Comment: My family and I choose this Publix over any other, their produce is always fresh and beautiful so much it could be in a magazine, the customer service is always a high priority for this location. They have the freshest finest cuts of meat so beautiful! Their bakery is amazing we have always gotten our daughters birthday cake from them and will always do so and they take pride in their work. The deli is 5 star as well they know how to make a sub better than subway and its reasonably priced and make it exactly the way you want it. I cant say enough how great this Publix is!!! Give it a try and see for yourself!

Ive always been low-key ashamed to use it at Publix, which is why I live in a completely different city using it lol. Carissa is absolutely amazing! I did not know how to use this card or how which baby food jars would count would actually be covered by WIC and she took her time using the WIC manual went and jar by jar to see what was covered and what was not. She was so jovial, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She made me feel both important and increased my understanding on the matter. I love her to pieces and this is an example of why I shop at Publix over any other grocery store. She knows how to treat her customers. Thank you Carissa. 😉❤️

Nothing is ever blocking aisles. Even shoppers are friendlier than other stores. The cashiers and baggers are super delightful when processing your checkout and that makes my checkout so enjoyable. Parking lot is well maintained push grocery carts always picked up and mobile carts charged and lined up so neat. Just an impressive store.

I am someone who loves grocery shopping so I might be biased, but I love shopping at Publix! I do have to note that they close an hour earlier than other Publix locations Im used to - 9 pm not 10 pm! It was slightly inconvient the first time I went at around 9 pm looking to buy ice cream lol but now I adjust accordingly. The only other complaint is the amount of construction on the roads surrounding right now which makes it a little inconvient to get to. But overall, this Publix is great and I am happy to live so close.

Comment: Not complaining but maybe constructive criticism... Publix is my favorite store so I do not like to view it going downhill. I purchased an 8 piece fried chicken with only 7 pieces. Not what I counted on. Checking out was painful as “Ann” did not want to deal with the issue I had about purchasing 2soda case get 2free. The young man bagging took care of the issue which was much appreciated. Please do not lower your standards. Thank you.

The only thing that seemed different about this location it did not seem as bright inside as others. But still great. At checkout the cashier was friendly and the young man bagging the groceries was so kind. I wish I had both of there names to put in here but the young man was 6ft 6 or so and quite a big guy. So nice. Wish I had employees like him

I always get a little treat for myself and they help me hide it from Girlfriend and her mother :) . But I always get them something. But everyone in every section is so nice. The food is always fresh and the store is so clean . I will be back soon so have my Hidden Eclair .

Comment: In any other circumstance, I would give 5 stars, as I love Publix. As a born and raised Floridian, its my favorite grocery chain to shop with. And up to this point, Ive only ever experienced above and beyond friendly service. My fiance and I are new to the Zephyrhills area and today was our second time shopping at this particular store. Everything was fine up to check-out. Our cashier, Nivia, did not greet us, was noticeably short with us and her tone was overall unpleasant. We both felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome in her lane. After running my card and receiving my receipt, I received a noticeably forced Thank you from our cashier. The only saving grace was the bagger and I wish I got his name, because he was very friendly, even striking up conversation with my fiance about his Bob Ross tshirt. Overall, as a former cashier and a server of several years, I know how a bad attitude from a total stranger can ruin a persons day. You never know what someone has going on in their life and how a pleasant interaction during a mundane task can lift someones spirit.

Comment: I have been using crutches for the past year and my experience with the Publix employees have been great. Several times there was one of them collecting the carts and they saw me with the crutches and came over to me and said that they would go and get the electric cart and they did. Another time I just went for 1 thing that being a bag of ice. I stopped at the managers desk and asked if they would go and get it for me and she did. I paid for it and then she carried it to my car. This is a great store.

Comment: I love the BOGOs that Publix offers. This store is well laid out, and the produce is always fresh! Additionally, although their deli is fairly high priced (they carry the Boars Head brand, as well as Publix brand), the quality of the deli meats and cheeses is the best. Also, they have great pre-made meal choices, including rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, Mac and cheese, potato wedges, and and made to order subs. Finally, the store is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Comment: I always enjoy my visit here. The store is clean and the majority of people are very helpful. In particular a man named Dave ( I believe thats his name) I the frozen food area. Seem hes always there and willing to help or just say goodmorning. Unlike some of the younger managers who just pass you by. The deli people are also wonderful, always helpful and do there best to move the line. My grandson is extremely fond of the wonderful bakery ladies too (they have his chocolate chip cookies) Overall Publix is my store.

Comment: Overall the store itself is great. The biggest issue here is the customer base. If you can avoid this particular location, I would... not because of the store itself but because the customers are pretty gross and the parking is very limited, especially during the weekend or holidays.

Comment: First time in and had a great experience. Couldnt find something and before we could even ask was greeted by a guy named Eleven, who was so helpful!! He even checked back on us to make sure we found everything we needed. Will definitely go back.
