Comment: We ordered a cake and cupcakes for my son’s birthday. The very sweet lady made the cake out of chocolate instead of vanilla (which wouldn’t have been an issue for us), but she took the initiative without prompts to make a second cake out of vanilla and told the catering to not charge us for the second cake before I came to pick up the order. And then the catering attendant offered (without asking for help) to wheel out the cakes and cupcakes for me at the front while I got my car. I would have been fine with the minor mistake, but they went above and beyond. Please don’t take advantage of their kind generosity, but this made me happy about our Publix and where we live (even more) :)

Comment: I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Publix. I moved to Naples about 10 years ago and had never heard of Publix before when I first went to the store I was shocked by how clean it was. The cashiers were very friendly and professional. The deli is always stocked and they offer soups and salads as well as subs that are made fresh daily. The soup selection is great and changes daily. I am impressed by the way that shelves are organized and stocked so well. You can tell that each Publix takes pride in their stores. What I really like about Publix is that their fruit and vegetables are fresh and I don’t have to worry about them. Getting mushy or going bad as soon as I get them home. The bakery also has a wide selection of tasty treats. My kids always run to the counter to get their free cookie as soon as we get to the store. Thank you for Publix for being such a good grocery store in our community!

Comment: Although I hate Publix for there extremely high prices and average quality products and meats, this Publix is above all. The $5 Sushi on Wednesday are best here. They are the only ones that have the Sushi bowl for $5. There are better cuts of Meat and a large produce center thats worthy for the picking. I travel through SWF and visit many locations for lunch. This is a well managed and maintained store. Im not sure why the selection is better than most. The prices still suck!

Comment: If I could give 100 stars I would. I live on the east coast and my daughter lives in fort Myers. I drink only Snapple Zero Sugar Diet Lemon Iced Tea in the 64 oz bottle. It is near impossible to find this tea in the Publix east coast SoFla stores. Even special ordering it the product never comes in or I get no follow up. It’s frustrating because it’s all I drink due to a surgery I had. On the off chance after a 5 day vacation in Sanibel Island, my wife and I stopped at this publix and we won lotto, we found 4 bottles on the shelf! It was like Christmas morning for an 8 year old! So I checked with CS about more. They referred me to Juan the Grocery Mgr. He was so nice. He said he could special order me some. I’ve heard this before but I did it. He offered me 2 cases (16 bottles) that would come in sometime during the next week or so. I was pleasantly surprised when a nice young man named Aaron called. To tell me my order was in! I told him to hold them to Monday afterword time and my daughter will get them for me. Not a problem he said. They will be up front in CS. My daughter went to Tampa for The Bucs Training Camp. She ended up breaking her toe on the trip! She didn’t make it to pickup my tea on Monday evening. The next day Aaron called me to tell me they still had it and he’d have to put it back into General stock if not picked up. I explained what happened. He said he could hold it another day. He did and my daughter drove down Tuesday after work and purchased my 2 cases! Special thank you to Juan, Mitchell and Aaron for all you did to get me my favorite beverage. You arevthe best. So going forward I will call this store and have Juan order my Snapple special order and my daughter will pick them up for me. Thank you Publix Crossroads! Juan and team are the best of the best. Please don’t move them to other stores now that I worked a solution to my problem! 😊

Comment: Its clean, friendly and busy! And Publix led the way on having a few common prescriptions free of charge. Deli is good but busy! Boarshead meats. Fresh pizza dough in bakery. All around high marks. I miss Kansas grocery stores and Kansas prices but Publix is very good. Their 2 for 1 specials are very much appreciated!

Comment: Ok, so lets talk. Ive read the reviews and have seen how people are complaning about things that arnt even happening in this store!! I think thats totally crazy! The employees here are extremely kind and work very quickly and adequetly! The pharmecy is very fast and efficient so you dot have to wait an hour for your meds! They have a deli too which has sandwhiches better than you will even get at Subway! No kidding! Publix always has the things you need for yourself, and for youre family and friends. They have great deals on things that you buy frequently so youre keeping more money in youre pocket!! The restrooms and sparkling clean and very frequently sanitized!! If youre looking for a Publix, this is THE one to go to!!!!

Comment: On the eve of my daughters small beach wedding...I discovered that there was no wedding cake ordered. In a panic..I called my Publix Store Bakery at Grand Oaks center in Estero at 8:30 pm. With little hope that I could get a wedding cake done, before the following afternoon. Alyssa took my call and ask me to come into the store to make some choices. Comment: I moved, and this is now the closest Publix to me. It’s stocked with most of the items I’m seeking, and the checkout & Customer Service Desk employees are always friendly and efficient. The produce is always fresh. One of the better Publix experiences in the area. I’ve been to probably 20 of them!I’d give the place 5 stars if they had ALL the fairly I’m seeking that similar stores carry. They don’t have some of the drinks & condiments I’ve sought and are sometimes out of fresh fish & specials still available at other Publix stores in the general area. Still: a great store to shop at for most of your needs!

Comment: Service is always great,the employees go out of their way to help. My only complaint is the other shoppers. During this pandemic, Publix is trying to help us protect our health. So follow the instructions at the front door. Follow the arrows on the floor and stop going the wrong way up and down the aisles. And Publix employees, start enforcing the damn rules you set in place. Or get rid of them.

Comment: A lot may complain about the wait times when everyone comes at once but you have to understand that one person can only do so much when a customer wants more than one sub or more than one cold cut/cheese.An average sub for me (if we dont have to cut it or toast it) is around 30 seconds to 1 minute, if you factor in someone getting several special subs like a chicken tender sub that requires us to leave the station several times to bring and cut the tenders, it also requires us to toss the tenders if someone wants it and a majority of people who order the sub gets it toasted and that takes around 45 seconds to a minute to finish.If someone wanted a sub with meat and cheese from our case that would take around 1-5 minutes depending on if we have to open anything or not because we have to weigh everything out & we also have to rewrap everything before we bring that back over, now add another 45 seconds if they want it toasted as well.The employees I work with always do their best to be fast, friendly and professional.Ps.. Positive reinforcement helps when your interacting with someone handling your order.. we are human too 💙

Comment: This is one of the best publix in the area. The cleanliness of the store and its selection is great for my family. We love coming here for our regular grocery lists, and we also love bringing in the family for the special Cookie of the week. The store is great about meeting the needs of the customer, and we always enjoy our time after a golf game for some quick eats at the bakery.
