On my last visit, I went to the deli, the lottery desk, shopped for a few things and asked for an item I didnt see. All of the employees who waited on me were so friendly! She doesn’t speak when you enter her line and just hands you the receipt as if she doesn’t want to be there. Very unprofessional. I go back and thank her because I was heading to airport (my mother just died) I get home and go to use my cell phone. I call it and listen for it to ring and I hear hello...i also left my phone at the end of the counter. Thank you so much. Id have been devastated if I was at airport and couldnt find my licence and couldnt get on theplane 💜

Since COVID-19 Publix Supermarkets stopped all of there courtesies that made them okay with the high prices they charge. But their prices are still high and the produce at some of the stores are really bad and the management doesnt seem to care like at Sunshine Plaza. They lost me as a customer because of their management and not caring what the customer wants or believes that needs to be done their their shelves are half empty The freezers are not stocked They put stuff in wrong place to make them look full Sunshine plazas went way down this place has got my business cuz they take care of it if its not right they make it right Management is super good They have respect and they have my business.

When lines are long, youll see even managers hoping on a register to check the customers out, theres always someone willing to help all the way and going above and beyond. The only thing i begin to hate at Publix and its all then for that matter, its the fact that they keep discontinuing items that customers need. For example, theres this cheesecake box they used to sale, now they no longer carry it and its a whole struggle for them to put the order in for me, every single time... its annoying. Comment: Good selection and consistently clean, this is a good option for your shopping needs in the area. Staff was very helpful in helping me find all of the items that I needed. They even went through the trouble of telling me which local store had an item that I needed that was out of stock.

Comment: Publix Supermarket has an awesome wheat and Spanish glute free wrap that OMG is so good and health with chicken strips and the works. OMG AGAIN. The Price is so right. Check out the bakery and the Deli. Check out Publix okay. Kudos Kudos Kudos YES.

Comment: This Publix is in a very convenient location. The store appears to be well-stocked and in good order. I was able to find everything that I needed quickly. As with most Publix, the deli had a line. The bakery department was also well-stocked and had everything that you could imagine for dessert available. The store was clean which is most important. The checkout lines were fairly fast because unlike other chains similar to this one, they had enough Checkers open.

Comment: Publix at Western Woods Plaza 8140 W McNab Rd, North Lauderdale is awesome. There are always employees around to ask for assistance and theyre more than willing to help. I never have to look around for one. The store is clean and well stocked. The deli for cold cuts and sandwiches is quick and efficient. I cant wait to order my next sub purchase online. Kudos to the managers for a well run store.

Comment: Good service, depending on the day and crew. If you have a car accident in the lot, there are no cameras to protect you and cars cross through wrong lanes. Take care when walking outside. Inside, it is decent, clean, and always full of baked goods and delicious sandwiches and rotisserie chickens. Decent alcohol selection as well, but it is incredibly selective with chips and ice cream. You have more variety and values in walmart, sadly

Comment: There are at least 3 different Publix locations in my area, and this one is great! The reason I like this location better than the others is because it has more of a relaxed and local vibe. The parking lot is clean and isnt chaotic like the other local Publix locations. The store is always clean and well stocked. I usually choose this location to do my weekly shopping. All locals should check this Publix out. You will not be disappointed.

Comment: I have to commend this store for all the efforts that were taken during before and after Hurricane I haverma. They had around the clock stuff. All the staff were very patient and kind towards the needs of the customers. I got most of what I needed here. I wish I had a gold medal because they sure would have been first place in my eyes. A very happy customer! 🤗
