Comment: Clean and organized. Usually well stocked. The only issue is they will have signs for certain sales up but it doesnt register on checkout. So you have to wait for verification and you have to tell the cashier. Keep an eye out at checkout. Otherwise not bad. Flowers could be kept up a little more. Some of them for sale are damaged and others wilted. The pharmacy is on their toes! Very good pharmacy. Deli is attentive and ready to help and their cheese selection is on point!

Yes they have a lot of bogos but still on a whole other products typically cost more than other grocery stores. If it were up to me I would always shop at Publix because honestly it just feels cleaner and fresher. But I always leave feeling guilty for paying so much more for the products and my bill is quite a bit higher. So I guess its what they say you get what you pay for. Currently in my life Im willing to settle for mediocre so Walmarts fine by me.I went to Publix today and they had quite a few bogos. Their food is always the best quality but with that comes price. I still love to come over to Publix and get items that I cant get at other stores. Its always clean and the service there is amazing.

Even with slab prices and construction in general being crazy costs at the moment, Paulo worked with us to keep it reasonable and responded quickly to any questions we had.They take pride in what they do and you can tell.We won’t hesitate to call on them again in the future. Definitely recommend them to anyone hunting for a countertop .

It was a true pleasure to talk with and really enhanced our purchase experience with those subs. She was a pure delite, and meeting young people like her is so rare these days. When checking out, the cashier noticed my retiree ID and gave me the veteran discount, which I had no clue Publix did. Thank you for a great experience while I was visiting from parents.

Comment: I stop into this Publix about 4 times a week and for the most part the employees are very courteous. EXCEPT for those behind the courtesy counter. A couple of times I have had to ask the person working if they have had a bad day because after I have said hello first, I get no response. All the regular cashiers and baggers are SUPER friendly. The bakery and deli workers are very friendly and helpful BUT the courtesy counter not so much. Last week when I was in I had a question about an item and waited approx 4 min while 5 people were standing behind the counter chatting. I then moved over to the Lotto line and when it finally came my turn, I was asked if I could move over to the main line. After I responded with ,”Sure, I don’t mind, I just stood there for 4 minutes.” The response I got was,”We are having an issue with money in someone’s till.”Seriously?? Never got an apology or anything. Now, I just try to avoid going up there at all costs.Love the store!! Just not the courtesy counter

They have the largest assortment of Fresh Soups and salads along with a fresh and well-stocked salad bar that was quite impressive. Both the inside and outside of the store is maintained extremely well and cleaned on a regular basis unlike some of the other Publix locations I have been to. Comment: It’s a good Publix. Staff are always very helpful and greet at the door. If an item is priced incorrectly bring it to their attentions and as part of their policy on correct price guarantee they will give one of the items for free and correct the price of the others if buying multiple.Though it’s seldom that happens. And usually happens if there is an item that is on special and was not correctly included in their system.The grocery section is always well stocked and fresh. Always someone around if you have any questions.

Comment: Only pharmacy I will utilize near me!. Both pharmacists and pharmacy techs knowledgeable in terms of conflict between meds. Saved my life by informing me two of my meds were dangerous to take together. Other than that it is just a typical grocery store!

Comment: I went to the deli department and ordered the Herbed Tofu wrap, and I was helped by Lindsey. I had the best experience! I always order the tofu wrap, and usually the worker will be very rude about having to go get the “special” ingredients for it. Although the counter was out of the Herbed Tofu, Lindsey went and got a replacement option that was still a plant based option. She was so nice the whole time, and never complained or acted rude towards me about having to do extra work. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Publix deli, and I will definitely return in the future! Thank you Lindsey! My wrap was awesome! 😊

Comment: This is a fairly new Publix store.The store is well-lit. The aisles are wide. The shelves are fully stocked. The employees are helpful.This is the first Publix I have visited with a self-service aisle. I used it for my purchases and used the Publix app to pay. It worked smoothly and it was fast.There is plenty of parking and this is a well designed, large store. It is an upscale grocery store and likely to be very popular with the breadth of services it offers. A pharmacy, deli, good wine selection, and large selections of meat and baked goods.Publix also provides COVID-19 shots as a public service. This service has allowed residents to obtain these shots from a local neighborhood store and enabled Florida to get many people vaccinated that may have had trouble otherwise.It makes the grocery stores of the past seem as outmoded as the cracker barrel country stores that used to be commonplace.

Food assortment is always on point and the weekly specials are great!Cant go wrong with a pub sub, get the chicken tender sub if you have not had one, if you like it spicy ask for buffalo style and they will check the tenders and toss in buffalo sauce. So good!

Comment: I wanted to acknowledge Mrs. Gina - Manager at Publix. She went above and beyond in helping me. For the last 10 years my brother has fed the homeless or people less fortunate at the City Rescue Mission. We gather turkeys every year and feed about 1300-1400 people for Thanksgiving. Comment: Great store. Customer service and cleanliness is fantastic like most publix stores. Love the fact that they are back open till 10pm again. What I really appreciate about this location is that they dont rush you to get out of the store at closing time. They usually will let you spend an extra 10-15 mins. In the store after hours. Unlike Wal-Mart! Only thing that I am on the fence about is the reset that they did, moving the isles around as far as product placement is concerned 😟; throws you off a little bit.

Comment: Publix has the best customer service! I picked up a beautiful cake today to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday who was flying in from out of town. I was devastated when my two year old accidentally knocked it off the counter minutes after we got home. I called and spoke to Lauren in the bakery. She told me she could have a new one made for me in 30 minutes. She showed so much kindness today and made my day and my mother-in- laws birthday. Thank you so much Lauren for going above and beyond my expectations and creating such a beautiful cake!

Comment: I love this place, HOWEVER, they REALLY need larger / more cart returns. Or at least have designated staff come outside to collect them more often. Its a huge hazard for cars, and even well-meaning, cart-returning patrons are sometimes having to leave them in random spots because the ones they DO have only hold like 4. Please fix this problem, it is highly annoying.

Comment: Publix is such a great place to shop, although this is a busy area, I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes in line to check out. All of the cashiers are super quick and friendly. They always greet us with a smile and make us feel welcomed here. I like stopping by to get groceries in the way home since its right by the house.The produce is always fresh and plenty to choose from. They also have preseasoned pork, chicken and fish with veggies and ready to cook, which I think is very convenient for us busy moms. The prices for fresh shrimps and lobsters are pretty reasonable. I could get 2 lobsters tails for $18 or less depending on the season.I love that the employees always offer to carry my groceries to the car for me, its such a kind gesture.

Comment: Very clean Publix! Compared to other Publixs the deals are always marked correctly so there is no confusion. The veggie department is well stocked and everything is fresh. Do yourself a favor and talk to the mustached man in the seafood department. He is the most intelligent on fish types and recipes. He really helped me make the cheaper cuts of fish taste great! Nice store layout. No bagging issues. Much like other comments, I also feel like the deli department is short staffed.

Comment: If you live in Florida you know Publix as the higher end grocery store that you actually afford to shop at. A large selection of all your basics and a many of those items that the smaller chains dont carry. The staff at this location are super kind and helpful. The shopping center has many other stores and restaurants in case you have some other shopping, want to grab a bite to eat or even fill up on gas. Kinda off the beaten path but if youre over here, theyll probably take care of your needs.

Comment: Ive never had any issues with anyone. Ive dealt with all of the departments mentioned. There are more foreigners working there in the bakery and as cashiers. That could be part of the problem some have encountered.Ive been shopping @ Publix for 30 years and at this store since they opened. Always courteous and helpful.
