Comment: Love this store. Go at least three times per week. I love the fact they have no self checkouts. They actually have cashiers. Which is great. I love every department in the store. I especially like the salad bar which is not located in many stores. Publix is a great company. Theyre great for the community because they do donate a lot to the local food banks. So keep that in mind when shopping. They are a little more expensive overall but they help out the community, they have great quality food and they have cashiers. So I am more than happy to pay the little bit more that I do. There are subs and bakery cannot be beat. Keep up the great work Publix.. went today 01/23/24 Jamie at the hot food deli area was very helpful. She fixed my toppings on my sub sandwich although it wasnt her area. Thank you Jamie

Today at checkout there was a hassle with a digital coupon I had clipped in the app. Pepsi products were BOGO on specific sizes. The coupon was for an additional $2 off. The lady that came over who had the authority to adjust the order did everything she could to make it my fault. She pointed out the picture was a 6-pack. I pointed out the description stated 6-pack or 8-pack. She then said the coupon had to be clipped. I pointed to the coupon on my phone and it said clipped. She then said they dont allow multiple offers to be redeemed at the same time. I pointed out the app said BOGO and right under that on the same page it said clip for additional $2 off. By this time, the line is getting long and Im apologizing to the people behind me. The guy directly behind me said to the clerk, I have the same coupon clipped, so you may as well figure out how to fix this. I dont know the clerks name and she was polite and professional throughout the interaction, but the lady that hassled me was named Meghan (not sure of spelling).

Comment: Can never go wrong with Publix all their food is top quality ...fruits almost always sweet. However when buying their subs online...not a good idea...they make mistakes..like putting the wrong cheese or comes with less toppings or missing toppings.

Comment: Great customer service, the employees are always smiling and asking you if you need help just by passing them by which I think is nice. You can catch some great deals here if your at the right place at the right time. The only thing I find confusing is their system of tagging an item for clearance on the shelf, but its not on clearance yet. I did ask manangement about this, I was told that the yellow tag that says clearance is alert to customers that the item will be going on clearance soon (?) I do not like that idea as I feel its misleading, clearance is clearance.

Comment: This is my family grocery store, always staff available if needed to ask questions. This store takes zoning shelves and rotating to next level compared to other stores, and customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Store manager, and department managers are always doing something, even little things like picking up trash, assisting customer and running this location nice and smooth. I never leave stressed or feeling like I need a tetanus shot. I can go on and on praising every department, but I have shopping to do... Keep up the great work!!!

Comment: Whats not to live about Publix? Food is always fresh and good. The only complaint is with regards to something I saw yesterday that involved a gentleman who appeared to be a store manager harassing a young man who was playing an electric violin in the parking lot for tips. If Publix doesnt own the shopping center, then that manager was completely out of line as its not his place to chase anyone away like that.

Comment: Overall a nice store. Employees are friendly except the manager who seems to have trouble with even a quick hello. He seems to be more interested in chatting up upper level managers when they are in store. Unfortunately I have to compare him to the retired manager at Regency Crossings who knew your name and made a point of greeting customers as they entered the store. Made you feel like he appreciated your patronage.One other comment is the produce. Recently the quality is poorer with many items not keeping well. Seems like items are over ripe, but just my opinion.

Comment: Fast friendly service. I stopped in to get an ice cream cake for my neighbor and her family. Theyve been such great neighbors. During my husbands illness, death, and recently, my illness, they have always tried to help me in ways that are soo appreciated! Its very hot now and ice cream cake is always a favorite with most children and parents. The lady at the bakery department wrote simply, Thank you on the cake. She didnt hesitate to stop what she was doing and help me! She was very polite and smiling the whole time! A little kindness goes a long way!!! 😊

Comment: The bakery is phenomenal!!!! I messed up and ordered a custom cake for tomorrow and I needed it today. When I went today to pick it up I noticed that the order in my email said friday. The ladies in the bakery did not miss a beat and said that they just made the frosting that I wanted on the cake and if I could wait they could have it ready in 30 minutes. Kudos to the exemplary customer service. These ladies showed kindness and patience and never once treated me like I was a hassle. If I could give them 100 stars I would. The cake was delicious and beautiful and there were so many compliments on it. THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY!!!

Unfortunately I had to pick up my sons medicine after my work hours so that leaves me at 6pm inside on a friday.Way too many people for my taste even before covid. The cashier at the checkout line was sweet and very patient. Aisles seemed clean but I didnt go into all of them. Thr stuff I was looking for in particular they didnt have- California roll sushi and bulk stock of hamburger meat, but if you wanted something else, the shevles seemed well stocked.On the other hand, the customers dont understand social distancing. One even bumping into my son since they were in such a hurry to put their stuff on the conver belt and the other being right behind me with in the pharmacy line.

Comment: I went to the deli to have a sandwich made and a young man named Glen jumped in to assist. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at this Publix and I will make sure to recommend this store just because of his wonderful customer service. I felt he cared about what I desired and almost read my mind of exactly how to put it together. It may not seem like much to others but I am a good presentation perfectionist and he went well over and beyond what I would have ever expected anyone to do.

My cashier Sabrina was so nice, she was very helpful and polite.I dont typiclly use help taking my groceries but being 8 months pregnant its getting a little tougher a young man by the name of Zack walked me out and unloaded my groceries. He was so nice, great customer service and he was very personable. When we stopped by to get subs a few nights ago, we were in awe with the interior beauty and spacing of the store. In addition, the deli staff were amazingly courteous and attentive in making our subs. Actually, all of the employees we encountered there looked very happy and warmly welcomed us. Comment: Ive been to this Publix many times, and other locations as well. But I wanted to go out of my way to encourage all to go to this location. Every single time I go, every employee is extremely helpful and friendly. The management is top notch. They are far from lazy, I dont know if it is the Assistant Manager or who, but today around 2pm, young gentleman with a purple shirt was speaking with a cashier. Very pleasant person, I constantly see him outside helping or inside in every department it seems, working very hard. I was in there for a pick up in the deli, and the deli as well is always the best, very fresh, not skimping. The store is clean, professional, and goes above and beyond requirements.I am over all very satisfied with your store, and will always choose your location first!Thank you for the outstanding service, always.
