Something as simple as a cashier cashing out people and yet being alert to notice I was looking for something and pointing me in the right direction, something that simple motivated me to leave this review. The store is clean Mario is doing an excellent job running his shift. Truly happy leaving this place today. To bad I don’t live close by to visit often. The cashier who cashed us out was great along with the gentleman man that was bagging he deserves to be j. Customer service he is attentive as well. I hope you guys value what you have.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.I had a great experience at the Deli. The gentleman and lady working there on Sunday afternoon ( at around 1.30pm) were very nice and offered to get me a fresh whole chicken, roasted to my taste, right from the oven to my shopping cart, since they had only one left at the counter but it was not as dark as I like. Forgot to get their names.At the bakery , I tried free samples of chocolate cookies. The gentleman there was also very nice.Only the prices are not that great at Publix. They should try to lower the cost of basic products , since some of them, like the eggs, are more than double than Aldi prices.

Didnt make my favorite cheese bread until I left the store. Same for the Deli and Produce departments! However, it is not very clearly marked from the main road on where to go. For people like us who are not from around here, it took us a min to figure out we had to go into a parking garage... 😲 thats just crazy to me. However, two out of three employees I did have to deal with were not very pleasant with me. I did nothing but walk up to the counter and they had a rather hateful look and was not wanting to deal with anyone. I just got my stuff and left. We all have bad days and customer service is never fun.

This Publix always has a greater variety than the one in Surfside. They just recently added new carts, which is Greta’s once the old ones were starting to “ghost ride” or pull in either direction.

I also set up my list with the app and it takes me through every aisle so shopping is a breeze. I also pay with the app, just scan the bar code for contactless transactions.

Comment: Store is conveniently located near my residence, always clean, staff is professional & helpful. Love the fact that you can get to your car by elevator in the event that it rains, you or your groceries will not get wet! I give them 5 stars . They are kind of pricey, but the service is always impeccable 👌.

Comment: Publix is my favorite grocery store locally. To be out of town and be able to locate a Publix was great. I enjoyed this Publix having a parking garage & an elevator. That assisted so much with groceries, & also protected me from the rain. The prices are fair & the food is always fresh. Not to mention the awesome service the employees give.

Comment: Visited this location while on vacation. Figured it would take a long time to find everything but the staff figured out we were new and helped us right away. Its like they read our minds. The store was beyond clean. They get dirty so quickly, but staff kept on top of it. Cashiers were super friendly. Overall is was a very pleasant experience and we will be back again.

Comment: Update: Publix is my #1 choice for my groceries & Ive been going to the one in Sunny Isles all the time but today I had the worse experience. There were a few cash registers open so me & my hubby looked into our chart & said we probably have about 13-14 items inside so we proceeded to the 10 or less cashier. GALINA was our cashier and she rudely said to us that this checkout was for 10 or less items. She then proceeded to just scan our items & she refused to bag them. It was the worse service weve ever experience. You guys should really give Galina some customer service training because shes flat out rude.

Comment: Staff was friendly. We were new to this Publix and they took their time to help us find our snacks for vacation. We were not used to the setup so we walked all over with blank looks on our faces trying to figure out where the diet breaker foods were. A friendly gentleman that was stocking the shelves helped quickly without us having to go into detail. Store was clean and the cashiers were fast.

Comment: Very nice and clean Publix with just great covered 3 floor parking!They have a nice little sitting area available at the 3rd floor.P.S. Not just the view is good, but it’s clean and even stocked with some supplies to have a snack that you can buy in Publix!

Comment: Look for the Everything Parmesan Crisps in the specialty foods near deli❣️Only concern was being greeted in Parking Garage (this Publix doesnt have a parking lot) by a way-too friendly man. Thankfully there were a lot of other people coming & going so we werent alone...very creepy.

Daniel asked if I was finding everything I needed, and I told him I was, all but for a couple avocados which they were out of. He immediately took me to the sushi station and hooked me up with 2 perfectly ripe ones. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.

Comment: They were so helpful. I wanted a fried chicken cut into 8 pieces. Unfortunately they were out. So the Deli manager told me they would one just for me. It was ready by the time I finished shopping. I was also looking for an item that was moved from the night before and an employee walked me over to the new location. And best yet ! When I was checking out the lady in front of me drop a $ bill, without hesitation, the packer grabbed the money and gave it to the shopper even though she didnt even know she dropped it !

Comment: Looks like you got your brand new Publix. Jeez, just look at those old reviews. Prolly way overdue. lol.This one sports a parking garage that looks more like a used exotic/hi-line car lot. Plenty of Bentleys, Rolls, and Ferraris abound not to mention the classics. Its like the whos who of cars out here. Nice over sized elevators, just sayin.You have to consider or at least should, rent and real estate not including location, location, locations got to push prices up somewhat justifiably so though I didnt notice so much priced for your convenience prices.Just sayin, as always, super helpful over competent Publix employees and wish I went here before the remodel just to see the character of the place. Its fancy now.

Comment: Its a great supermarket, I mean its what you come to expect from the Publix chain and even more. Its new and therefore looks nice and has some of the most modern equipment. There are only two major poor points here, they are the fact that the prices are incredibly high and that in the parking garage it stinks of some kind of oil almost all the time. Overall good grocery store if you have no problem spending a little extra.

The store is always well stocked, well managed and very clean.This is a recently renovated location with an attached garage and roof top sitting area with nice views of The Florida Riviera.Publix offers a variety of options; Bakery, Deli, Produce, Meat and Seafood Departments, Florist, Dairy and Hard-goods.

Comment: Publix Market in Sunny Isles Beach reopened in a new building with covered parking and convenient access. Well organized, nice atmosphere, making shopping comfortable. Has a great deli, meat, seafood and produce departments. The market is well staffed and helpful. Store is easy to navigate through out with plenty of checkout lanes.

Comment: All went very smooth from parking to checkout. This new renovated Publix is simply huge. A special shout out to the employee Smeltchy, from checkout, who had the nicest attitude, funny small talk and the coolest blue and yellow nails.
