While the experience is definitely great inside, the parking lot has become the wild west due to overcrowdedness in the area and multiple venues with constant social events. Of course, the crowded parking lot always present a challenge when attempting to locate a parking spot to complete our shopping.

Comment: We are diehard Publix shoppers. The store at Tradition is in a great plaza and they always have what we need. The only negative is there isnt a tremendous amount of parking. Other than that, I highly recommend shopping there.

Customer Service is a big deal for me and my family and I always find the staff to be welcoming and accommodating.Today was extra special! I met LISA, who is one of the friendliest and most fun Publix employees I’ve ever seen in my life! She was speaking with us about the importance of reusing bags and even introduced me to a new hand sanitizer spray.The little things like smiling, asking me my name, and being courteous are the BIG THINGS that keep our family shopping in the store on a very regular basis.Lisa made today’s shopping experience one that we will never forget. Comment: After getting my grocery fro around the store {under 10 pieces} I wont to the express lane as the cashier completed the the sale of txhe first customer ahead of me thank her and started tne next customer when she total it up gave the information to the customer the customer pulled her cellphone out of purse and Madrid several attempts to paid her purchase with that new method {short time out in the field} scan system ,after 3 - 4 trys yhr young cashier ask her will you like me to help you ?/her reply was Yes Please ! The cashier turn to the rest of us on line and apologies to us for the delay and so did the customer Our reply to the both of the almost together is OK ,we may be in that situation down the road ..When the transaction was completed withe help of the Publex Cashier as each of us came up top.the cashier,she continued to say sorry to us and thank us for being patient with her no need was our reply .She is a great employee to you store & Company

I dont know her last name, but she is Danielle the assistant bakery manager. She went out of her way to help me and, as a matter of fact, my chihuahua. Comment: Extremely well run Publix! Very few holes on the shelves and personnel are always filling the holes as quickly as they can; excellent meat dept.; very well run deli, bakery, fish & produce departments staffed with employees who WANT to help you with a SMILE! Rarely do they allow lines to form at checkout and multiple quick checkout lanes are open. The store is very large and the selection across most goods are exceptional! Ample parking. CLEAN parking lot! (unlike Wal-Marts which is disgusting) Plenty of baggers (good luck finding them at other stores) to make your checkout quick and Publix employees actually stop and help you/answer your questions/help you find an item/show you alternatives if they do not have what you asked for...unlike many other grocery stores where employees seem non-existent or walk the other way when they spot you moving towards them! Yes, you pay a bit more per item but when carefully thought about...would you rather waste time in a competitors store where there are lots of holes on the shelves, poor selections, few size choices and long waits trying to checkout? Publix saves the consumer TIME, offers great CHOICES, has shelves that are STOCKED and always seem to have ample CASHIERS standing by to check you out- yes, I will gladly pay more at Publix! (how do you value LESS STRESS??- a constant perk for shopping at Publix)

Comment: Publix Tradition is a somewhat pricy supermarket just off I-95 in south Florida. The store is spotless, the produce fresh and the meat is high quality. The staff is friendly and every staff member knows where everything is. Good deli counter and a first class sandwich bar. The only reason this store is 4 stars instead of five is that it isnt Wegmans -- the best grocery store by far in this country!

Comment: Pretty much any Publix in town is nice. This location in Tradition is really made nicely and it feels good shopping there. Publix is more about the shopping experience than the prices. They do have alot of BOGO buy one get one free sales though which is really nice.Only thing i dont like and maybe its just me, and its my general experience at any store in town, cashiers always hand you change while saying have a nice day or whatever, but dont even look at you. Rather unfriendly it seems. I didnt have this experience out on the west coast like Cali & Coloado.

Lisa is our absolute favorite cashier. She has been here since it opened and gives personal greetings to all the regulars. Stacy is the head pharmacist. Her professionalism is only surpassed by her customer service skills.
