Comment: Ive always had exceptional experiences here from some of the staff. Today was just one example. The deli manager, I believe his name was Deron, went above and beyond for me. He was not only knowledgeable about the product I was searching for, but ordering capabilities and checking other stores inventories. Also if you want to make ur own wrap- buy the egg wraps, boarhead spicy turkey and boarhead horseradish cheese for a spectacular treat. Excellent deli with quality meats and cheeses. Clean store. Comment: Publix is pricier than other grocery stores and we still use them when I have to go into the store to shop. I cannot drink the milk from Publix as it always has an odd flavor. The suns and hot dishes are always on point. I go to Publix for everything baked I need to buy. There is a worker in the Bakery most nights who is the most helpful and upbeat person in the store. His name is Seth - I always work with him. I am saddened that Publix has finally crumbled and put in self checkout. I hate this. The was the last chain that had full cashier coverage. It really puts me off but at least if you are willing to wait you can get a real person.

I had the opportunity to see managers walking the floor and getting in touch with employees and customers! ( It is called Gamba )*Stores are usually impeccable and ready to satisfy the customer. So different when you enter a King Soopers in Colorado ( sloppy floors with unionized employees that dont care much about the customer needs)* The common phrase Going to Gamba represents managers visiting the shop floor to observe, learn, and understand what is happening across every level of their business.

He ran the show after Hurricane Ian and made sure everyone was able to get the groceries, household goods, end medicines they needed. He even ensured the power line workers who traveled from all over had good meals to eat. James is an amazing manager who brought his team together to serve the community after a true disaster!

Comment: Busy parking lot. Issues with pedestrians. Hard to exit parking lot turning left onto Price Blvd on Northside exit. Perfer shopping in another plaza over the drama of navigating this location. With 2 other Publix(s) nearby, this is my least favorite to visit.

I didnt bother making a fuss about it, we all have our rough days. I still rate a 5☆ due to overall amazing staff, clean store and 99.99999% of the time a friendly experience

In the many years Ive been shopping here, each trip has been pleasant. Associates and management are wonderful. I dont like to shop for groceries. Publix makes it less of a chore

Comment: Publix is a Fabulous place to shop! The employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If we are unable to find what we are shopping for, we can ask for help and an employee will come to our aid. Thank you Publix. Plus, the stores are very clean. They also offer BOGO (buy one get one free) which beats competing companies pricing policies.

Comment: This Publix is the closest to my home, but definitely one of the best places to go in, get what you need/want, and get out. The entire store is clean and well lit, the staff are always very friendly and willing to help you out with any and all questions, and the prices are well worth it. I suggest, in my opinion, that you come on by, and see for yourself what all the hype is about. Every Publix is different, even in the same city.

Comment: There are more publix stores that Florida has zipcodes, and this one is pretty much identical to all the rest. The food quality is good, but the prices are higher to match, and the bakery is to die for! Doung better than Than Walmart when it comes to staffing as not only have they not moved to automatic checkout there is nearly alway some smiley kid packing my bags for me. Keep up the good work Publix, you ALMOST justify the extra cost of shopping with you.

Comment: I love my Publix! I recently visited another Publix in the area and realized how great this one is. Thank you for going out of your way to serve the customers and make us happy! The cashiers and baggers are always so helpful and friendly. I have also noticed how much smoother the deli has been running lately, as compared to in the past years. Thank you for making changes that needed to be made. My favorite items are always stocked and the bathrooms are always clean! You do not realize how great you have it locally until you have to go somewhere else and you are disappointed.

Comment: Very well stocked store and very clean love shopping here only for one problem I am from ny I wish the store would carry margarita stick pepperoni Walmart carry’s it but even they cannot keep it in stock trust me all the snow birds would love to see it in the store. A pizza isn’t a pizza without margarita pepperoni hopefully some day very very soon they will stock it they already carry mozzarella cheese from Buffalo new York it’s awesome now all we need is the stick pepperoni and i will neverLeave home again. You just cannot find the great food like margarita pepperoni in sunny Flordia. Please if management is reading this could you please try to stock it you won’t be sorry thank you publix for all you do for the people in Flordia.

Comment: Yes excellent excellent !!! in everything except:However today I ordered a hot meatball sub and it was terrible! This is the second time I have ordered from this PUblix a hot meat ball sub and both times had to throw them away.It seems they do not heat the meatballs and sauce.They just heat the bun together with the cold sauce and meatballs and of course the meatballs are quit cold along with the sauce UGH!Other Publix stores heat the sauce and meatballs first and then toast the bun if customer requests a toasted bun, which turns out excellentWhy the difference?Yes I did request the sauce and meatballs to be warmed first but was told this is the way it is done???

Comment: My family and I have been going to Publix for as long as I can remember but in the last 6 years, we have been going to this specific store. We love ALL Publix’s and refuse to shop anywhere else but we especially love the Toledo Blade and Price location! Everyone is always so friendly and the store is always spotless. Most employees recognize us when we come in (we shop there serveral times a week) and they make us feel so welcome. Shopping at Publix really IS a pleasure!One specific person I’d like to point out is Cameron. He is always so pleasant, whether he’s our cashier or he’s bagging our groceries. He always makes polite conversation and carries it well! A few weeks ago, he saw that I was busy with my two kids as I was starting to load my cart full of groceries onto the conveyor belt and he came over to ask me if he could help load them for me! I’m use to everyone always asking if they can help me out to the car but helping with that was a pleasant surprise. He is seems to always go above and beyond and makes our already wonderful shopping experience even better. He’s a keeper! :-)

Comment: Was in here last night and went to the deli where they make sandwiches and was taken care by Star. When i say she went above and beyond for us she went above and beyond for us. We asked for wheat bread she didnt have any upfront so she went to the back to look for wheat bread. Which she found. Didnt have swiss so she cut some up for me. I ordered a half Ultimate Boars and she suggested i get a whole since the whole was on sale. I said i wouldnt eat it all i would just throw the rest out but she said she would put all veggies and all condiments on the side for me which she did. Star was amazing and will definitely go back to this store to order my subs.

They have plenty of sales throughout the week and have a great selection is sushi. Comment: Publix is a great place to shop at the deli makes really good sandwiches and their fried or baked chicken is really good. The bakery cakes are exceptional. The meat from the meat department is always fresh. The produce is fresh as well and stays fresh as well.
