Comment: Nice store and location. If you have some time in your day, plan a beach stroll first then pick up dinner on your way home. Gotta luv the B1G1 deals on Greenwise products and the deli soups and salads. If you havent tried their chili do. You can pick up a large container for under 10.00 that feeds 4 and top it with cheeses from Sargento on B1G1 deals this week. Yum 😋.

Comment: I recently moved to Palencia and this was my first visit here. Ive been going to the Cobblestone Village location for yesrs. Got to know some of the people there. Pleasent trips.I thought alll publixes are pretty much the same, right! Umm no, not nessesarily. I knew it might be laid out slightly different, no problem. Only needed a few things and get the lay of land as it were since it wasnt busy. Then I noticed something. It was awfully quiet and nobody much was smiling back. Okay.But there were a couple that did and responded to my good mornings. Not looking for conversations. They have work to do.So go to check out and a younger employee went to help me with my water pkgs. I was saying thank you thats nice but I can do it, when another emoyee came over and ordered them away in a rebuke type of way, to help someone else. They (the person helping me) appologized to me and left, the older person looked at me very sternly for whatever reason and just walked away.Unfortunantly no name tag. I do however remember faces. I just hope thier attitude was a one off.

I dont know all the ladies names, but one I can think of is Kelly. I hope I spelled her name correctly? She is always friendly to me. The men baggers help me outside a lot with my groceries. I dont know their names. I only know faces. Customer service has helped me out to with questions. There was a man stocking the frozen section who helped me look for something too. Comment: This particular Publix store is a great place to grocery shop. Its super clean, well stocked and staffed. I have never had to stand in line more than 2 deep without them calling more cashiers to the front or managers jumping on a register.

Comment: Went there to get my husbands covid shot and came out getting mine too! (Thanks to the people who skipped their appointments!) The people were very kind and helpful. I was shocked that no one else was waiting for their shots or to make sure they didnt react to them. Also, my kids got a treat and a drink and I was very happy at how low the prices are. Ill go again if Im ever in the area.

Anyone on staff is willing to help you find what youre looking for and walk you to the aisle where you can find it. Comment: We love this Publix customer service is amazing. Today our son Eli had an amazing experience with one of the butchers Gregory. Our little guy is in a wheelchair he’s only three but enjoys every bit of life. Gregory saw him dancing in his wheelchair and came out and started dancing and interacting with him. As a parent this is heartwarming and rewarding keep training humble employees. Eli looks forward to seeing Gregory again on our next shopping trip. Thank you Publix for being welcoming and kind.

We usually shop at the over-crowded Publix at Murabella/Tuscan Way where parking is the absolute pits, long lines, products often out of stock, but its close! The extra 10 minutes drive to Palencia is worth it! Fabulous personnel, great parking, well-stocked aisles, exciting deli, great produce, seafood, meat and dairy! And their Floral Dept is really nice! Good job all around!

Comment: This is a really nice Publix. The shelves were well stcked and organized. The employees were friendly and helpful without bein intrusive. When I went to check out the cashier was at the front of her register and invited me in. I worked for Publix in the 70s and this one is run the way we were taught was the Publix way. Its become my new favorite Publix.
