I have three close to me. this location and Vanderbilt Beach/Airport locations are my favs. They are the only place I have found Chocolate covered nuts by the pound. It has been several weeks since bin has been filled so I wrote down the number and gave to my cashier, Venessa, and asked if she would please give it to someone and let them know of my needs. Well I returned today, being sure to get in line for Vanessa so that I could properly thank her for taking care of my Needs. I went home happy with my prize. Vanessa is just one of the many helpful folks at Publix. Yes, prices are high but I have become an educated shopper. FYI, the butcher was so kind, told him what I wanted and he cut it special. Names, names, names, must remember for my reviews!8/4/2022 I have now found it almost impossible to do all my grocery shopping at Publix; not because I dont love the store but their prices are continuing to climb. My visits to Publix are limited to when they offer 1 plus 1 free, which are also becoming fewer!I really do love my Publix in Pebblebrook! But finding each week more difficult to do all my grocery shopping there. With price difference so much higher I have started to move around. Hope all this stops soon! Well back again at Publix!One of my favs is the self serve double covered chocolate peanuts; opps the dispenser was not working! In no time at all I have found someone to share my delima with which then attracted one of the managers, between the 3 of us I was able to get my treat. Thank you Publix!They have been great for me so helpful.At 5 foot tall I am many times faced with not being able to reach something; never have to worry at Publix in Pebble Brook someone always there to help.The staff is always there to help, even the managers.Publix is the only store I have ever been in where it is so easy to find a manager.Staff are well trained!

I was grabbing a few things for his 1st birthday party on Saturday including cases of seltzer and water, while 8.5 months pregnant. Then the dreaded meltdown happened with my son. I was trying to hurry and the manager saw what was happening and directed me to a Checkout line unloaded my entire cart for me and then walked me to my car and unloaded it all into the car while I got my son in his seat. It was such a relief and act of kindness I will not forget.

Comment: Publix is quickly becoming a cult favorite and I can understand why. Among the things to try Publix fried chicken is the best. If you want deli order online and have it waiting for you and their deli sandwiches are excellent. Amazing store

Comment: Love my Publix. Even with the new setup, which is actually better in many ways. With the exception of 1 item that they just dont carry, they always have my favorite products/brands. Rarely, if ever, do they run out of anything that I buy. Even though there is now one closer to me, I still shop at this location because I know theyll have what I need. Comment: I love this store. Pretty nutty, right? Well yes, youre right of course. But EVERY time I go in, I ALWAYS feel better coming out. Thats crazy, youre thinking. Grocery stores arent intended to improve ones mental health! But (again that but), what happens to most people who spend any time with other people who seem to care about you, who are glad to go out of their way to be helpful to you, who smile rather than frown at you. All this while being somewhere you KNOW you wont be taken advantage of, where you are CERTAIN youll find quality at good prices, and where youre GUARANTEED satisfaction. Comment: Well, this is my main grocery store, and for a good reason; Ive been to all the others; its a little more expensive,a little cleaner and much more user friendly. It is busy but not all day just when people get off work and land there ,all at once .Traffic is bad also, at that time of day. All over Naples! The people who wrote the iffy reviews ,have never been to The Strand its far more busy. I hope you like the new store. being new it will be super crowded the parking a nightmare, etc. However all the complainers will be gone from my wonderful Publics at Pebblebrooke Shoppes. I will be able to pick up last minute things for dinner. It should be heaven between 4 and 7 PM. Its OK, I was blessed with an ounce of patience.

Comment: Excellent Publix. They have great customer service that goes out of their way to to make sure you have a great shopping experience. They also have ready to cook dinners prepared by the butcher and seafood area for a simple and quick meal. They have 2 red boxes at the front.
