Comment: We had come to this Publix due to its proximity to the chase bank, and target. It was super convenient, having all of these stores and the bank in the same parking lot. There was plenty of parking available for customers to park without having to walk long distances to the store. Upon entering the Publix, you can immediately see how clean it was. All the shelves were fully stocked and had adequate staff to assist you. The store had a very similar layout to other Publix stores I’ve been to, making finding what I was looking for a breeze. Checkout was fast and flawless. Very happy with this location.

Extra drinks, toothpicks...you get the idea. Im not excellent at throwing a party. Patrick helped me keep my sanity and I left feeling empowered instead of defeated. And...to top off the excellent stellar customer service; he opened a register just for me and checked me out himself. I felt like a queen and ready to tackle the huge party I planned. Comment: A shout out to the deli department at this location. It was the day before Easter and of course a busy time for Publix. I had ordered a cooked beef tenderloin (which by the way, was absolutely delicious), a few days earlier, and when I got there to pick it up, it wasnt ready. I had battled the busy parking lot to get in there. Briana, who remembered I had ordered from her, was very apologetic and said she was sorry for my inconvenience. I lived across the street. She actually offered to bring it to me, when it was done. She went above and beyond to prevent me from having to battle that busy parking lot again later. She knew it would be a physical hardship for me. A few hours later, the deli manager, Patrick, arrived with the tenderloin and a smile, at my doorstep. He went above and beyond on one of Publixs busy days of the year. I love Publix, especially this one, where shopping is a pleasure!

Comment: I will rate any vital business staying open at a reasonably high standard during a pandemic a 4 star out of principle of the employees putting their lives at risk coming to work every day, even though some do not take the pandemic seriously, I still thank you for your service. I have however noticed some things have changed recently, one part due to inflation. I used to buy a top sirloin or ribyeye/ny strip on sale once to twice a week. At 6.99 I can handle getting a nice steak for dinner, but prices of meat have doubled. I saw ground beef yesterday at this Publix for 7.99 a pound. Ground beef. Vegan alternatives, while tasty and a respectable substitute in many cases, such as chicken nuggets, are just as pricey as their animal based counterparts. So going vegan or carnivore is just as expensive now. Also I noticed the past couple times my subs have been made very hastily without much care, and little consistency. To be fair over the past two weeks Ive had about 5 subs, and each time it seems like a different person, some in training, some that dont smile nor make eye contact and mumble with no tact or manners. The one girl Hannah was great though , very polite and top quality sandwich skills.

Comment: Im sure this was a fluke, however, my experience with the company did not meet my expectations. I got on their website to check the price and availably. I needed a little extra help that week. I was looking for a company who has regular routes for pick up and delivery of family laundry. I was running out of time and energy. I had 35 pounds of dirty clothes it is alot to ask from any company.Not being a loyal customer didnt help either. Needless to say, not only did they not return my call. They never sent a email. Nothing, they did nothing. No sorry we are hust too busy this week. Nothing, yet every since then I get their newsletter. The specials and every other marketing and flyer they make. I even unsubscribed twice to no avail.After reading all these great reviews I deemed it necessary to give this company another chance. I guess these reviews are worth the trouble.

Comment: I generally enjoy shopping here. Large store, good selection, helpful staff.Now in the era of Covid pandemic, this is not enough. There is the added element of safety. A week or so ago, I went in shortly after 7 am to shop during the senior hour. While there, a non-senior strutted in sans mask and seemingly mindless to the risk posed to other more vulnerable shoppers. When asked, store attendants told me they were powerless to stop him since the law does not allow it. Is this true? And during senior hour? Why are other stores such as Costco able to enforce miscreants like this from entering and posing a hazard?

Comment: Other than the long lines everything is great. I understand the likes so we can’t really blame Publix for this it happens. When I go there I usually really enjoy the cashiers and the baggers. I also enjoy the people who clean the carts but kind of feel bad for them as well. Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I go in there there’s always that person who either just leaves there cart on the opposite side of the room or even just takes it 3 steps out the door and just leaves it. They are doing really well with this hole COVID thing and sure there parking lot is a little messy but they are only trying to make it look better for us. So if I could give this store more stars I would best store in Sarasota

Comment: If I could give more stars, I would. Best Publix Store I have shopped in, but they are all good. Ordered a huge meat and catering order and asked if delivery were possible, as we are only 10 minutes away. One of the store managers said of course, what time and what day, I will deliver it if everyone else is busy. It just arrived, beautifully packaged. I cant thank you enough for the extra effort, especially on this very very busy day, Christmas Eve.

Comment: Best vegetarian deli at this Publix location. My husband and I had delicious hot vegetarian lunch. He had Veg Dinner $4.19: White cheddar mac and cheese and two veggie sides (veggie medley of green beans, cauliflower, and carrots; second side was corn) I had hot mashed cauliflower with garlic seasoning $4.42 along with warm quinoa salad with garlic $1.90. 2 drinks added bill to $13.78. A very fair price for fresh, hot meals and drinks for two. Oh and the lovely people-watching window table was a nice perk.

Comment: This is a large well lit store. Their renovation this summer has added a wider variety of natural and organic foods. They now have a Health & Beauty Specialist and a Wine Specialist in the store to help customers. Helpful and friendly associates make shopping here very enjoyable.
