Comment: 1st time in a city like Publx. Reminded me of NY. I went to get subs. I was very happy with my purchase. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star was due to some fountain soda options where not working and I had to go to the counter to ask for lids for my drinks. Also I notice homeless people at the entrance and inside the store wich doesnt give it a clean vibe when you 1st go in. Other than that customer service was great.

Comment: The store was super busy because of the parade in downtown Orlando on October 21st. But they handled it like champs. Tons of people were running into the store for a cold drink or a snack, but the service desk acted like a very fast 7-11 register and efficiently served a line of people with courtesy. Way to go Publix!

We had just been told that my daughter could not be seen by a dentist during her appt time bc my son was there with us.(Single parent so we all go everywhere together).They wouldn’t allow him to come into the room. So we walked around the lake and went to the Publix there to pick up a few things for dinner. I wish I had caught her name, the cashier was on the first register near the front door. She saw my son wanting to help put the groceries on the belt and invited him to help her with them. He was so excited and really enjoyed his moment as a Publix cashier. If the store sees this, please thank her again for us. She really made his day and mine! It’s so great to meet such kind and caring people.

Comment: This is a clean and convenient publix location if you live or work in downtown Orlando. I typically would be worried about parking in this downtown area but it also has a large (free) underground parking garage which is an added bonus in an area that has limited street parking options and also is a cooler option in the Florida heat. The parking garage has an elevator (large enough for shopping carts too) that goes right up to the store also.

Comment: Excellent little Publix with some nice buys and the usual Publix employee charm and grace. Usually an Orlando Police Department officer smiling right at the front entrance of the store in the evenings, parking garage is free and right around the corner from the entrance. Elevator to parking garage for carts, also be aware the store has a VERY EFFECTIVE magnetic CART RETENTION SYSTEM, so if you leave the store with the cart more than a few feet out the front door instead of taking the cart to the parking garage below, the cart wheels will lock and you will not be able to get your groceries or your cart back into the store or the garage.

Comment: This location is a time capsule waiting for a movie to be filmed here. Every item on every shelf in every part of the store is properly faced, and the only empty spaces are behind the products diligently lined up at the front edge of the shelves. And this was at 3:00 on a busy Saturday afternoon, not at the stores opening on a sleepy Sunday. If this isnt the chains flagship, it must at least be the Best Practices store.

Comment: The food was excellent, both in quality and quantity. The service was outstanding. Brittany was a great waitress. She and the rest of the staff sang happy birthday for my now 4 year old son. It was an all around amazing experience.

Comment: If Adrian didn’t make your sub then you didn’t get a good deal haha. Adrian if you see this you won’t remember but the friendliness and attention to detail on making the sub may seem minor but in the grand scheme of life that attention to detail without the customer requesting will go a long ways.Bright kid. Comment: I normally have excellent customer service at this Publix. However, the manager in charge came across like he did not want to be their or wasnt sure of his job. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or not. Nonetheless, the two African American guys working gave great service and deserve a raise. Excellent customer support!

Comment: Very friendly atmosphere. Customer service is exceptional. If the store doesnt have products in place, someone will look. If prices are in question after leaving store, I can get it checked and be given displayed prices. Thanks for being customers assurance.

Comment: The quality of food, Meats, produce, Deli products, make this an excellent place to shop. And, when you take into account that Publix makes the best sandwiches on the planet it is a no brainer when you want to have a picnic in Lake Eola Park which is right across the street.

Comment: This store is the best mainly because I can walk there and they have most of the things I need. The store is clean and the staff is kind and helpful. Occasionally, they are out of stock on some things like oat milk and tofu but they usually restock pretty quickly.There are a lot of things available here that i wouldnt normally expect to find at a grocery store, which is helpful when you dont want to have to drive somewhere.

Comment: Amazing people there. I got vaccinated yesterday and was very pleased with Octavios the Pharmacist. He was very informative and kept us comfortable and safe. Also, I would like to mention I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the store. Great job 👍 Their employees were very helpful and professional. Thank you for your service. Comment: Best staff around. So friendly, I feel the hometown vibe when my daughter and I visit. Wish I could list everyone but the seafood staff takes such good care of us and our Bourbon Salmon addiction. Also a shout out to Janice, the Willy Wonka of Publix, she always has a pocket full of treats for my daughter. Thanks guys!

Comment: We are happy with this store.We travel from volusia County to enjoy lake Eola. Have begun to use this store for lunch from deli while at Eola park. Very nice & clean store. Deli made some great subs. We dont wear mask and the store personnel always courteous.We look forward to our next visit....thanx publix

Comment: So I’m getting myself a soup and realized they ran out of spoons - no one is to blame, of course, it’s just something that happens - the deli was super busy and the ppl at the customer service were so kind and moved mountains to get me a single spoon. Lovely place. Oddly enough, my favorite to get lunch.

Comment: Like all Publix, the food and staff are excellent. This particular location also is known for playing great music. They have underground parking which is good for a downtown location, but that garage is hard to navigate and get in and out of your vehicle. The store is also small and a bit cramped. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Comment: This is a wonderful Publix. I posted a video showing the free parking garage and elevator used to access the store. I like getting a sub then walking Lake Eola. It’s always a quick and friendly experience. I’m glad Publix opened a grocery store in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Thank You.

Comment: Enjoyed the convenience of using the carpet cleaner $25 and also what’s more amazing about this are while cleaning the carpet the air blower was drying the floors at the same time. It works when you move slowly for cleaning. The customer service workers are very pleasantly helpful.
