Comment: Overall decent store. Very clean and neat. Every Publix has $5 Sushi on Wednesday. So I decided to stop in since I was near this Publix. I know they all have different Sushi chefs, but this was ridiculous. The Sushi rolls were so thin that two 5 piece rolls equal one 5 piece roll at other Publix. I ended up buying two packages because I was hungry. I later realized I wasnt far from a Publix on University Drive at Pembroke Commons. Their Sushi is Better.Dont go here for Sushi if youre hungry.

We tried a different publix but they told us upfront “if it’s not on our website or the book we cant do it” we weren’t asking for anything crazy just a few tweaks so it could match my sons birthday theme. Everything I want is in one place, and I dont have to go to different stores to try and get bargains because in the end if I save $10, it will be $10 in 2 months because I dont go to the grocery store very often. Comment: Updated 6/13/2022With the new store manager Chelsea her assistant manager Michelle definitely seeing some great changes they have a new produce manager in at I love stand but the new manager is making some changes of produce is looking a lot better continuously getting better from what Chelsea took over. Customer service is a lot better or the managers are always striving to make it better almost as if it was the Publix of old that we all remember when we were younger great service smiling faces.Depending on whos working depends on if you get great produce (not molded), shelves stocked, or a well stocked meat dept, and about 50% of customer service is friendly and greeting.Walmart is winning this battle of stores. Just wish theyre quicker and easier to get in and out.

Yesterday morning when she saw the one single line suddenly getting longer she immediately took the initiative and directed customers to the serve area and personally check them out. Comment: Yesterdays trip to the store was wonderful. Employees greeted me and made sure that I had everything I need. The only thing that needs working how the deli needs to make sure that their time with the customer is valuable and their money is well spent there. Make sure that the hygiene techniques are better for the customers. This store has the best chicken tender sub in the area!

Comment: Its nice and clean the staff are friendly and I got help from a young lady over by the frozen food department as I guess she could see I couldnt find what I was looking for and asked if I needed help with something. Its a shame I didnt get her name which I would normally do. She was very polite and helpful thank you young lady whoever you were. My cashier was Cleo and she was also friendly I do think the prices are a little high but its publix so yeah! Overall great experience and yes I would recommend the store.

Comment: A lovely publix in a fairly busy plaza. Front desk is in a kind of awkward area but they manage just fine. Staff is super polite and the store is very clean. Everyone abiding by virus recommendations and every cart is cleaned after use. Of course the food sold here is fresh and quality. Try the fried chicken. Some of the best out there!

Comment: Publix Grocery is usually more expensive than other stores, but today I scored a deal on Rasberries, and Blackberries for.99 cents per container.Aldis has Blueberries for $1.99 per container.When I was a kid, we used to pick wild berries for free in the area of my grandparents house up in the mountains.We would get a bucket, and my grandmother would make Blueberry panckes.I bought three containers of each berry, so Ill use some for a Smoothie tomorrow, and freeze the rest for Smoothies down the road.

Comment: Stopped by here on my way home from work for the first time and was so impressed with the excellent customer service. Young man who was perhaps the manager or assistant manager was walking around checking on everyone to see if anyone needed help. I did ask for help finding a product and not only did he lead me to it right away, but went above and beyond to help me carry my basket and walked me all the way back up to the register to check out. This man deserves a raise or promotion or pizza party I dunno all of the above he was really very kind and helpful. A gentleman stocking in the isle greeted me as well and the cashier was also very nice and friendly as was the bagger. Excellent customer service experience at this location which is very important to me and I appreciate very much. Keep up the great work

Comment: My experience with Publix where shopping is a pleasure I always travel to the Publix on Taft Street the manager in the meat department she is very helpful if I need some meat and its not there she always make sure she order it and tell me when its going to be there I think that is wonderful shows me how much you value the customers and that is one of the most awesome thing also the cashiers are always helpful as well they always ask if you found everything you were looking for and I think thats wonderful I will always shop at Publix because of the kindness and there is never a long line if they are they have all the lines open and that is awesome due to the pandemic that is going on they also have line where you have to spend six feet apart and glad Shields up to protect themselves as well as us thank you Publix

Comment: My go to grocery store. I literally come here every single day. Im quite indecisive when it comes to dinner and live 2 minutes away so I tend to drop by a couple times a day. Organized store, great customer service, never hot or smelly. The produce is always fresh or being changed. The deli and bakery are clean and always have fresh chicken, pastries, and a station with sampled dishes for dinner ideas. Wide selection of ice cream as well. Theres always some kind of sale going on and the baggers are always helpful with bringing groceries to the car and loading. Thank you for all that you do publix and associates!

Comment: Cannot say enough about this store and its staff, they are all amazing employees. From the bakery, to the prepared food delivery (subs and whatnot) and the seafood department. All the staff seems genuinely earnest about assisting you with whatever you need. The stock crew is there to help you locate items and check overstock if it isnt on the shelf.Once you finish your shopping, you head to the register and find that there are always enough registers open to accommodate people trying to check out and be on their way. Not only enough registers open, but staffed by friendly and smiling clerks and bagboys/baggirls, of which are always eager to help you to the car if needed. And, on the off chance that something wasnt satisfactory with your visit, one of the wonderful managers are always available to make it right. Jackie Vasile, Doris Trumbo and Patrick always seem to be there, 24/7, and are great people.

Most recently Stephen a young man from your store helped me load groceries in my car during a huge rainstorm. He didnt even hesistate and ran out into the rain when he saw me and my baby. Comment: This supermarket NEVER disappoints! They have the right slogan Where shopping is a pleasure The prices may be a little higher compared to Walmart, however, cheaper isnt always better and Publix quality of food, produce, meat, seafood, ect is second to none AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband is a Veteran with severe PTSD due to being deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. He also has a mild Traumatic Brain Injury do to being injured while deployed and because of his conditions, he forgets easily, has little patience and can get agitated easily. He refuses to grocery shop anywhere else besides Publix. When I asked why, He said he knows that theyre going to help him find whatever he needs (they actually walk with him to find it) and that their patient with him even when he forgets what he needs and has to call me to remind him. He said that he never has to wait in long lines (which really makes him anxious) and that theyre fruit and veggies are always fresh.Our family LOVES this grocery store! Hell, everyone I know that shops at Publix LOVES this grocery store! And did I mention the bakery and deli?!?! Two words... AWE-SOME!!!

Comment: I thought I ordered a fruit platter at this location. I was so angry when I realized it wasnt here and it wasnt at a neighboring Publix. The deli staff was amazing. They offered so many solutions to make sure I got what I wanted even though they were swamped with customers and other orders. I was able to buy a platter container for $3 and their cut fruit bowls. I threw it in there myself and still made my event on time. Thank you deli staff and my apologies for not being as understanding as I should have initially. I love my neighborhood Publix. I never go anywhere else.

Comment: I have a Publix much closer to home, but I prefer this Publix. The difference is the people. Everyone there is so friendly and make you feel welcome on every visit.
