Everything about this store will exceed your expectations....especially if you use the free Publix app to plan your list first. The app will match your store location and automatically organize your shopping aisle by aisle. Whoever designed this app was brilliant. Departments are always well stocked and the employees are always eager to help customers.Though there is a small Publix closer to home, I prefer this store where Ive shopped for over 30 yearsUPDATE 7/4/2023: The newly remodeled store opened last month and it is absolutely gorgeous! It has huge departments, a mammoth International products section and has items that cannot be found at smaller stores. Though Publix in general remains a very expensive grocery store, you cant miss going to this store if you want quality products, great service and selections.

Comment: I never come on here to write a review, but had to this time because I was so impressed. Went to Publix early on a Sunday morning with my husband and our almost 20 month old daughter. All of the employees were so friendly from the moment we walked in. The store was spotless, several employees asked if they could assist with anything, and they made the otherwise boring grocery trip for our daughter fun! Klaus (the assistant manager I believe), did everything he could to make our daughter smile whenever we would cross in the aisles. When we were waiting at the deli, he came and found us and surprised her with a pink balloon that she carried all around the store. It was very sweet for him to go above and beyond. Everyone was very helpful and cheery, too. Had to share! I’ve always gone to this Publix since I was a child myself and it’s great to see that it’s the same kind, helpful atmosphere so many years later. Thank you!

The employees are very friendly, especially Sandra and Chris, the manager. One time I accidentally left my reusable shopping bags at the checkout lane, and Sandra held them for me until the next time I returned!The store is always clean and well-stocked. I also frequently order items online and only had a problem once, which management immediately resolved. My friends and family from outside of Miami are also always impressed and rave about how they love this store!

Comment: Love it. We have been coming here for more than 15 years. Service is excellent. Location is very convenient. It is not as big so you do not get lost in the aisles. Also, for the hurricanes, they have a plant so stays open after the storm when you need it most.

Comment: OUTSTANDING store. The Publix team at this store go above and beyond to keep the store stocked and clean as well as being ready to assist with all questions and needs. Have to also say that this Publix team did an OUTSTANDING job before and after Hurricane Irma. They were a bright light in the aftermath of this storm even though they were all affected too. A big THANK YOU to all of them. 😊

I also really like it when the manager Melissa at Publix helps us put the things in the bag. And the funniest dream I had was the manager Melissa at Publix completing my ending song Tan tararan tan tan tan and Shave and a haircut two bits and singing with me the ending song Tan tararan tan tan tan and Shave and a haircut two bits.
