn those subs are tasty.2- This is an actual conversation we had with someone working in the produce section:Me: Do you have fresh rhubarb?Produce Department Guy (PDG): UUuuuuhhhhhh... whats that?Me: Its used for baking, it looks sort of like red or pink celery.PDG: ......Is that what it is?Me: O.oPDG: I dont think we have it....Me: Nevermind.
