Comment: I was in a bit of a rush and completely freaking out for a bday cake bc the bakery I ordered from called me last minute and told me something had happened and I couldn’t get it and I had called the bakery at Publix and the man working there calmed me down (I literally only had two hours to get a cake) and he helped me BIG-TIME!!! He asked me what kind of cake I was looking for so he offered me so many different ones in such short notice! I went there and the man at the bakery was name Fedner and he brought everything up to me! It was a chocolate Sundae Cheesecake, chocolate Lava Cake and a few cupcakes! I bought it all!!! He saved the day and really just made it all that much better! Fedner was absolutely amazing, I’ll definitely be going back to him for more cakes!!! Thank you again so much Fedner for making my loved ones birthday so special!!!

Comment: Cigarets are hidden away, and not displayed as available in the store. But they have Jack Fruit for sale almost at all times !!! Price a bit up there, but it compensated by buy one get one free deals. You just need to get the ad paper and plan the shopping if you want to get the best prices. Also customer service will get any item for sale for next truck delivery if store missing it.

Their reputation is top notch and I add my recommendation to the stack! Specifically, the Polo Grounds Publix has some of the most polite and kind employees in West Palm Beach. NEVER had anything close to a bad experience here. They treat their employees right! I know that because each one of them is always calm, helpful, polite and working hard. Comment: The redesign and update was much needed! Everything about the store is excellent, from the staff who are always friendly and helpful to the enormous selection of different food varieties. The store is also kept extremely clean! The on!y reason for the four stars and not five is because of the prices at Publix, which we all know gets costly.

Comment: This Publix Bakery is awesome! I called this afternoon asking if I could get a cake the same day (last minute due to me forgetting my parent’s anniversary). The employee that answered the phone (didn’t catch her name) very nicely informed me that they were very busy with orders but that she’d try her best to accommodate my request. Not only was she able to complete my last minute request, she exceeded my expectations by far! The cake was beautiful! 😍 So beautiful that my parent’s didn’t want to cut into it! Lol! It was also delicious as always! Thank you ma’am! Whoever you are... You definitely made a family very happy today! 💗

Comment: A little expensive if you dont stick to whats on sale but its clean, the employees are friendly, and at least it has stuff on sale unlike the other 3 closest options. (Im considering Buy One Get One Free as a sale, not rollback 11 cents)

Comment: Nice supermarket with fresh produce. Aisles tend to get crowded during peak hours, as well as the deli. Sub sandwiches made with Boars Head products tend to be popular here. Friendly, helpful employees. Offered to help me to the car with my groceries. Good feature for seniors.

Comment: The selection of food is great. The people who work there are helpful,friendly and understanding. For example, I was in a motorized scooter and I knocked down a display when trying to turn into an aisle. The Publix worker came over to help me. She wasnt mad. In fact she kicked all the cans out of my way and even offered to get the item I needed off the shelf for meThey plenty of motorized scooters, with large baskets, for people who have trouble walking. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. I always have a great experience there.

Comment: Chris Wynn is an incredible manager. He really helps me out when I cant find something by walking me right to the item - even when another associate said that they were out! I also got to watch him interact with his cashiers and baggers. I had the impression that he really cares for his staff by his body language and how he spoke to them.

Comment: Post hurricane update: Once more, I want to publicly acknowledge what a wonderful neighborhood store our local Publix is. Before and after the recent Hurrican Irma, which left widespread power outages, sewer line concerns, and much anxiety, this Publix and its many employees were there for us.Publix was one of the last businesses to close before the storms arrival and one of the first to re-open. Its employees stocked and re-stocked, directed us to most-wanted items, and remained kind, patient, and friendly throughout. It seems that the store was well-prepared: Id heard from one staff person that its fresh/frozen/refrigerated foods were never compromised by outages.Who isnt cheered by essentials and non-essentials? Even when the packaged bread aisle was down to its last few items, the bakery section continued to shelve fresh loaves. People lined up for sandwiches and hot take out from the deli section. Plus, just walking around in the A/C was a mood booster.Thank you, Publix!My earlier post:Vegans and vegetarians: This is a good Publix branch for us. It carries vegan lunch slices and cheezes from several brands, egg substitutes, vegan yogurt and milk, mayonnaise, and baking/cooking ingredients like nutritional yeast. Staff helps you find whatever you need.

Comment: To tell the truth i have been shopping here since coming to Florida 7 years ago. The employees have been friendly and helpful and I have enjoyed shopping here. My Publix story happened one Saturday where i watched an employee walk an elderly gentlemen through the store assistingHim with his shopping list. When we got to the frozen food aisle, the last aisle in this store, he thanked the elderly customer for his service. The gentleman was wearing a cap identifying him as a war veteran. The care they showed this gentleman brought tears to my eyes. The frozen food employee helped him finish the list before he also thanked the gentleman for his service. That is my Publix story and I have shopped there ever since.

Comment: My experience at each Publix store is always a pleasure. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The produce is fresh and items are easy to find. If there is something I have overlooked and can not find someone is always there to lend a helping hand.
