Store is located in a small shopping center with good shops. Its in a good neighborhood and I feel safe in the well lit parking lot. This is my favorite Publix and near our home too! Came to deli and saw a massive line, i asked (Dan) that i was doing an online order pickup and they had ran out of bread -___- but ( Yanet ) I assume a coworker came to the rescue and said we could grab bread from the deli to make our subs, some people complained and tossed a tantrum like 5yr olds but they did the best right before closing. They handled everything great and i for sure will be coming back again and again. Thank you ( Dan and Yanet ) for everything

Comment: I left a 5 star about 10 months ago referring to how clean and neat everything was.It wouldnt let me write a new review, so I will edit this one and give a shout-out to Cedrick Ced from the meat department.He was very friendly, even offered to bring us a shopping cart since my hand basket was full. He knew the other customers by first name, asked for my name as well, and his personality out-shinned. I enjoyed the small talk and was knowledgeable with his cuts.The taller gentleman who I originally asked for Chuck Pot Roast was also extremely polite and educated. He retrieved the cut of meat that I had asked for quickly and without hesitation (he was already busy stocking). He was the one who handed the cuts to Ced (ask him for his name. They both deserve recognition).I didnt think of writing a review until I spoke to Ced, so I didnt catch his name, unfortunately. Thank you both, and keep up the great work. Comment: My neighborhood Publix shopping is always a pleasure Publix has the best employees people who remember your name who hug you whenever you need a hug Ive developed a lot of relationships with most of the African American women who work in this Publix hes always clean and always fully stocked for the sale day once in awhile theyll be out of something but they let you know when it would be in the store from the deli to the produce department to dairy to the sushi and meat department and to all the grocery managers are always on top of it if you live nearby the Publix super market at the Shoppes of quail roost I think you would have a great experience with smiles and wonderful groceries check it out its worth to visit.

I asked if an item I wanted was available at the service desk, as I didnt see it in the aisle or in end caps at checkout. Rather than send me to the desk, he said Yes, and I cand get that for you. And proceeded to walk to the desk and retrieve my item (a cigarette lighter) and finish ringing up my purchases. Comment: My review is on a particular employee named Ruben who works in the SubShop/Deli. He is a polite articulate young man. Always courteous and well spoken. He runs circles around his co-workers in this department. The store needs 10 more Rubens working for them. Overall this is excellent overall.

Comment: There are 3 Publix supermarkets between work and home, this is the one I shop in almost daily. I prefer to shop daily instead of making a big purchase weekly, its the way I grew up.This is a larger store with a good selection of brands and products. The staff are friendly and helpful whether you are asking if something is in stock or if products are available to order.

Comment: This publix super market is one of the best lots of parking and shopping carts. One of the great things about this location is the fruit varies every thing is stock up and great varies fresh as if pick from the farm. Bathroom are clean so is the whole store staff is very friendly and helpful i recommend this publix u wont regert it
